В сделан вывод относительно того, что рынок банковских услуг по своим параметрам и характеристикам правомерно относить к рынкам с асимметричной информацией, что проявляется: в неравноценном обеспечении активных и пассивных операций банка; различной правовой основе банковских операций; разных механизмах стоимостной оценки взаимных обязательств; асимметричной ликвидности кредитно-денежных операций; наличии интернальных эффектов. The article It is concluded, that the market of banking services on its parameters and characteristics legitimate to refer to the markets with asymmetric information, which manifests itself: in the unequal provision of active and passive operations of the bank; different legal basis of banking operations; different mechanisms for the valuation of mutual obligations; asymmetric liquidity monetary operations; the presence of Internal effects.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that influence bankers’ intention to adopt green banking in Pakistan. Green banking refers to providing environment-friendly banking services and financial products through environment-friendly banking operations and infrastructure. It can be referred to as sustainable lending and depository products and bank’s services through sustainable banking operations and infrastructure. The data for this study was collected from 250 respondents through a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the partial least squares (PLS) approach. The study’s findings indicate that Policy Guidelines, Attitude towards usage, Central Bank Regulations, and Management commitment and support influence bankers’ intention to adopt green banking in Pakistan. This research will help the State bank of Pakistan and the bank’s senior management to identify the key factors influencing the adoption of green banking in Pakistan.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of leadership commitment on implementation of green banking in Pakistan through the lens of moderating role of responsible leadership. The concept of green banking in modern banking industry is associated with provision of environment friendly banking services through environment friendly banking operations and infrastructure. It can be referred to sustainable lending and depository product and services provide by banks through sustainable banking operations and infrastructure. Design/Methodology/Approach- An exploratory qualitative research design is used to postulate the theoretical model relating leadership role with implementation of green banking practices in Pakistan. Limitations/Implications- Further studies are needed to empirically examine the postulated relationships signified by proposed model of the study. Originality/ Value- The proposed model and relationship will significantly contribute to better understanding of role of banks leadership towards transformation of conventional banking into sustainable banking practices and products.

According to the Euronet mobile Banking Guide, there are currently close to 400 Mobile Operators in over 133 countries who are signing up 4 to 6 new customers every second. This implies that more people are going mobile like never before. The novel method presented in this paper is an Interactive SMS Banking Agent that is incrementally scalable for banking operations. Hence, a mobile banking solution called SMS Banking that allows people to bank with their mobile phones is presented in this paper.

SummaryA top quality, effective treatment of haemophilia requires an integrated therapeutical concept and an excellent cooperation of an interdisciplinary team. Since years different models are discussed in Germany in order to enlarge the offers for a suitable care of patients with hard to treat diseases. The healthpolitical targets are expressed in the changes of the Code of Social Law number V (SGB V) and in innovations in the statutory health insurance. This new legal basis provides opportunities to implement innovative treatment concepts outside university hospitals and paves the way for ambulant haemophilia centres to offer an integral care, all legally saved by a contract.The Coagulation Centre Rhine-Ruhr reveals as an example how haemophilia treatment in accordance with guidelines and with the latest results of international research can be realise in an ambulatory network.

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the agency problems that arise in the application of the financing with mudharabah on Islamic banking. In this article the author describes the use of the theory of financing, asymetri information, agency problems inside of financing. The conclusion of this article is that the financing is asymmetric information problems will arise, both adverse selection and moral hazard. The high risk of prospective managers (mudharib) for their moral hazard and lack of readiness of human resources in Islamic banking is among the factors that make the composition of the distribution of funds to the public more in the form of financing. The limitations that can be done to optimize this financing is among other things; owners of capital supervision (monitoring) and the customers themselves place restrictions on its actions (bonding).
