This research departs from the problems faced by the management of Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation, namely (1) The absence of an information system that acts as a Transaction Processing System (TPS), (2) The absence of an information system that provides the best convenience and experience for users and donors in Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation equipped with payment gateways so that users are facilitated in every transaction they make. Based on these problems, researchers aim to solve existing problems. In this study researchers used descriptive qualitative research motto using primary data from unstructured interview results and secondary data derived from library studies, while to build the required system, researchers used one type of Agile method, namely Extreme Programming (XP). Based on the results of the study, it shows that researchers successfully fulfilled the purpose of this study or in a sense, with this study Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation already has an information system that acts as a Transaction Processing System (TPS) to manage sales and also fundraising or crowdfunding, and there has been a system that provides convenience and a good experience for users and donors at Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation. But in the article management section, the system has not been able to login one door, so to enter the Content Management System (CMS) page of the article, must login again. In the end, the sales and fundraising information system created and designed by researchers has met the research objectives and meets the needs of Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation. This study proposes a dynamic web-based information system using a content management system (CMS) osCommerce with PHP programming language and MySQL database. Utilization of a dynamic web Content Management System has advantages of easy and friendly in content management. Realtime information dissemination network using the Internet will bring up a quick response from the customer as the target market so that the main goal of entrepreneurial activity is achieved. With the implementation of web commerce information system is expected to be a solution for students as a means of self-employment training that has relevance to the subject so that students will have confidence in the start up of entrepreneurial activity as an effort to create their own jobs for students.

Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM) sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang memberikan tugas akhir dan skripsi sebagai salah satu syarat kelulusan untuk mendapatkan gelar Diploma atau Sarjana. Sistem Informasi Tugas Akhir dan Skripsi (SIMITA) memberikan kemudahan bagi panitia skripsi untuk mengelola data dan memberikan informasi mengenai tahapan prosedur tugas akhir dan skripsi bagi para mahasiswa. Pengembangan SIMITA di UNIKOM dilakukan untuk menambah fitur-fitur yang belum ada diantarnya fitur yang memberikan informasi atau pengumuman kepada mahasiswa seputar tugas akhir dan skripsi dan fitur yang memudahkan panitia skripsi untuk mengatur atribut apa saja yang harus diisi oleh peserta skripsi dalam setiap prosedur yang harus ditempuh untuk melaksanakan tugas akhir atau skripsi. Penelitian ini melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi dengan konsep Content Management System (CMS) agar panitia skripsi dapat mengelola sistem dengan mudah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototype. Alat bantu perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) berupa use case diagram. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan SIMITA yang bertujuan memberikan kemudahan bagi panitia skripsi dalam mengelola data dan memberikan informasi mengenai tugas akhir dan skripsi.

Financial Administration Processing is a process that converts financial data into information, in carrying out this process often using a computer so that it can run automatically. Through a data processing system, it can facilitate organizations to manage financial data for related fields so that they can help complete activities in the financial sector, especially for the process of recording and financial reports quickly. The purpose of this study is to find out how efficient and accurate the information system is at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Community and Village Empowerment in the Talaud Islands Regency (P3A-PMD). The method used in this study is a qualitative method by finding out how efficient and accurate the information system is currently running at the P3A-PMD Office. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and literature study. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data management with a computer is expected to help the process of recording data so that data storage will be better and if an error occurs, you can directly edit the data.

With the enrichment and development of network applications, many websites can't quickly follow large amounts of information derived and business model changes, it often spend a lot of time, manpower and material resources to update and maintain. When the website expands, the work is more complex to integrate inside, outside network and the branch website, even integration of inside and outside network and the branch website work become more complex, even the new website maybe will be built up possibly. In order to solve these problems, the information system required to fully ensure the work efficiency. The function is complete to meet the various doorways "gatekeeper" needed for the application, and to ensure t the published information is accurate. Staff can construct a unified style powerful professional website with content management system. But they don’t need learn a complex construction technology and too much complex web language.

Abstract This article aims to describe and explain the management system of the art workshop Sarai Sarumpun in order to manage the bun well to be able to set the schedule to appear so much in one day. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The main instrument in this research is its own researchers and assisted with supporting instruments such as notebooks, note taking tools, video cameras, photo cameras, and tape recorders. The data types in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observation, interviews, documentation. The steps for analyzing data are data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that the management system run by the Art Gallery of Sarai Sarumpun can run well. The management system carried out by the art Snggar Sarai Sarumpun is included in the organization of the line (a form of organization where direct authority is in a vertical and fully from leadership to its subordinates). The advantage of the line organization, all decisions can be resolved directly because in a particular situation the leader becomes one of the main targets in problem solving. Disadvantages of the line organization, if there is an issue or problem can not be resolved quickly because the leader is not in place. Thus the management of the line Oganisasi to solve the problem or problems in the workshop, the head of the workshop became the first person to complete and resolve the issue. Keywords: management system, art of gallery Sarai Sarumpun

The purpose of this research is to design and build a web-based e-commerce information system using a Content Management System (CMS) that can provide informative information, make transactions online, and expand market coverage. The system is built using CMS WordPress. The method used in system development is a prototype method with the system modeling language used is Unified Modelling Language (UML). Seperti yang kita ketahui saat ini , Indonesia sudah memasuki era revolusi 4.0 yang mana pada era tersebut memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap perubahan yang terjadi di semua bidang. Termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan khususnya, perubahan yang terjadi di dunia pendidikan saat ini begitu pesat dengan ditinggalkannya metode belajar yang masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Mengerjakan tugas dengan buku, komunikasi tatap muka, mengumpulkan assignment dalam bentuk hardcopy, yang tentunya akan menyebabkan banyak kerugian dalam jangka waktu tertentu, seperti banyak assignment yang lama tertimbun dan sulit untuk ditemukan ketika dibutuhkan. Metode tersebut tentunya dianggap sebagai cara yang membosankan dan membuang banyak waktu, di mana mahasiswa tidak dapat mengeksplorasi dalam proses pembelajaran yang akan memakan waktu lama untuk melakukan pencarian manual untuk jumlah file yang telah dikumpulkan. Pada saat ini penerapan metode pembelajaran dengan konsep menata banyak laporan pengerjaan assignment dalam sebuah website content management system. Metode pembelajaran ini dibuat untuk memaksimalkan cara menata laporan assignment mahasiswa guna efisiensi manajemen waktu, oleh karena itu metode pembelajaran ini dapat diterapkan sebagai manajemen pendidikan di pendidikan tinggi. Diharapkan dengan adanya metode ini dapat meningkatkan manajemen waktu dalam belajar sehingga memotivasi untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuan dalam proses pembelajaran yang ada. Content management is an organisational effort of managing content, particularly in digital format. Although it has been over 25 years since content management was introduced, this field of study is still considered an emerging topic with unresolved issues-in particular, the subject of benefit achievement. Therefore, grounded on an extensive review of 135 articles, the purpose of this study is to investigate the benefits that organisations can gain through the proper use of an Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS). Subsequently, this paper identifies a list of ECMS benefits and proposes an ECMS benefit framework for further exploration into this field. Our result shows that although ECMS does bring benefits to organisations, these benefits are diverse; indicating that there are certain determinants or factors influencing the achievement of such benefits. Moreover, it is also found that in the context of the benefit framework of Shang and Seddon [10], three categories were found relevant to the field of content management: operational benefit, managerial benefit, and strategic benefit.
