This research was conducted to solve the problem of decision making to determine the feasibility of giving loans to CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar. The applicant's assessment includes an administrative assessment and the survey is still being conducted without using a computer-based decision support system. To simplify the decision making to determine the feasibility of giving the loan, a decision support system was designed using the Topsis method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The criteria used consist of: Income, Dependent, Loan Size, Guarantee Value and Number of Installments. The results of the calculation of the case of this study that are eligible for a loan in order are NA2 with a value of 0.6390, NA1 with a value of 0.5737, the third is NA3 with a value of 0.5053, and the last is NA4 with a value of 0.3102. The results of this study can be concluded that the Topsis method can answer or resolve problems faced by CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar in determining creditworthiness.

Along with the rapid development of technology, many types of laptops and smartphones have sprung up. The many types on the market can make consumers confused in choosing products. The decision support system for choosing this personal device uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The basic concept of this method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative for all attributes. In the results of manual and system calculations, the SAW and TOPSIS methods produce the same ranking. In the SAW method, the highest-ranking of laptops is obtained by Acer Swift 3 (SF314-56G) with a value of 0.977 and on smartphones, the highest score is obtained by the Samsung Galaxy M51 with a value of 1. In the TOPSIS method, the highest-ranking is obtained by a laptop with a value of 0.9507 and a smartphone with a value of 1.Keywords:Notebook; SAW; Decision Support System; Smartphone; TOPSIS.

PT. Mahadana Wikasita is a company engaged in the sale of machine goods and pos cashier tools. In order to face business competition there are some problems that often arise regarding the sale of goods. PT. Mahadana Wikasita is lacking in monitoring the goods sold, what items consumers need and the storage of data is less effective, so the company can not determine exactly which goods to buy. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can help solve this problem. In this research, the decision support system used is by Techinique for Order Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) which consists of seven stages using several criteria such as price, type, quality and customer interest. In the test results calculated using the Method For Order Preference bySimiliarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) it can be concluded that the highest value is kios Pakmo mobile cashier application package with a value of 0.920, can be interpreted as the best selling item for one year.

Decision Support System or DSS is a system that helps managers in solving the problems of semi-structured. Many techniques are used to make the Decision Support System, one with Fuzzy Logic. Fuzzy logic is one of problem-solving techniques where the degree of membership which are typically represented by values 0 and 1, with Fuzzy Logic is the degree of membership can be represented with a value between 0 and 1 so that it can be more balanced.             KPPN Yogyakarta in determining an employee on leave not yet have an application, and is still done manually. Therefore, to further assist in making the determination of the employee on leave should be made DSS. DSS will use fuzzy logic techniques MADM applying TOPSIS method in the calculation process. SPK expected this may be an alternative in the determination of an employee on leave in KPPN Yogyakarta later. Decision Support System determination of an employee on leave with TOPSIS method is to obtain results that are not much different from the calculations manually, so it can be applied to support the decision in the determination of employee leave.

Staf of sales are the main supporters of a company engaged in distribution. One way company leaders to motivate sales salespeople who have the high ability and morale to do their jobs in the form of annual bonuses to sales staff that are in accordance with the work performance produced. Bonuses can be a driver for companies to show better performance. CV Anugerah Jaya Sentosa Lampung still looks inaccurate because it was not used criteria that should be determinant of decision making. For this reason, researchers agree on a support system that is able to be able to solve the agreed problem. The design of this decision support system was made using the PHP and Java Netbeans programming languages, and the method used was the TOPSIS method. TOPSIS will help the calculation in decision making of alternatives based on distance to positive solutions and distance to negative solutions by taking relative proximity to ideal  solution. The reception of journalists at the Waspada Daily Medan always went through several rigorous selections before being determined to be accepted as journalists at the Waspada Medan Daily. There are several criteria that must be possessed by each participant as a condition for becoming a journalist in the Daily Alert Medan. To get the best participants, the Waspada Medan Daily needed a decision support system. Decision Support Systems (SPK) are part of computer-based information systems (including knowledge-based systems (knowledge management)) that are used to support decision making within an organization or company. Decision support systems provide a semitructured decision, where no one knows exactly how the decision should be made. In this study the authors applied the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) as the method to be applied in the decision support system application. The VIKOR method is part of the Multi-Attibut Decision Making (MADM) Concept, which requires normalization in its calculations. Decision Support System is an interactive system that supports decision in the decision-making process through alternatives derived from the processing of data, information and design of the models. Selection decision support system of chemical fertilizer in fruit plant is expected to help anyone who wants to cultivate fruit trees can determine the chemical fertilizer as expected based alternatives and criteria set by the user. In this research method used is TOPSIS Method and Method of Fuzzy Logic. TOPSIS method is one of multiple criteria decision making method that uses the principle that the alternatives selected must have the shortest distance. Fuzzy Logic is a methodology of control systems troubleshooting, the fuzzy logic stated that everything is a binary which means it is only two possibilities, "Yes or No", "True or False", "Good or Bad", and others. Therefore, all of these can have a membership value of 0 or 1.

Abstrak: Mall merupakan tempat berbelanja dan refreshing yang sangat disukai banyak kalangan. Selain untuk tempat berbelanja, di mall juga terdapat banyak kuliner, tempat bermain anak, bioskop, dan masih banyak fasilitas hiburan yang ada di mall. Ada banyak mall di Kota Depok seperti Detos, Margo City, CIPLAZ Depok (Ramayana), D’Mall, Pesona Square, ITC Depok, Cinere Bellevue Mall, dan Cimanggis Square. Banyaknya Mall yang ada kerap kali membuat pengunjung bingung untuk menentukan kemana harus pergi kemall yang membuat nyaman dan bisa semua dilakukan. Berangkat dari permasalahan ini maka tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan Mall terbaik. Ada beberapa kriteria yang digunakan dalam menentukan Mall terbaik yaitu Kebersihan, Keamanan, Tempat parkir, Kelengkapan tenant, Lokasi strategis dan Fasilitas umum. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Metode Topsis, metode ini pengambilan keputusan menggunakan multi kriteria dengan prinsip untuk alternaatif yang terpilih memiliki jarak terdekat untuk solusi terbaik positif. Hasil perhitungan didapat bahwa Mall Terbaik di Kota Depok yaitu Margo City dengan nilai 1, untuk rangking kedua yaitu Detos dengan nilai 0,9887, dan rangking ketiga yaitu ITC Depok dengan nilai 0,3246.   Kata kunci: mall, metode Topsis, sistem pendukung keputusan   Abstract: The mall is a place for shopping and refreshing that is very popular among many people. There are many malls in Depok City such as Detos, Margo City, CIPLAZ Depok (Ramayana), D'Mall, Pesona Square, ITC Depok, Cinere Bellevue Mall, and Cimanggis Square. The number of existing malls often makes visitors confused about where to go to the mall which makes everything comfortable and can be done. Departing from this problem, the purpose of this study was to determine the best Mall. There are several criteria used in determining the best mall, namely Cleanliness, Security, Parking, Tenant Completeness, Strategic Location and Public Facilities. In this study, the author uses the Topsis method. This method uses multiple criteria for decision making with the principle that the chosen alternative has the closest distance to the best positive solution. The results of the calculation show that the Best Mall in Depok City is Margo City with a value of 1, for the second rank is Detos with a value of 0.9887, and the third rank is ITC Depok with a value of 0.3246.   Keywords: decission support system, mall, Topsis methode

The choice of business location will affect the risks and benefits of the company as a whole. This condition occurs because the location greatly affects the fixed costs and variable costs, both in the medium term and long term. The location of the business should be taken into account at the time of planning, so that the business to be run can be organized implementation in the future. Online Bicycle Indonesia is a startup engaged in goods and food delivery services by using online-based bike, will open branches in several cities and districts in Tangerang Raya area so that the result of choosing the right branch location, required a dynamic decision support system that can later be used as consideration of managers in the process of selecting branch locations. Problems in selecting branch of this company can be used Decision Support System using AHP-TOPSIS method. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method has advantages based on pair comparison matrix and perform consistency analysis, while Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method can solve practical decision making, because the concept is simple and easy to understand, and have the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives. The results of the study show Kota Tangerang Selatan is superior to the weight of 0.824, the two Kota Tangerang with a weight of 0.732 and three Kabupaten Tangerang with a weight of 0.0, The decision taken can be accounted for by the calculation of AHP-TOPSIS as a model in the decision support system

Abstract   Supported technology development with the development of software or hardware that is increasingly going forward will be much helpful in facilitating decision-making. Sometimes in doing decision-making still do not subjectively based on criteria which should be specified. As an example of the educational units of the current difficulty in decision making the selection of the students Excel in school, that is because still use conventional means which allow the existence of a subjective assessment. Hence the need for a system which can help in making decisions objectively based on the criteria specified to determine the best students. Decision support method used to determine the best students namely Hierachy Process Analytical method (AHP) using five criteria, i.e. the value of the report, the list of attendance, spiritual attitude, social attitudes and skills. In making this application, using the PHP programming language to manipulate data in the database and build the Application Programming Interface (API) and Javascript to process data on the side of the user interface and uses MySQL as the database. This research has succeeded in designing a decision support system is the selection of the best students who objectively and accurately by the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process web-based. The result of the decision support system showed that of the 10 selected alternative, alternative 7 (A7) getting the best students ranked first with a value of 0.184, next is an alternative 5 (A5) with a value of 0.170.   Keywords: AHP, Decision Support System, Selection Of The Best Students   Abstrak   Perkembangan teknologi yang didukung dengan perkembangan software maupun hardware yang semakin maju akan banyak membantu dalam mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Terkadang dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan masih dilakukan secara subjektif tidak berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang seharusnya ditentukan. Sebagai contoh dari satuan pendidikan saat ini kesulitan dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan siswa berprestasi di sekolah, hal tersebut dikarenakan masih menggunakan cara konvensional yang memungkinkan adanya penilaian secara subyektif. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk menentukan siswa terbaik yaitu metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan lima kriteria, yaitu nilai rapor, daftar kehadiran, sikap spiritual, sikap sosial dan ketrampilan. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk mengolah data di database dan membangun Application Programming Interface (API) dan Javascript untuk mengolah data di sisi user interface serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Penelitian ini telah berhasil merancang sistem ini pendukung keputusan pemilihan siswa terbaik yang objektif dan akurat dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process berbasis web. Hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 alternatif yang dipilih, alternatif 7 (A7) memperoleh peringkat pertama siswa terbaik dengan nilai 0,184, selanjutnya adalah alternatif 5 (A5) dengan nilai 0,170.   Kata kunci: AHP, Pemilihan Siswa Terbaik, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan
