Data security is very important today, because the amount of big data is increasing day by day, forcing every sector to review its security system. The security of SIM and STNK documents is always associated with the authorities. This authority can be public or private. In this country, in the transportation sector, the security of driver's license and vehicle registration documents are given to two private company authorities. Among them are Presprint PI for SIM and High Tech Telesoft for STNK card. Its purpose is to prove the authenticity, availability, and confidentiality of the SIM or STNK holder. However, until now, the security of these documents is still facing obstacles, such as the presence of several individuals who have fake driver's licenses or fake STNKs. Sometimes with the involvement of a particular system manager, the time it takes for the applicant to get a driver's license or STNK card, data management must be secured by one authority. Faced with this situation, to ensure that only qualified people who have the appropriate driving training certificate and have the original driver's license can be allowed to drive the vehicle. System security is optimized through the use of blockchain technology, in data management transparently and without central authority.

Internet of Things (IoT) is growing rapidly in recent days and increasing of IoT devices day by day producing vast amount of data, to store this data security is a major challenge in IoT. To avoid these security challenges, blockchain is the perfect solution. With its security by design, immutable nature, transparent nature and encryption methodology blockchain will solve architectural issues of IoT. In these days, the energy meters in our homes are not able send the information to the cloud and man power also needed to update readings every month, and manually errors also taken place some times to avoid these, in the paper a smart energy meter is proposed, that will measure the power consumption and that readings will be stored in to the blockchain to secure the data from the fraudsters and also to make the payment without any third parties like banks, in the blockchain technology amount can be transferred from one to one without any third parties using crypto currencies like bitcoin, ether.., etc. The user will be able to check the bills in the blockchain and do the payments. By using the blockchain technology the user data will be more secure and the IoT security issues also solvable.

Abstract:The increased use of computers is a response to the considerable growth in information in all fields of activities. Related to this, in the field of medicine a new component appeared about 40 years ago: Medical Informatics. Its goals are to assist health care professionals in the choice of data to manage and in the choice of applications of such data. These possibilities for data management must be well understood and, related to this, two major dangers must be emphasized. One concerns data security, and the other concerns the processing of these data. This paper discusses these items and warns of the inappropriate use of medical informatics.

n a business enterprise there is an enormous amount of data generated or processed daily through different data points. It is increasing day by day. It is tough to handle it through traditional applications like excel or any other tools. So, big data analytics and environment may be helpful in the current scenario and the situation discussed above. This paper discussed the big data management ways with the impact of computational methodologies. It also covers the applicability domains and areas. It explores the computational methods applicability scenario and their conceptual design based on the previous literature. Machine learning, artificial intelligence and data mining techniques have been discussed for the same environment based on the related study.

Once again in this study, we emphasizes strongly on applications of mathematical solutions for industrial uses. By using qualitative analysis, synthesis and inductive methods, together with statistic data, our paper target is to analyze aspects of SWOT analysis on blockchain technology and its opportunities for various industries and sectors in emerging markets such as Vietnam. This is based on the original foundation theory indicating that blockchain tech functioned as a mathematical solutions that can be applied for solving commerce secrets, with high data security and can be used for intellectual property. Among our research results is findings on the connection between IoTs - Internet of Things and blockchain tech, as well as relationship between AI - Artificial intelligence and blockchain tech. Last but not least authors propose cybersecurity risk solutions and there are policies implications attached.

This research focuses on factors that influence the competitive advantage of the sustainable digital economy. Digital economy helped to speed up the exchange of information flows which, in turn, impacted on the creation the new forms of business and socio-economic interactions. Such sectors as banking and finance or hospitality and services are all influenced by the advancements of the digital economy that include sharing economy or Blockchain technology and its related applications. In this article, we show that digital economy is more sustainable due to the fact that it requires less energy sources and can itself contribute to the formation of the green economy and the acceptance of the renewable energy. All these features constitute its competitive advantage that needs to be further supported and fostered. In addition, we discuss key strategies and the development of skills to adapt to a digital economy and provide an overview of high-quality training for high-tech workers. It was assumed that in future, people would be able to easily acquire new skills through vocational training and vocational training. However, the spread of digital technologies has changed the way we work and has increased the need for high-quality training for workers in a wide range of professions. To use such technologies effectively, workers in an increasing number of sectors and professions need both general and advanced ICT skills.

Blockchain first introduced and implemented in digital currency management and transactions. Its application to medical records data management is a novelty. This paper described the implementation of blockchain technology in the healthcare industry, especially in medical records data management A literature review was conducted on three popular databases, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, and IEEE Xplore with the keywords "health", "medical record" and "blockchain" with "research article" and "conference proceeding" filters. There are a few articles that meet the criteria to review indicated that the implementation of blockchain technology in medical records data management is a novelty and still in the early phase. Blockchain is a potential technology in supporting the implementation of electronic medical records, especially related to data integration and privacy. Several scientific publications related to the implementation of blockchain for medical records data management shown that the implementation of this technology will make the patient have full control over their health data. Yet there are still many challenges in the implementation both from the user side and the technology infrastructure.

Стремительное развитие технологии блокчейн сделало криптовалюты широко распространенными по всему миру платежными средствами, используемыми в качестве альтернативной онлайн-валюты. Одновременно с этим криптовалюты также зарекомендовали себя как идеальная валюта для киберпреступников из-за их нерегулируемого и псевдоанонимного характера. Такое положение дел привело к возникновению возможности использования криптовалют в качестве инструмента содействия преступлениям, совершаемым как в киберпространстве, так и в реальном мире, включая легализацию (отмывание) денежных средств, кибер-вымогательство, фишинг, взлом, кибермошенничество и иные преступления в финансовой сфере. Учитывая высокотехнологичный, децентрализованный и, следовательно, сложный характер криптовалют, криминологам важно иметь базовое представление о методах работы, используемых в криптовалютных преступлениях. Таким образом, в представленных тезисах проанализированы проблемы, связанные с использованием криптовалюты для содействия преступной деятельности, и рассмотрены методы противодействия им. The rapid development of blockchain technology has made cryptocurrencies widespread around the world, used as an alternative online currency. At the same time, cryptocurrencies have also established themselves as the ideal currency for cybercriminals due to their unregulated and pseudo-anonymous nature. This state of affairs has led to the emergence of the possibility of using cryptocurrencies as a tool to facilitate crimes committed both in cyberspace and in the real world, including money laundering, cyber extortion, phishing, hacking, cyber fraud and other crimes in the financial sector. Given the high-tech, decentralized and therefore complex nature of cryptocurrencies, it is important for criminologists to have a basic understanding of the methods of operation used in "cryptocurrency crimes." Thus, this article analyzes the issues of using cryptocurrency to promote criminal activity, as well as countering issues.

Blockchain technology in a clinical trial setting is a valuable asset due to decentralization, immutability, transparency, and traceability features. For this chapter, a literature review was conducted to map the current utilization of blockchain systems in clinical trials, particularly data security managing systems and their characteristics, such as applicability, interests of use, limitations, and issues. The advantages of data security are producing a more transparent and tamper-proof clinical trial by providing accurate, validated data, therefore producing a more reliable and credible clinical trial. On the other hand, data integrity is a critical issue since data obtained from trials are not instantly made public to all participants. Work needs to be done to establish the significant implications in security data when applying blockchain technology in a real-world clinical trial setting and generalized conditions of use to establish its security.

In this newly competitive and dynamic knowledge economic era, knowledge becomes the most important capability for enterprises. As a part of the cultural enterprises, the music industry produces cultural products that are nonmaterial, aesthetic and expressive for audiences and consumers. The report on the artistic and cultural fields from the European Union illustrates that the importance of the creative industry increases day by day in recent years. However, the studies of intellectual capital and knowledge transfer mostly focused on the high-tech industries. In this study, the researchers adopted a case study to explore how the knowledge transfer among music band members and intellectual capital’s effect bands. Based on the interviews, the researchers found that human capital is the fundamental of a music band and organizational capital, and it influenced the transfer of human capital. The authors further discuss the implications for bands and the for music industry to promote knowledge transfer and build their intellectual capital.
