Informatization is one of the stages in the development of modern society. This process is characterized by the increasing role of education in all spheres of human activity and the increasing importance of artificial intelligence and communications. One of the key areas of informatization is the addition of education to new theories and practices that are aimed at using advanced information technologies for the purpose of teaching and teaching the modern generation. Information and communication technologies (ICT) are a form of informatization. On the other hand, now they are actively being introduced into the educational process as teaching aids. The successful implementation of informatization is largely determined by the human and material potential of educational institutions and the degree of teacher training. The process of introducing ICT into practice is chaotic, but today there is a pattern in it, and researchers around the world find and explore it.

The article substantiates the relevance of the problem of using information and communication technologies (ICT) to partially solve the problem of accessibility to education for certain categories of people with disabilities and improving the quality of educational services. Theneed for introducing open access repositories with educational and scientific content is emphasized, which will allow alternative ways of gaining knowledge despite time or space constraints. The advantages and disadvantages of using ICT in the inclusive process are outlined, and their main types are proposed which can be used to support inclusive education. The features of creating an effective computer-integrated learning environment in the inclusive process are identified, forms and methods of working with children with special needs using ICT are presented. The authors display the results of a survey of teachers regarding their attitude to this problem and their professional skills in using ICT in the educational process of a general secondary educational institution. The article focuses on the necessity to study and promote assistive technologies in inclusive learning, which are developed today in the world to enable people with disabilities to get education and their social integration. These technologies give people the opportunity to learn effectively, receive new information, communicate through devices to control computer equipment, including remotely; reading electrical signals, etc. The difficulties of implementing ICT in inclusive education of Ukraine are substantiated, among them: high cost of ICT, especially assistive technologies; lack of computer software at educational institutions, lack of powerful internet, especially in rural areas; low level of digital literacy of teachers, especially regarding the use of special training tools; often their conservative attitude to innovations, online communication with students with special educational needs; the lack of support for such students as for the use of specialized ICTs and others.

The state of education in the country affects the lives of its people, their wellbeing and personal development. Today the role of education is quite different from the one in previous centuries. Preparation for life and work in a rapidly changing environment comes at the forefront.Education should focus on active, developing technologies, aimed on to development of logical thinking operations (analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization, specification, etc.); ability to learn, to make decisions quickly, and to adapt to the conditions of life and labor.Education should be aimed to prospect development of the society. It means that educational institutions must use the latest information technologies. Creation of functional information environment is the main task of modern society. So, the main task is the computerization of educational institutions. Accordingly the teacher’s role in this process is changing. And therefore there is the urgent need of teacher accordance with the new requirements of society. One of the ways of elaboration of this question is the active use of information and communication technologies, which provide wide opportunities for development of professional competence of teachers.The article discusses the role of information and communication technologies in the modern educational process, the state of development of teachers’ skills of using ICT in the system of continuous pedagogical education, organizational and pedagogical conditions for the success of this process.

The article is devoted to the problem of successful implementation of different cutting-edge techniques in teaching in the context of the current significant modifications and profound transformations of the educational system in Ukraine. This work focuses on the forming a foreign medical student linguistic personality, in particular it’s grammar, speech, communication as well as socio-cultural competencies, including by utilizing Advanced Information and Communication technology tools. This research focuses on the introduction of Advanced Information and Communication Technologies into the Ukrainian educational process. The article explores the features of modern information and communication technologies implementation in teaching technical English. The specifics of teaching foreign languages for applicants for non-linguistic specialties has its own characteristics, which should be taken into account when constructing and conducting classes. The information society poses new challenges and correspondingly new goals for teachers and applicants to higher education, the achievement of which is ensured by analyzing situational data and creating the environment that would most closely reflect the realities of the modern professional environment, which requires an appropriate level of a foreign language knowledge. It was determined that electronic learning tools act as a catalyst in mastering the material and improve the quality of the educational process. The study analyzed psychological factors that provide an extremely high level of student motivation and form the corresponding priorities in the direction of professional growth. The pedagogical ways of introducing multimedia teaching aids while studying a foreign language are described in detail as a key condition for the fundamental training of a qualified specialist, focused on meeting the needs of the modern market. It is noted that higher education institutions do not yet fully possess educational computer programs and the latest software, which is one of the most pressing problems in the digitalization of the educational process. It is proved that the effectiveness of achieving didactic goals directly depends on the chosen forms and methods of training, and the inclusion of information and communication technologies has such advantages as individualization and intensification of the educational process, an increase in the amount of independent work of the applicant, which is an important component of the Bologna process. In this regard, and with the aim of developing the communication skills of future specialists, ICTs are considered to be the primary element in the training of qualified specialists in economic fields.

Informatization of postmodern society is a promising path to economic, social and educational development. The informatization of education is aimed at the formation and development of the intellectual potential of the nation, the improvement of the forms and content of the educational process, the introduction of computer teaching and testing methods, allows solving problems at the highest level, taking into account world requirements. One of the important directions in the development of informatization of education in the context of a pandemic is new computer technologies. Interactivity, intensification of the learning process, feedback - are the real advantages of these technologies, which necessitated their application in various fields of human activity, primarily in those related to education and professional training. Now, in a pandemic, the number of studies has noticeably increased, the subject of which was the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The article deals with the problem of psychological and didactic aspects of the introduction of information communication technologies in the process of teaching students of higher educational institutions. An analysis of the problems and prospects of using information communication technologies in higher educational institutions was carried out, as a guarantee of building an intensive process of assimilating knowledge, skills, and abilities of students of higher educational institutions.

A characteristic of modern society in the last few decades is the increasingly powerful exchange and transfer of knowledge through information technologies that offer tools for the production, creation, collection, organization, use and storage of knowledge and information. The research was conducted among students of the International University of Novi Pazar, with indicators that indicate the degree of understanding and use of computers and the development of information literacy, after which young people should understand and rationally use information and communication technologies. Students provided answers to questions such as: how to access information and how to evaluate information in a youth support process related to research processes that enable young people to find, download and make relevance assessments, Everyday use of computer-aided technologies by young people also generates larger amounts of information that are difficult to manage. So, young people have a large amount of important information that needs to be recognized on the one hand, and understood on the other, and finally situated in a harmonious relationship, so for them, in computer and IT terms, complex tasks are set, such as how to choose the right technology and how to manage that information. Information management refers, among other things, to the ability of young people to take responsibility, fundamentally for the process of planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling.
