Sumbawa University of Technology (UTS) is a private university in the Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The Mentoring Unit is one of the organizations located at the Sumbawa University of Technology. This research aims to build an Android-based mentoring activity reporting application that can be used to assist the reporting process of mentoring activities which includes attendance, recitation assessment, and examination evaluation, and also administrators in managing activities so that they can run well. Researchers built an Androidbased application and developed it using Android Studio by using MySql as a database and sublime text as a text editor. Software development method uses Waterfall Model and software testing is done through black-box testing. Data collection techniques in research using interviews and documentation, the results of this study are web-based thesis registration applications that are useful to assist teachers in the process of mentoring and management in managing activities in order to run well

Al-Kahfi Vocational School is the pesantren based school which is expected to become one of the pilot schools as well as the guidance and needs of the community, but in Al-Kahfi Vocational teaching process is still fairly common, by the way the teacher comes and fills in attendance then starts teaching according to schedule, and when the teaching time is up, the teacher is welcome to go home. Based on this process, school stakeholders find it difficult to see curriculum achievements. Therefore an information system is needed to evaluate the curriculum achievements of each teacher. This study aims to build an information system for curriculum achievement of each web-based instructor. Where this system was developed using the PHP programming language by using MySQL as a database. The software development method uses the Waterfall method. Software testing is done through black-box testing, data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and literature study. The final result obtained is an information system on the achievement of the curriculum of each web-based instructor who is able to provide convenience in evaluating the curriculum achievement of each teacher

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

In Indonesia, there is one well-known sport, namely Futsal. Therefore, there are many businesses such as futsal court rental places. Basically, the futsal field rental is still manual, that is, customers come to the futsal location and make field rental transactions. This manual futsal court rental has a problem, namely that prospective customers cannot immediately find out the available empty schedule, this causes when they are already at the location but there is no desired schedule they are just wasting time. The purpose of this research is to find a solution in order to solve the problem in the manual futsal court rental method. With the creation of a web-based futsal court rental application that is expected to be able to solve this problem. This application was created using the waterfall development method so that the process of making this application is recorded in order and neat. This study produces a web-based futsal court rental application that has been tested for its feasibility using the black box testing method. This application provides a field rental feature for potential customers, as well as facilitates the processing of field rental data and financial report data for field owners.

Library is a primary supporting facility in any level of education spanning from elementary school, middle school and higher education i.e., university. The main aim of library is providing facility in which it can improve educational quality and allow the member to advance their knowledge from various reference sources. Managing book circulation is a crucial aspect for library in which it further increases effectivity for its business process such as returning and borrowing books. However, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Negeri Surakarta does not have any such application system which can help its library management, as a result the library member cannot obtain have updated information related to the library collection. Currently, the school relies on manual procedure where the library staff records borrowing and returning books activities in a certain book log. Unfortunately, the manual procedure causes missing data and data consistency in the recording book. Therefore, research aim to design and build e-library. The e-library is a web-based information system that has specific features that can address the school problems. To realize objective, we adopt waterfall software development method to build the information system. We also evaluate our design by using black box testing to ensure its functionality. Results show that our developed system works as it is designed and can handle any request from user without causing any errors.

Abstrak— Kebutuhan akan penggunaan teknologi informasi di era modern ini memang sudah tak terelakkan lagi. Hal ini terjadi di berbagai instansi, tak terkecuali di pondok pesantren. Di sebagian besar pondok pesantren, banyak wali santri mengalami kesulitan dalam memilih asrama yang sesuai untuk putra putrinya ketika tahun ajaran baru. Hal ini terjadi karena banyaknya pilihan asrama yang disediakan oleh pondok pesantren. Asrama tersebut bervariasi mulai dari sisi biaya, fasilitas asrama, dan kegiatan asrama. Oleh sebab itu perlu dibuat suatu Sistem Informasi Asrama (SIRAMA) agar dapat membantu wali santri dalam mencari asrama yang paling sesuai dengan kriteria dan kebutuhan putra-putrinya. SIRAMA merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang berfungsi sebagai media informasi tentang asrama di pondok pesantren. Informasi tersebut meliputi biaya awal masuk asrama, biaya perbulan, fasilitas asrama, dan jadwal kegiatan asrama. SIRAMA dibangun dengan metode waterfall dan dikembangkan menggunakan PHP Framework Yii. Setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan metode Black-box dan pengujian User Acceptance, dapat disimpulkan bahwa SIRAMA yang dibangun dengan framework Yii dapat menampilkan asrama yang sesuai dengan kriteria dari pengguna yaitu santri atau wali santri. SIRAMA juga dapat diterima dengan sangat baik oleh pengguna. Kata Kunci— Sistem Informasi Asrama, Pondok Pesantren, Pencarian Asrama, Framework YiiAbstract— The need of information technology in the modern era is inevitable. It occurs in most of institutions, including the Islamic Boarding School. Parents of Islamic Boarding School students have difficulty in choosing a proper dorm for their child in new academic year. This happens because there are many choices provided by the boarding school. The dormitories vary in terms of cost, facilities, and activities of the dorm. Therefore, it is necessary to build a Dorm Information Systems (SIRAMA) to assist  parents and students in searching a dormitory that best meets their criteria. SIRAMA is a web-based application that serves as an information media about the dormitory at boarding school. The information consists of the initial cost of dormitory entrance, monthly fees, boarding facilities, and schedule activities of the dorm. SIRAMA is developed using waterfall model, implemented using PHP Yii framework as the programming language, and tested with black-box testing and user acceptance testing. The result shows that SIRAMA is capable to recommend a list of dormitories that meets the students or parents’ criteria. Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) is a large religious activity that is routinely carried out annually, one of which is in Sumbawa Regency. This study aims to build an information system based on WEB, namely, Application of Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an Registration (MTQ) in Sumbawa Regency. This application is built using the PHP programming language model using MySql as its database. Software development method uses Extreme Programming (XP) Software testing is done through black-box testing. The problem of this research is how to design and build a web-based application to make the process of thesis guidance. This app aims to help the process of guidance and help students who are taking the thesis and lecturers also may correct student thesis, so that the process runs smoothly guidance to complete. Further, the application also helps faculty in monitoring students in conducting guidance   The methods used in this research for observational data collection is interview, and literature, for software development methods  we using the waterfall model, software testing methods using Black Box Testing and methods for analysis system weaknesses using PIECES.  This research has been successfully implemented an Application Monitoring Guidance thesis on the School of Information Management and Computer Palangkaraya Based Web using codeigniter 3.0 and has been successfully tested against the results of the implementation.The application can provide convenience for students who are doing a thesis on STMIK Palangka raya.

Permasalahan yang menghambat kemajuan penjualan dapat teratasi karena online marketing tidak mengenal batas wilayah, mempermudah mencari konsumen, promosi, serta transaksi bisnis untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam penjualan tentang produk-produk yang di hasilkan oleh suatu perusahaan. Dengan adanya online marketing, pengusaha-pengusaha kecil seperti UMKM-K dapat menaikkan nama agar dapat lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat diluar lingkungannya. Sehingga penjualan barang dapat meningkat yang dapat membuaat usaha UMKM-K menjadi lebih maju dan dapat memperluas usahannya. Seperti yang ada pada Toko PT.Duta Perfume yang merupakan perusahaan swasta yang mana bergerak di bidang penjualan perfume atau minyak wangi. Karena itu Toko PT. Duta Perfume memiliki permasalahan bagaimana agar usaha tersebut bisa diperluas dalam mendapatkan customer baik di tempat tersebut maupun di daerah lain untuk membeli produk tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut Toko PT. Duta Perfume ingin membuat serta membangun sebuah sistem informasi yang lebih tepatnya bergerak dibidang online. Pada penelitian ini akan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web menggunkan metode sekuensial linear, proses implementasi dilakukan dengan menggunakkan visual studio code sebagai text editor, menggunakan bahasa program PHP dan pengorganisasian RDBMS menggunakan MySQL. Proses pengujiannya menggunakan metode black-box testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu penjualan PT. Duta Perfume dalam memanfaatkan online marketing (pemasaran online) dengan menggunakan teknologi e-commerce.

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

In this study, an expert system is used to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware. With the application of certainty factor models, it is expected to be able to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware starting with the symptoms of damage from the computer along with solutions for handling the damage. This study aims to produce a fault diagnosis application on web-based computer hardware. This application is expected to make it easier for users to find solutions regarding experienced hardware problems. This expert system application is made using the certainty factor method so that the resulting diagnosis will display symptoms that have more certainty factors. This application was designed using UML and the PHP programming language with black-box testing. The study was conducted by collecting data through literature study, browsing, and interviews. The research method used is the waterfall method. The time of the research is from September 2019 to February 2020. This research is in an application to diagnose damage to computer hardware. Computer Hardware Damage Detection Application can be a guide for computer users in overcoming the damage to hardware with certainty factor methods and can help users in caring for computer hardware so it is not easily damaged.
