Al-Kahfi Vocational School is the pesantren based school which is expected to become one of the pilot schools as well as the guidance and needs of the community, but in Al-Kahfi Vocational teaching process is still fairly common, by the way the teacher comes and fills in attendance then starts teaching according to schedule, and when the teaching time is up, the teacher is welcome to go home. Based on this process, school stakeholders find it difficult to see curriculum achievements. Therefore an information system is needed to evaluate the curriculum achievements of each teacher. This study aims to build an information system for curriculum achievement of each web-based instructor. Where this system was developed using the PHP programming language by using MySQL as a database. The software development method uses the Waterfall method. Software testing is done through black-box testing, data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and literature study. The final result obtained is an information system on the achievement of the curriculum of each web-based instructor who is able to provide convenience in evaluating the curriculum achievement of each teacher

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Library is a primary supporting facility in any level of education spanning from elementary school, middle school and higher education i.e., university. The main aim of library is providing facility in which it can improve educational quality and allow the member to advance their knowledge from various reference sources. Managing book circulation is a crucial aspect for library in which it further increases effectivity for its business process such as returning and borrowing books. However, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Negeri Surakarta does not have any such application system which can help its library management, as a result the library member cannot obtain have updated information related to the library collection. Currently, the school relies on manual procedure where the library staff records borrowing and returning books activities in a certain book log. Unfortunately, the manual procedure causes missing data and data consistency in the recording book. Therefore, research aim to design and build e-library. The e-library is a web-based information system that has specific features that can address the school problems. To realize objective, we adopt waterfall software development method to build the information system. We also evaluate our design by using black box testing to ensure its functionality. Results show that our developed system works as it is designed and can handle any request from user without causing any errors.

Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) is a large religious activity that is routinely carried out annually, one of which is in Sumbawa Regency. This study aims to build an information system based on WEB, namely, Application of Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an Registration (MTQ) in Sumbawa Regency. This application is built using the PHP programming language model using MySql as its database. Software development method uses Extreme Programming (XP) Software testing is done through black-box testing. Data collection techniques in research using observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The end of this research is the application of registration of Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ) of Sumbawa Regency based on WEB, which is useful to help the processing of registration data of the Muslim Brotherhood in Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ) of Sumbawa Regency

Sumbawa University of Technology (UTS) is a private university in the Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The Mentoring Unit is one of the organizations located at the Sumbawa University of Technology. This research aims to build an Android-based mentoring activity reporting application that can be used to assist the reporting process of mentoring activities which includes attendance, recitation assessment, and examination evaluation, and also administrators in managing activities so that they can run well. Researchers built an Androidbased application and developed it using Android Studio by using MySql as a database and sublime text as a text editor. Software development method uses Waterfall Model and software testing is done through black-box testing. Data collection techniques in research using interviews and documentation, the results of this study are web-based thesis registration applications that are useful to assist teachers in the process of mentoring and management in managing activities in order to run well

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

In this study, an expert system is used to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware. With the application of certainty factor models, it is expected to be able to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware starting with the symptoms of damage from the computer along with solutions for handling the damage. This study aims to produce a fault diagnosis application on web-based computer hardware. This application is expected to make it easier for users to find solutions regarding experienced hardware problems. This expert system application is made using the certainty factor method so that the resulting diagnosis will display symptoms that have more certainty factors. This application was designed using UML and the PHP programming language with black-box testing. The study was conducted by collecting data through literature study, browsing, and interviews. The research method used is the waterfall method. The time of the research is from September 2019 to February 2020. This research is in an application to diagnose damage to computer hardware. Computer Hardware Damage Detection Application can be a guide for computer users in overcoming the damage to hardware with certainty factor methods and can help users in caring for computer hardware so it is not easily damaged.

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. ABSTRACT - Web-based information technology today is needed by the company in facilitating its activities. Likewise with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which handles various activities and jobs related to customer service, such as customer registration, savings and loan services, financial installment payment etc. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko is one of the branches of BRI unit that has not used the web in its activities for customer registration service so that this makes it difficult for prospective customers located far from institutions that want to become customers. Therefore it takes a web that can be used to facilitate registration of prospective customers. This study aims to design a web created using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, where the application is expected to facilitate the implementation of the web for customer registration. Software development using Waterfall method and testing using Black Box Testing method. The results of this study is a webbased information system that allows prospective customers to register as a customer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko, Ngawi. In Indonesia, there is one well-known sport, namely Futsal. Therefore, there are many businesses such as futsal court rental places. Basically, the futsal field rental is still manual, that is, customers come to the futsal location and make field rental transactions. This manual futsal court rental has a problem, namely that prospective customers cannot immediately find out the available empty schedule, this causes when they are already at the location but there is no desired schedule they are just wasting time. The purpose of this research is to find a solution in order to solve the problem in the manual futsal court rental method. With the creation of a web-based futsal court rental application that is expected to be able to solve this problem. This application was created using the waterfall development method so that the process of making this application is recorded in order and neat. This study produces a web-based futsal court rental application that has been tested for its feasibility using the black box testing method. This application provides a field rental feature for potential customers, as well as facilitates the processing of field rental data and financial report data for field owners.

The development of Internet technology is widely used for positive things in helping human work, one of which facilitates communication between humans. In this case, CV. Unomax Indonesia is still relying on human as an online customer service to respond to inquiries from customers. As customers grow, it is less effective for customers who want to get quick reply information without time constraints. This study aims to create a web-based information system in the form of chatbot application that can be used by CV. Unomax Indonesia to respond to customer inquiries quickly. The method used is the prototype method as a modeling tool. This application uses PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of the built chatbot application is based on test results using black box testing, it can be concluded that this application can run well and answer each question quickly as expected.
