Abstrak: Mall merupakan tempat berbelanja dan refreshing yang sangat disukai banyak kalangan. Selain untuk tempat berbelanja, di mall juga terdapat banyak kuliner, tempat bermain anak, bioskop, dan masih banyak fasilitas hiburan yang ada di mall. Ada banyak mall di Kota Depok seperti Detos, Margo City, CIPLAZ Depok (Ramayana), D’Mall, Pesona Square, ITC Depok, Cinere Bellevue Mall, dan Cimanggis Square. Banyaknya Mall yang ada kerap kali membuat pengunjung bingung untuk menentukan kemana harus pergi kemall yang membuat nyaman dan bisa semua dilakukan. Berangkat dari permasalahan ini maka tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan Mall terbaik. Ada beberapa kriteria yang digunakan dalam menentukan Mall terbaik yaitu Kebersihan, Keamanan, Tempat parkir, Kelengkapan tenant, Lokasi strategis dan Fasilitas umum. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Metode Topsis, metode ini pengambilan keputusan menggunakan multi kriteria dengan prinsip untuk alternaatif yang terpilih memiliki jarak terdekat untuk solusi terbaik positif. Hasil perhitungan didapat bahwa Mall Terbaik di Kota Depok yaitu Margo City dengan nilai 1, untuk rangking kedua yaitu Detos dengan nilai 0,9887, dan rangking ketiga yaitu ITC Depok dengan nilai 0,3246.   Kata kunci: mall, metode Topsis, sistem pendukung keputusan   Abstract: The mall is a place for shopping and refreshing that is very popular among many people. In addition to shopping, in the mall there are also many culinary delights, children's playgrounds, cinemas, and many entertainment facilities in the mall. There are many malls in Depok City such as Detos, Margo City, CIPLAZ Depok (Ramayana), D'Mall, Pesona Square, ITC Depok, Cinere Bellevue Mall, and Cimanggis Square. The number of existing malls often makes visitors confused about where to go to the mall which makes everything comfortable and can be done. Departing from this problem, the purpose of this study was to determine the best Mall. There are several criteria used in determining the best mall, namely Cleanliness, Security, Parking, Tenant Completeness, Strategic Location and Public Facilities. In this study, the author uses the Topsis method. This method uses multiple criteria for decision making with the principle that the chosen alternative has the closest distance to the best positive solution. The results of the calculation show that the Best Mall in Depok City is Margo City with a value of 1, for the second rank is Detos with a value of 0.9887, and the third rank is ITC Depok with a value of 0.3246.   Keywords: decission support system, mall, Topsis methode

This research was conducted to solve the problem of decision making to determine the feasibility of giving loans to CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar. The applicant's assessment includes an administrative assessment and the survey is still being conducted without using a computer-based decision support system. To simplify the decision making to determine the feasibility of giving the loan, a decision support system was designed using the Topsis method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The criteria used consist of: Income, Dependent, Loan Size, Guarantee Value and Number of Installments. The results of the calculation of the case of this study that are eligible for a loan in order are NA2 with a value of 0.6390, NA1 with a value of 0.5737, the third is NA3 with a value of 0.5053, and the last is NA4 with a value of 0.3102. The results of this study can be concluded that the Topsis method can answer or resolve problems faced by CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar in determining creditworthiness.

At the beginning of 2020 there was a natural disaster that caused many people to lose their homes, damage to public facilities and infrastructure, as well as the breakdown of transportation links connecting villagers, especially in 3 districts namely Sukajaya, Nanggung, and Cigudeg. As a result of the disaster, many villages are isolated and residents need a lot of logistical support to meet their needs. To overcome these problems, we need a system that can help the government and volunteers who are interested in the decision making the process so that the provision of assistance for victims of natural disasters can be right on target and in accordance with the urgency of basic needs and logistics needed. Decision support systems using the TOPSIS method are used to solve multi-criteria problems by offering various alternative solutions to solve problems. The results obtained a final preference value of 0.68 from C3 criteria in order to prioritize residents with closed transportation access to channel disaster relief funds for victims of natural disasters in Bogor Regency.

Decision making at every company is something very important and vital. Decision making can be influenced by several aspects, so it can affect the promptness and accuracy of the process, especially when solving any complex, dynamic and less structured problems. Therefore, the combination of multiple criteria concept and an application program of decision-support system is an effective way to generate alternative decisions. The methods used for multiple criteria are: Bayes method, MPE, CPI and the AHP. This article discusses the use of each method, adapted to each problem. The four methods happen to be very effective with the help of the application program of decision support system. Expectantly these methods are able to assist company managements in decision-making.

Decision Support System is an interactive system that supports decision in the decision-making process through alternatives derived from the processing of data, information and design of the models. Selection decision support system of chemical fertilizer in fruit plant is expected to help anyone who wants to cultivate fruit trees can determine the chemical fertilizer as expected based alternatives and criteria set by the user. In this research method used is TOPSIS Method and Method of Fuzzy Logic. TOPSIS method is one of multiple criteria decision making method that uses the principle that the alternatives selected must have the shortest distance. Fuzzy Logic is a methodology of control systems troubleshooting, the fuzzy logic stated that everything is a binary which means it is only two possibilities, "Yes or No", "True or False", "Good or Bad", and others. Therefore, all of these can have a membership value of 0 or 1.

The authors of this paper together with the other VGTU scientists participate in the international project INTELCITIES and present Multiple Criteria Web‐Based Negotiation Decision Support System for Real Estate (NDSSRE). INTELCITIES project is a research and development project that aims to pool advanced knowledge and experience of e‐government, planing systems and citizen participation. NDSS‐RE includes a decision support tool based on the methods of alternative generation and multiple criteria analysis that enable negotiating parties to evaluate their systems of preferences and recognize opportunities for trade‐off between differently valued objectives and joint gains. At present the developed NDSS‐RE allows for the performance of the following functions: search for real estate alternatives; finding out alternatives and making an initial negotiation table; multiple criteria analyses of alternatives; negotiation based on real calculations; determination of the most rational real estate purchase variant on the ground of characteristics describing effectiveness of the analysed alternatives. The third part of the paper deals with traditional negotiation principles and describes negotiation tactics, such as “The Atractive Alternative”, “The Stall and Jolt”, “The Comparative Value”, “The Third Party”, “The No More Money” and “The Walk Away” tactics. More traditional negotiation principles and tactics have been planned to integrate in future concerning the described NDSS‐RE system because the knowledge and implementation of all the above mentioned tactics and principles lead to more successful negotiation for the lowest possible price buying real estate.

Pemilihan Vendor terbaik oleh Decission Maker dalam menentukan keputusan untuk pengerjaan project harus dilakukan dengan sangat cermat. Berbagai macam kriteria yang kompleks membuat penentu keputusan mengalami kesusahan dalam menentukan pilihan yang sesuai. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dapat digunakan untuk membantu dalam menentukan keputusan (deciccion Support System) terutama dalam pemilihan vendor IT untuk project yang dilakukan. Dari hasil perangkingan mnggunakan AHP peringkat pertama diduduki oleh GA dengan total nilai 44,18%, CMC di posisi kedua sebesar 31% , Posisi ke tiga oleh PSW sebesar 15,70% dan ESS diposisi ke empat dengan nilai 9,12%. The selection of the best vendor by Decission Maker in determining the decision to work on the project must be done very carefully. Various kinds of complex criteria make the decision makers experience difficulties in determining the appropriate choice. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) can be used to assist in determining decisions Support System, especially in the selection of IT vendors for the project being carried out. From the ranking using the first rank AHP was occupied by GA with a total value of 44.18%, CMC in the second position by 31%, the third position by PSW was 15.70% and ESS was placed fourth with a value of 9.12%.

Abstract   Supported technology development with the development of software or hardware that is increasingly going forward will be much helpful in facilitating decision-making. Sometimes in doing decision-making still do not subjectively based on criteria which should be specified. As an example of the educational units of the current difficulty in decision making the selection of the students Excel in school, that is because still use conventional means which allow the existence of a subjective assessment. Hence the need for a system which can help in making decisions objectively based on the criteria specified to determine the best students. Decision support method used to determine the best students namely Hierachy Process Analytical method (AHP) using five criteria, i.e. the value of the report, the list of attendance, spiritual attitude, social attitudes and skills. In making this application, using the PHP programming language to manipulate data in the database and build the Application Programming Interface (API) and Javascript to process data on the side of the user interface and uses MySQL as the database. This research has succeeded in designing a decision support system is the selection of the best students who objectively and accurately by the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process web-based. The result of the decision support system showed that of the 10 selected alternative, alternative 7 (A7) getting the best students ranked first with a value of 0.184, next is an alternative 5 (A5) with a value of 0.170.   Keywords: AHP, Decision Support System, Selection Of The Best Students   Abstrak   Perkembangan teknologi yang didukung dengan perkembangan software maupun hardware yang semakin maju akan banyak membantu dalam mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Terkadang dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan masih dilakukan secara subjektif tidak berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang seharusnya ditentukan. Sebagai contoh dari satuan pendidikan saat ini kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan siswa berprestasi di sekolah, hal tersebut dikarenakan masih menggunakan cara konvensional yang memungkinkan adanya penilaian secara subyektif. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik yaitu metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan lima kriteria, yaitu nilai rapor, daftar kehadiran, sikap spiritual, sikap sosial dan ketrampilan. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk mengolah data di database dan membangun Application Programming Interface (API) dan Javascript untuk mengolah data di sisi user interface serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Penelitian ini telah berhasil merancang sistem ini pendukung keputusan pemilihan siswa terbaik yang objektif dan akurat dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process berbasis web. Hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 alternatif yang dipilih, alternatif 7 (A7) memperoleh peringkat pertama siswa terbaik dengan nilai 0,184, selanjutnya adalah alternatif 5 (A5) dengan nilai 0,170.   Kata kunci: AHP, Pemilihan Siswa Terbaik, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan
