Production House 8Production films is one of the production houses enganged in services that include multimedia, video shooting and photography in Palembang. The creation of this final project, entitled “Production House Information System In 8Production Films Based on Website”. Because currently the production process include visual shooting and shooting, visual image editing and photos are still not well scheduled, only initiative, and no scheduling systematically. In addition, the management of internal operational information in the processing data from the order receipt is only stored in the form of .doc files and some are still handwritten, so that the same data recording and processing (double storage), and acces to information is slow. The System development method used in this research is Prototype. Based on the problem that have been analyzed through exixting business process observation methods. Then the system is designed by making UML (Unifield Modeling Languange). And using PHP as a programming language that will be used to create the website PHP has the extension of PHP Hypertext Preprocessor, a programming language that is anabled to build a dynamic website. While MySQL is an RDBMS software (or database server) that can manage databases very quickly. Thw result of this study are a web-based 8Production Films Production House Information System that makes ordering users easy and makes it easier for 8Production films staff to perform member absences, managing filming schedules and weekly agendas to be more effective, and making monthly reports of transactions at web-based 8Production films production houses

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

This writing discusses the creation of a correspondence filing information system with the aim of making it easier for the secretariat to archive letters in incoming and outgoing mail data at the Environmental Service, and minimizing data loss, and speeding up the process of retrieval of archived data at the time needed so as not to repetition of archiving so that it is faster and more precise. The development of information systems uses the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, and Java Script and uses the MySQL database. The information system development method uses the waterfall method. The results of this research can be implemented in the form of a web-based archiving information system.

The airport is one of the entry gates of a country, in the airport there are many work divisions that support and facilitate all existing activities, one of which is a cleaning service that has a large enough function that is to improve cleanliness and comfort in the airport area, cleaning services that exist when This is managed by the company and works with companies that focus on cleaning service in each terminal. The placement of the cleaning service area is still manual and takes a lot of time and involves several parts in the process, and inhibits in terms of time in the process of cleaning the area at the airport so that it can reduce the quality of services that have an inconvenience, to overcome the problem. which is currently running to find out the components of the problem that exist. The results to be achieved in this study is the application of a system that facilitates the process, namely by making an information system placement of web-based cleaning service work areas that is used as a reference in the system development process later. The analytical method used in this study uses the PIECES method, to assist in the process of analyzing the system that has been running. The Programming Language used in building this system uses PHP, MySQL as a database to store master data, transactions and users.

Abstract   This study discusses the making of a field reservation information system with the aim of making it easier for customers to make field reservations at Bee Futsal, making it easier for Bee Futsal staff in managing field reservation data, and minimizing the risk of data loss, and can simplify information about the time delay limit according to the schedule. determined. This information system development uses the programming language PHP, HTML, and Java Script and uses the MySQL database. This information system development method uses the waterfall method. Metode pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Abstrak : Penilitian ini dilakukan untuk Pelayanan pembuatan Kartu keluarga berbasis website pada Kantor Catatan Sipil Kota Ternate. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi penduduk dalam Pengajuan Membuat Kartu Keluarga pada Kantor Catatan Sipil Kota Ternate secara efisien. Jenis data penelitian adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Kantor Catatan Sipil, melalui dokumentasi, metode analisis dan pengembangan sistem yang digunkan adalah metode Terstruktur, metode pendekatan Buttom-Up dan metode Prototype perancangan sistem informasi pengajuan pembuatan Kartu Keluarga berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman HTML, PHP dan MySql sebagai Databasenya. Abstrak: Aplikasi SIG yang dibangun dengan PHP sebagai bahasa pemograman, Google maps API untuk peta lokasi apotek dan, MySQL untuk membuat basis data. Aplikasi yang dibuat masih berbasis web sehingga kurang praktis untuk penggunaannya, dimana masih bergantung dengan web browser untuk masuk ke website tersebut. Mengingat perkembangan teknologi informasi telah berkembang sangat pesat hingga sekarang teknologi yang sedang berkembang adalah teknologi mobile pada perangkat telepon pintar (smartphone). Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat pengembangan mengenai sistem Pemetaan Lokasi Apotek yang dapat dijalankan pada Smartphone. Sistem informasi pemetaan lokasi apotek berbasis android dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan bahasa pemograman java untuk android webview. Dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem prototype. Dari sistem yang telah dibuat dan diuji dengan metode Whitebox menunjukan bahwa alur kode dari program sudah di hasilkan berupa output yang sesuai dengan yang di harapkan dengan perancangan sistem. Adanya sistem informasi pemetaan lokasi apotek yang buat dengan berbasis mobile yang dapat dijalankan pada smartphone sehingga lebih mudah dan cepat untuk di akses dimana masyarakan cenderung lebih sering menggunnakan smartphone dari pada komputer.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pemetaan Lokasi ApotekAbstract: A GIS application built with PHP as a programming language, Google maps API to map pharmacy locations, and MySQL to create databases. The application is still web-based, so it is less practical to use, always using a web browser to enter the website. Given the development of information technology has developed rapidly, the technology currently developing is cellular technology in smartphone devices (smartphones). The author tries to make developments regarding the Pharmacy Location Mapping system that can be run on a Smartphone. Android-based pharmacy location mapping information system with PHP programming language and Java programming language for Android web view. by using the prototype system development method. The plan created and tested with the Whitebox method shows that the program's code flow has been carried out in the form of output that matches the expected results with system design. There is an information system for mapping pharmacy locations made on a mobile basis that can be run on a smartphone so that it is easier and faster to access where people tend to use smartphones more often than computers.Keywords: Location Mapping, Information System

The purpose of this research is to know the geographic information system of tourism that is in Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency and develop it Research methods used by doing observationin Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency, then proceed with the system development method. the research method used is by the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). By using the Software Notepad ++ to build tourism Geographical Information System web-based. PHP as a programming language, MySQL as the database server and the design of the map using the Google Maps API. The object-oriented approach that is used UML (Unified Modeling Language) can explain the flow of the existing system. Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency has been doing promotion through mass media such as newspapers and brochures in the delivery of information. But the way is not enough to inform tourism and places of attractions. It is therefore through the design of Geographical information system of tourism was able to resolve the issue. After the results of the study of geographic information systems is expected delivery of tourism information becomes more widespread, and the tourists could be quick and precise in finding information a tourist want to visit.

Information system maintenance is an important aspect of information system development, especially in systems that provide dynamic content, such as Web-based systems and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS). Design for Maintenance (DFM) is an approach that argues that maintenance effort should be considered during the design of information systems in addition to the usual system design considerations. This research examines how the design of links among knowledge documents in a KMS affects both their maintenance and use. We argue that providing links among knowledge documents increases the cost of maintenance because when a document changes, the documents that link to and from that document are more likely to need changes. At the same, linking knowledge documents makes it easier to locate useful knowledge and thus increases use. We examine this tension between use and maintenance using 10 years of data from a well-established KMS. Our results indicate that as the number of links among documents increases, both maintenance effort and use for these documents increase. Our analyses suggest two DFM principles for dynamic content in practice. First, knowledge coupling (i.e., linking) to documents internal to the KMS rather than sources external to the KMS better balances maintenance effort and use. Second, designing small, knowledge cohesive documents (e.g., 250-350 words) leads to the best balance between maintenance effort and use.

Implementation of the final project or thesis for students is a tiered process and bound to one another. Starting from the stage of proposal submission, proposal presentation, research implementation, report making up to thesis examination students. At present, the implementation of the thesis trial evaluation at the Information Technology Faculty of the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin is still manual, where when the presentation of proposals and panelists thesis examinations or examiners are given an assessment form using paper media. This assessment form is then recapitulated into a spreadsheet form the results are announced to students. This is less effective, especially when many students take thesis courses. For this reason, in this study, a thesis evaluation information system was created, to help all stages of the thesis evaluation process. To facilitate the accessibility of the system made web-based and integrated with existing academic systems. From the test results concluded, the system can run by the design and reports produced by the system following the processes that are running now.
