Abstract Rumah Bermain (RBP) in Bandung City reconstructed the Montessori Curriculum to Islamic. This uniqueness is worth researching. The objective research was to compare Education in Islam and the Montessori Method and to overview the reconstruction of the Islamic Montessori Curriculum in RBP. The research was using a qualitative approach with case study methods and literature studies. The results show that Islam and the Montessori Method can be implemented in harmony. In the reconstruction of the curriculum in RBP, Islam became the main foundation and the Montessori Method as supporting foundation. The foundations become a reference in the formulation of educational objectives. Based on the objectives, curriculum development was conducted. Starting from curriculum objective conducted by the team. Furthermore, the teacher implements the curriculum as instructional plan, learning, and assessment. The final stage is an evaluation using SWOT analysis, the results of which are used to improve the curriculum. In all stages of curriculum development, students' uniqueness and nature are respected. Giving stimulus from educators in the form of giving appreciation and punishment will greatly affect the way of thinking and behavior of students in achieving the goals of character education that have been set. This study aims to describe the implementation of reward and punishment in shaping the character of students' discipline. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of rewards in shaping the discipline character of students is done by giving rewards in the form of praise and giving appreciation in the form of gifts. (2) The implementation of punishment in shaping the disciplinary character of students is carried out by giving gradual warnings, giving spontaneous warnings and written warning letters. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of rewards and punishments in shaping the character of students' discipline is using process evaluation, which is an assessment carried out during the learning process by observing the attitudes of students everyday when they are in the madrasa environment.. Keywords: Reward; Punishment; Discipline; Learners Pemberian stimulus dari pendidik berupa pemberian apresiasi dan hukuman akan sangat mempengaruhi cara berpikir dan tingkah laku peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan karakter yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tehnik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Implementasi reward dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan memberikan reward dalam bentuk pujian serta memberikan apresiasi dalam bentuk hadiah. (2) Implementasi punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara memberi peringatan secara bertahap, memberi teguran spontan dan surat peringatan tertulis. (3) Evaluasi implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik adalah menggunakan evaluasi proses, yaitu penilaian yang dilakukan di saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan mengamati dari sikap peserta didik sehari-hari ketika berada di lingkungan madrasah. This study aims to determine the theoretical and practical application of murabahah about how the application by the Muamalat Bank branches of Darmo Surabaya.Methods of research of This study used a qualitative approach with the case study methods and descriptive analyzes. Then the researchers took the data in PT Bank Muamalat with some informants to be interviewed in depth, observed, and the data validated by triangulation methode.These results indicate that the implementation of the bank Muamalat Murabahahdarmo Surabaya branch office in according with the contained in the fatwa of murabahah which stated selling price to the buyer, then the flow of murabahah transaction can not be implemented in accordance with the provisions contained in fatwa because the field of business in Indonesia is still limited, it is not appropriate , next is the method in recognizing income / margin in the murabahah using the annuity method so that implementation of Muamalat bank financing is suitable with the fatwa number 84.

 This study aims to analyze the implementation of wage system outsourcing in PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya in Islamic Perspective. Methods of research for this study used a qualitative approach with case study methods and descriptive analyzes were conducted information about wage system outsourcing in PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya in depth, observed and validated data by triangulation. The results showed that implementation of oursourcing labor remuneration at PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya in Islamic Perspective according based Al-Quran and Al-Hadith. The indicators used by the terms of feasibility of minimum wages and equity among workers. Insights justice in Islamic perspective is described comparative labor positions corresponding salaries earned. Payment of salaries in PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi accordance timelines. PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi is not sharia company but the results of the research conclusion is the wage system in PT Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi according Islamic perspective.

The research aimed to provide an overview on how digital conversation and participatory culture processes take place in Indonesian communities in #GerakBersama campaign. This research used a qualitative approach with case study methods. The results show that digital conversations in the #GerakBersama campaign are mostly triggered by content shared by the initiators. However, most accounts who share the content or hashtags in social media are organizations. In short, the digital conversation of this campaign is still a one-way conversation from the initiators to the public. In #GerakBersama campaign, the process of forming participatory culture begins with the existence of a society that has the same concern and a feeling of disgust about violence against women. The existence of this similarity is also reinforced by the characteristics of new media which allows users to share and create participatory culture.

This study discusses the efforts of the Islamic boarding school in dealing with deviant behavior in students at the Nurul Huda Banat Islamic boarding school Simbang Kulon Buaran Pekalongan. This research is motivated by the problem of deviant behavior carried out by students at the Nurul Huda Banat Islamic boarding school. Deviant behavior with violations of the rules and regulations set by the pesantren. Pesantren has a very important role in building morale in students and has a very important role in overcoming deviations committed by students. This study aims to determine how the influence of ta'zir on the discipline of students, this study uses a qualitative approach and case study methods. Data was collected by using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The research information consisted of the boarding school administrator and one of the female students of the Nurul Huda Banat Islamic boarding school. It is hoped that the existence of ta'zir can foster a disciplined attitude in students.

Information and knowledge-seeking vary among users, including home care nurses. This research describes the social, cultural and behavioral dimensions of information and knowledge-seeking among home care nurses, using both survey and case study methods. Results provide better understanding and appreciation of nurses’ information behavior.La recherche d’information et de connaissances varie selon les usagers, y compris parmi les infirmiers et infirmières des soins à domicile. Cette recherche décrit les dimensions sociales, culturelles et comportementales de la recherche d’information et de connaissances parmi les infirmiers et infirmières des soins à domicile, en utilisant les méthodes de sondage et de l’étude de cas. Les résultats offrent une meilleure compréhension et connaissance du comportement informationnel des infirmiers et infirmières.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe and analize the implementation of holistic education in Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School which is exploring in the terms of educational objectives, curriculum, learning methods, educators and evaluation. This study was uses qualitative approach research with the type of case study. That was describing and analyzing the implementation of holistic education in the Amanatul Islamic Boarding School. Implementation of holistic education in the Amanatul Ummah boarding school were carried out in a strict, responsible and disciplined manner while carrying out all things. The whole educational process from several elements includes: 1) Educational Objectives: the purpose of education in general is to form a whole human being with moral character while specifically covering. Becoming a cleric, a conglomerate, the nation's leader, and be a professional in every fields. 2) curriculum that implemented by using an integrative curriculum between the national curriculum and the standard of Al-Azhar Egypt’s curriculum. 3) Educators are demanded to be professional and has excellent personalities for being a role of models for santri. 4), the methods that applied was various, including traditional methods and contemporary methods. 5). Evaluation: the evaluation was carried out every week, monthly, semester, and yearly. All educational elements are evaluated to realize the Islamic Boarding School's vision and mission. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi pendidikan holistik pesantren Amanatul Ummah yang dieksplorasi dari segi tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, pendidik dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi pendidikan holistik di Pesantren Amanatul Ummah Mojokerto. Hasil penelitian Implementasi pendidikan holistik di pesantren Amanatul Ummah Mojokerto dilaksanakan dengan ketat, bertanggung jawab dan disiplin dalam melaksanakan segala hal. Penerapan proses pendidikan secara utuh dari beberapa elemen meliputi: 1). Tujuan pendidikan secara umum adalah membentuk manusia utuh yang berakhlakul karimah sedangkan secara khusus meliputi. Menjadi ulama`, menjadi konglomerat, menjadikan pemimpin bangsa, menjadi profesional di bidangnya. 2) kurikulum yang diimplementasikan menggunakan kurikulum integratif antara kurikulum nasional dengan kurikulum muadalah berstandar Al-Azhar Mesir. 3) Pendidik dituntut untuk profesional dan memiliki kepribadian yang mantap agar menjadi teladan bagi santri. 4), metode yang diterapkan bervariasi meliputi metode tradisional dan metode kontemporer. 5). Evaluasi: pelaksanaan evaluasi dilakukan setiap mingguan, bulanan, per semester, dan tahunan. Semua elemen pendidikan dievaluasi untuk mewujudkan visi-misi pesantren.
