The purpose of this study is to find and explain the language of traders in the interaction of buying andselling in the Kawasan Makam Gus Dur Tebuireng Jombang (KMGD) market. The research method used is adescriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were: 1. Technique survey, 2. Recordingtechnique, 3. Listening technique and 4. Note technique. The data analysis technique uses the followingtechniques: 1. Data collection, 2. Data reduction, 3. Data presentation, 4. Conclusing drawing / verification. In thisstudy, the validity of the data used data triangulation: 1. Technique triangulation, 2. Time triangulation. Theresults of the research that can be formulated that the language expressions used by merchants are Javanese,Indonesian and Madurese.

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency. The type of this research is descrip- tive research with qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation with informants. Data analysis technique uses Miles & Huber- man theory, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency had not run effectively because the standard operating procedures had not been implemented optimally by the supervisors and carved out a subscription; facilities and infrastructure are inadequate; as well as the salary of supervisors and parking atten- dants subscribers are minimal. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency has not run effectively related to stan- dard operating procedures, facilities and infrastructure, and the level of compliance of the parking attendants subscription.

This study aims to find out how the management of market retribution in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market Kendari City. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that: planning in terms of setting targets that have been arranged is optimal. This can be seen from the determined and implemented stages of targeting that are carried out every year, but the achievement of targets has never been fulfilled due to lack of awareness of traders or mandatory retribution in terms of paying retribution. The conclusion of the study was that the implementation of market retribution management in increasing Regional Original Revenue in the Lapulu market in Kendari City was not effective due to the lack of intensive collection of mandatory levies, delinquent payment of levies by traders for various reasons so that the realization of market retribution did not reach the planned target.

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

Artikel ini akan mendeskripsikan maksim kuantitas pada pemakaian kolokial dalam sentra pelayanan publik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian berupa penggunaan maksim kuantitas pada pemakaian kolokial sesuai dengan tingkatan yang sesuai dalam sebuah interaksi. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah dua contoh video pelayanan publik yang diperoleh dari situs youtube. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik simak catat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman dan menggunakan alur pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan secara tuntas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan representasi maksim kuantitas pada pemakaian kolokial dalam sentra pelayanan publik mengarah pada (1) penggunaan kata dasar. (2) penggunaan vokal dalam sebuah kata. (3) penggunaan suku kata terakhir sebuah kata. dan (4)  penggunaan konsonan dalam sebuah kata.Katakunci: kolokial,  kuantitas,  maksim,  pelayananAbstract:This article will describe the maxim of quantity of colloquial use in public service centers. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The data in this research is the use of maxim of quantity in colloquial use based on the appropriate level in an interaction. Sources of data in the study are two examples of public service videos obtained from the YouTube site. Data collection was conducted by using note-taking technique. The data analysis technique used the theory of Miles and Huberman and the flow of data collection, data reduction and conclusion. The results show that the representation of maxim of quantity in colloquial use in public service centers leads to (1) the use of basic words. (2) the use of vowels in a word. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan peningkatan kompetensi widyaiswara melalui pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan model interaktif dengan proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain  keterampilan dosen dalam menulis KTI sudah cukup, walaupun ada beberapa aspek yang harus ditingkatkan. Beberapa kendala Widyaiswari dalam menyusun KTI terkait dengan peluang, penelitian pustaka, fasilitas pendukung yang terbatas dan motivasi yang kurang. Beberapa upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam penyiapan KTI adalah melalui pelatihan pelatih, pelatihan, mengikuti webinar, bengkel kerja, memperbanyak literasi hasil penelitian sebelumnya, dan mengikuti kegiatan tutorial di YouTube. The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of widyaiswara's competence through scientific writing training. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation study. Technique validity of data using source and technique triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model with the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study include the skills of lecturers in writing KTI which are sufficient, although there are several aspects that must be improved. Some of Widyaiswari's obstacles in preparing KTI are related to opportunities, literature research, limited supporting facilities and lack of motivation. Some of the efforts made to improve skills in KTI preparation are through trainer training, training, attending webinars, workshops, increasing literacy of previous research results, and participating in tutorial activities on YouTube.

Exploration of Matthematical Symbol and Word Mastery on Mathematics Teacher. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to explore the mastery of symbols and mathematical words in teachers. The subjects in this study were five mathematics teachers ini Lambitu District, Bima. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and interviews. Observations were made to observe the mastery of symbols and mathematical words when the teacher carried out the learning process. Interviews were conducted to obtain data on the factors that influence the mastery of symbols and mathematical words for teachers. Data analysis technique used are data reduction, data presentation, and make conclusions. The results showed that the overall mastery of symbols and mathematical words for teachers were good. There are only a few mistakes or errors that teachers make in the use of symbols and mathematical words. These mistakes or errors are caused by misconceptions and inaccuracies.

This study aims to identify and describe the form of language errors at the syntactic level in the sentence field in the Youtube commentary of Najwa Shihab Melawan Corona. This type of research is qualitative or can be interpreted as research that emphasizes the quality of data collected using descriptive methods. Sources of data in this study are comments written by YouTube users on the Najwa Shihab Melawan Corona broadcast. The data in this study are writings that represent the opinions of Youtube users regarding related videos. The data collection techniques used in this study were reading and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study was data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study found language errors in the sentence field in the form of non-subjected sentences, non-predicated sentences, lucky sentences, duplication of subjects, illogical sentences, ambiguity sentences, conjunction omissions, Excessive use of conjunctions, unparalleled sequences, use of foreign terms and use of unnecessary question words.

This research examines the application of customary law as a solution to conflicts between villages in Dolo District, Sigi Regency. This research focuses on solving problems about how to apply customary law as a solution to conflicts between villages in Dolo District. This research method uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews or interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, data verification. Then check the validity of the data. What is found in this research is that the solution to prevent conflict in society must involve the roles of all elements, not only the Dolo District government, but the community itself, especially the facilitators, because the progress of an area cannot be separated from the participation of the youth in the area itself. Apart from that, there are obstacles to implementing customary law as a solution to conflicts between villages and what methods or approaches are used in implementing customary law. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penerapan hukum adat sebagai solusi konflik antar kampung di Kecamatan Dolo, Kabupaten Sigi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tentang bagaimana penerapan hukum adat sebagai solusi konflik antar kampung di Kecamatan Dolo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview atau wawancara dan dokumentasi, teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data.kemudian melakukan pengecekan keabsahan data. Adapun yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah solusi untuk mencegah terjadinya konflik di masyarakat harus dilibatkan peran dari semua elemen, bukan hanya pemerintah Kecamatan Dolo, tetepi masyarakat sendiri, khususnya pemudah, karenan kemajuan suatu daerah tidak lepas peran serta dari pemuda yang ada diderah itu sendiri. Selain itu, kendala-kendala penerapan hukum adat sebagai solusi konflik antar kampung.serta metode atau pendekatan apa yang digunakan dalam menerapkan hukum adat.

Education is one of the basic things tha must be obtaned by citizen in every country. This research is motivated by there are complaints from parents who do not have time to prepare food for their children who attend school too late in the morning. However, there are students or teachers who come late and don’t break the rules. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of regent regulations related to school hours rules. The theory used in this research is the theory of Edward III which includes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method use is descriptive research reluctant to use qualitative approach. The data collection technique is direct observation, in-depth interview, library study, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the study show that the policy of school hours at 06.00 is not appropriate to be implemented. Therefore, some improvements are needed regarding the policy regulations.
