The purpose of research include five things: the expression indirect include; Second, Reading of heuristics and reading hermeneutic, third, matrices, models and variants, fourth,hipogram (hypogram).in ontology poetry Doa untukAnakCucu by Willybrordus Surendra Bhawana Rendra Brotoatmojo. The research approach used is semiotic, that is studying the indirect expression to poetry by way of linguistic influence the meaning of a literary work as a whole and the effects on the reader. Data collection techniques using literature techniques, see and record.The data analysis technique that analyzes three grooves flowing with concurrent activities. That is; data reduction, data presentation, drawing contents in poetry. Methods of data analysis used in this study is a semiotic method, and approach indirect expression.The conclusions of this research consists of four things. the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency. The type of this research is descrip- tive research with qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation with informants. Data analysis technique uses Miles & Huber- man theory, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency had not run effectively because the standard operating procedures had not been implemented optimally by the supervisors and carved out a subscription; facilities and infrastructure are inadequate; as well as the salary of supervisors and parking atten- dants subscribers are minimal. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency has not run effectively related to stan- dard operating procedures, facilities and infrastructure, and the level of compliance of the parking attendants subscription.

The purpose of this study is to find and explain the language of traders in the interaction of buying andselling in the Kawasan Makam Gus Dur Tebuireng Jombang (KMGD) market. The research method used is adescriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were: 1. Technique survey, 2. Recordingtechnique, 3. Listening technique and 4. Note technique. In thisstudy, the validity of the data used data triangulation: 1. Technique triangulation, 2. Time triangulation. Theresults of the research that can be formulated that the language expressions used by merchants are Javanese,Indonesian and Madurese.

Exploration of Matthematical Symbol and Word Mastery on Mathematics Teacher. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to explore the mastery of symbols and mathematical words in teachers. The subjects in this study were five mathematics teachers ini Lambitu District, Bima. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and interviews. Observations were made to observe the mastery of symbols and mathematical words when the teacher carried out the learning process. Interviews were conducted to obtain data on the factors that influence the mastery of symbols and mathematical words for teachers. Data analysis technique used are data reduction, data presentation, and make conclusions. The results showed that the overall mastery of symbols and mathematical words for teachers were good. There are only a few mistakes or errors that teachers make in the use of symbols and mathematical words. These mistakes or errors are caused by misconceptions and inaccuracies.

This study aims to identify and describe the form of language errors at the syntactic level in the sentence field in the Youtube commentary of Najwa Shihab Melawan Corona. This type of research is qualitative or can be interpreted as research that emphasizes the quality of data collected using descriptive methods. Sources of data in this study are comments written by YouTube users on the Najwa Shihab Melawan Corona broadcast. The data in this study are writings that represent the opinions of Youtube users regarding related videos. The data collection techniques used in this study were reading and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study was data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study found language errors in the sentence field in the form of non-subjected sentences, non-predicated sentences, lucky sentences, duplication of subjects, illogical sentences, ambiguity sentences, conjunction omissions, Excessive use of conjunctions, unparalleled sequences, use of foreign terms and use of unnecessary question words.

This study aims to find out how the management of market retribution in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market Kendari City. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: planning in terms of setting targets that have been arranged is optimal. This can be seen from the determined and implemented stages of targeting that are carried out every year, but the achievement of targets has never been fulfilled due to lack of awareness of traders or mandatory retribution in terms of paying retribution. The conclusion of the study was that the implementation of market retribution management in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market in Kendari City was not effective due to the lack of intensive collection of mandatory levies, delinquent payment of levies by traders for various reasons so that the realization of market retribution did not reach the planned target.

This study aims to determine community participation in the development of Ke'te Kesu tourism objects in Panta'nakan Lolo Village, Kesu District, North Toraja Regency and the factors that influence community participation in the development of Ke'te Kesu tourism objects in Panta'nakan Lolo Village, Kesu District. North Toraja Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique used is the data analysis technique in the field with several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The informants in this study were the managers of the Ke'te Kesu tourism object and the community around the Ke'te Kesu tourist attraction with a total of 7 people. Based on the results of research, the local community is very involved in the development of the Ke'te Kesu tourist attraction by giving contributions of energy and ideas, seen from actively maintaining the cleanliness and preservation of the Ke'te Kesu tourist attraction and providing evaluation to the manager. Ke'te Kesu tourism object has a big influence on the surrounding community.

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

This research aims to describe the types and meanings that appear in lexical cohesion in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The benefits of this research are theoretical and practical benefits. This research uses descriptive qualitative recearch. The data of this research are in the form of words and phrases contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye, the source of data in this study is a collection of texts in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. In this research, the writer uses descriptive method, using documentation technique, namely reading and taking notes. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The validity of this research data uses triangulation theory. based on the results of the research found, there are as many as 97 lexical cohesion data in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The results of the lexical cohesion research data contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye include the types of repetitions as many as 55 data, which consists of 12 data epizeukis repetitions, 3 data repetition of tautotes, 14 data of anaphora repetitions, 11 data of epistropha repetition, simploke repetition of 3 data, 9 data for mesodiplosis repetition, 2 data for epanalepsis repetition, and 1 data for anadiplosis repetition. Then the type of synonymous lexical cohesion is 6 data, antonym is 18 data, collocation is 6 data, hyponym is 5 data, and finally equivalence 7 data.Key words: lexical cohesion, novel Pergi, Tere Liye
