Financial Administration Processing is a process that converts financial data into information, in carrying out this process often using a computer so that it can run automatically. Through a data processing system, it can facilitate organizations to manage financial data for related fields so that they can help complete activities in the financial sector, especially for the process of recording and financial reports quickly. The purpose of this study is to find out how efficient and accurate the information system is at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Community and Village Empowerment in the Talaud Islands Regency (P3A-PMD). The method used in this study is a qualitative method by finding out how efficient and accurate the information system is currently running at the P3A-PMD Office. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and literature study. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data management with a computer is expected to help the process of recording data so that data storage will be better and if an error occurs, you can directly edit the data.

This research departs from the problems faced by the management of Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation, namely (1) The absence of an information system that acts as a Transaction Processing System (TPS), (2) The absence of an information system that provides the best convenience and experience for users and donors in Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation equipped with payment gateways so that users are facilitated in every transaction they make. Based on these problems, researchers aim to solve existing problems. In this study researchers used descriptive qualitative research motto using primary data from unstructured interview results and secondary data derived from library studies, while to build the required system, researchers used one type of Agile method, namely Extreme Programming (XP). Based on the results of the study, it shows that researchers successfully fulfilled the purpose of this study or in a sense, with this study Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation already has an information system that acts as a Transaction Processing System (TPS) to manage sales and also fundraising or crowdfunding, and there has been a system that provides convenience and a good experience for users and donors at Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation. But in the article management section, the system has not been able to login one door, so to enter the Content Management System (CMS) page of the article, must login again. In the end, the sales and fundraising information system created and designed by researchers has met the research objectives and meets the needs of Beri Perubahan Indonesia Foundation. Financial reports must provide information that is useful for making a decision, where relevant and reliable information is influenced by the timeliness of reporting. This study aims to determine the effect of internal control systems and information systems on regional financial management on the timeliness of partial and simultaneous financial reporting of case studies at the Bengkalis Department of Transportation. This research is descriptive quantitative in nature, while the data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used was data quality test, data normality test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test. The results of this study are partially and simultaneously there is a significant influence between the internal control system and the regional financial management information system on the timeliness of financial reporting at the Bengkalis Department of Transportation.

This study aims to determine whether the MYOB application can be used as a tool for recording financial statements effectively and efficiently at UD. Family in Payakumbuh. Jenis data used are primary data and secondary data. Method of data analysis conducted in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and comparative analysis. The results of this study show that with the existence of computer-based accounting system, especially MYOB is very helpful business management, because the report produced more up to date and MYOB can improve the quality of financial statement information with speed, accuracy, completeness, etc. can clearly analyze each transaction there every day. The author suggests to UD. Family, to record all transactions that occur into MYOB so that it can further increase security in data storage and need training in order to run MYOB and be in accordance with accounting principles so that they can compile financial reports in a timely manner and can retrieve information quickly.

The implementation of court in Indonesia has not fulfilled as expected because any parties involving in court has a lack of capacity, consistency, and integrity to provide legal service seriously. Some people assume that court services are not still optimal. To settle the problems, the Supreme Court just has officially issued Regulation No. 1 of 2019 regarding the Administration of Cases and Legal Proceedings in Courts via Electronic Means on 8 August 2019. This regulation is believed as an appropriate solution to face those problems. To elaborate more, this study illustrates a judicial reform in Indonesia, e-court, and access to justice, the conception of e-court including the performance of e-court and its drawbacks and challenges in the digital era. The research method uses normative research by approaching legal review and literature study. The technique of primary data collection applies Supreme Court regulation while means of secondary data are collected from concept or theory as set out under bibliography. Judicial reform in Indonesia is indicated by issuing new regulation regarding e-Court and e-Litigation, the implementation e-Court itself has been attributed to 32 courts consisting of general religious, and state administrative courts. Through e-Court, access to justice more transparent and accessible. Besides, justice seekers have no worries regarding distance issues as of e-Court may allow them to fight in court without face to face. Parties have no doubt relating to the acceleration of court to settle any dispute in Indonesia.

The buy back guarantee agreement in the cooperation agreement aims to protect the bank frombusiness risks in the distribution of machine ownership financing. Buy back guarantee is defined asthe ability of the supplier as a guarantor against the bank, to "buy back" the machine object afterthe debtor is declared in default to the bank. Based on the description, the writer tries to examine theimplementation of the buy back guarantee agreement related to the distribution of machine financing,and legal remedies for the bank applying the contents of the buy back guarantee if there is default onthe debtor. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with analytical descriptivespecifications.The research was carried out through literature study, then looked at the relationshipbetween one law and another and carried out an analysis related to the application of its practice.After getting a description of the research results, the writer analyzes and draws conclusions fromthe research results obtained. Primary data collection is also carried out to support secondary data,which is obtained by documentation and bank interviews related to the machine ownership agreement.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the buy back guarantee was carriedout in several stages, namely the stage of the debtor's statement of default, the negotiation stage,and the stage of the agreement, the application of the buy back guarantee. Apart from that, the buyback guarantee that applies to PT. BPRS XXX Bekasi, there are two types of definitions: "buy backguarantee" and "help resell" by the supplier. Legal action has never been taken by the bank whenthere is default from the debtor. The bank is more concerned about the good ethics of the supplier tobuy / help sell the machine goods. The suggestions that the writer can give include, banks must applyprudential banking principles more selectively, suppliers do not only pursue sales targets but payattention to the side of the bank so that cooperation remains well established. n addition, research isneeded regarding the perspectives of the bank, supplier and debtor in addressing the problems thatexist in buy back guarantee in more depth and breadth.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to: 1) To Know and analyze the application of the principle of notary prudence In Knowing the applicant. 2) To Detect and Analyze Effects Of Authentic And Notary Deed Not Applying the Precautionary Principle  In Knowing the applicant. The data used in this study are primary data, secondary data and data that can support tertiary study, which was then analyzed by the method of description and interpretation.Based on the results of data analysis concluded that: 1) The principle of recognizing User Services as referred to in paragraph (1) at least includes identification of User Services, User Verification Transaction Monitoring Services and User Services. Reporting to the Financial Transaction Analysis and Reporting Center (PPATK) is recommended if it is believed their suspicions of money laundering schemes will be carried out, the registration obligation remains to be done, the registration once for serving. Reporting through the application system GRIPS (Gatahering Report Information Processing System). 2) an authentic deed which turned out later proven to be pecucian money, then it becomes the responsibility of the applicant own. Notaries who do not register GRIPS, will apply sanctions in the form of the temporary closure of access to AHU account on line, and thus access to the system notary Legal Administration (SABH) will be automatically blocked.Keywords: Notary; Precautionary Principle; Protection.

This research aims to identify and analyze the existence of the application of criminal penalties in the handling of criminal cases Child Protection in Indonesia and analyze the effectiveness of criminal fines when viewed from the perspective of children as victims of crime.Method used is socio-juridical using primary and secondary data. Primary data collection technique is done with the interview, and secondary data by reading, reviewing and analyzing primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, tertiary legal materials with qualitative analysis techniques, interpreted logically and systematically and drawn conclusions.Based on the survey results revealed that the existence of the application of criminal penalties in the handling of criminal cases Child Protection in Indonesia criminal fines in criminal prospects are just as an alternative or substitute for imprisonment or confinement. And effectiveness this penalty has not run optimally because the defendant would prefer to replace the criminal penalties to imprisonment.The conclusion of this thesis is that the implementation or execution of criminal penalties in Indonesia have not been effective or not maximized because law enforcement or judges tend to prefer the imprisonment of the criminal finesKeywords: Criminal Fines; Criminal Prison; Children.

The research aims to know the application of the Management Information System used in the management of financial data to be more effective for the long-term continuity in the Pratama’s Baby Shop store. In an enterprise the revenue and expense cycles are important, for economic growth can be seen from both cycles. Baby Shop Hai stores is a company that movesin to buy baby things. The method of data collection used is with observation, and library studies. The data sources used are the primary data of the general images of the company, the corporate documents, transaction evidence, company procedure guidelines on the Management information system income and expenses. Studies indicate that sales operations still have a few flaws and that improvements should be made especially to running systems.

Most of the obstacles or problems that are most often experienced by householdcraft craftsmen are in terms of marketing or marketing management. Where the marketingthey do is still very traditional. E-commerce (Electronic Commerce) or in IndonesianElectronic Commerce is the activity of distributing, selling, purchasing, marketing products(goods and services), by utilizing telecommunications networks such as the internet,television, or other computer networks. The purpose of this research is to solve variousproblems in business which include services, product costs, and business strategies. Thiswhole system is used in order toanalyze other information systems on the implementation ofan organization's operational activities.The case study used in this research is a market expansion approach using targetmarketing opportunity analysis, system model design, customer interface facilities, marketcommunication and implementation design. The research instrument used interview andobservation techniques as well as literature study. Sampling using purposive samplingtechnique. The data of this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Thedesign of the application is to use the Waterfall approach. This approach is a classic modeland is systematic so that it is easy to understand because all the processes work sequentiallyin the stages of building a software.The results of this study were carried out with several research methods, namelythe Black Box method and User Acceptance. Black Box testing is a test with the system onlyobserving the results of execution through test data and checking the functionality of thesoftware, while the User Acceptance method is a testing process carried out by users which isintended to produce documents that will be used as evidence that the software or softwareused and developed has been accepted. by the user.

AbstractObjective – This study aimed to analyze the performance of co-operative using two different performance management measures, Development Ladder Assessment (DLA 2009 version) and co-operative health indicator (CHI). Design/methodology – The sample of this study is 10 co-operatives operated in Aceh, Indonesia. Data was collected from secondary and primary sources. The secondary data is obtained from financial reports and annual meeting reports of 2014 and 2016, while primary data was collected from questionnaires with management and supervisory board of the co-operatives. The data was analyzed using a comparative and descriptive statistical approach. Results – This study found that both performance methods produced different results. Some co-operatives attain rank “A” in DLA approach, but no co-operatives are categorized as rank “A” within CHI measure. Additionally, DLA is more informative for the supervisory board in measuring co-operative performance than CHI.
