This study aims to examine the impact of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention in Bank Al Habib in Pakistan. This research is quantitative in nature and has utilized the double linear regression analysis and the data was collected through self-administrated structured questionnaire. A sample of 375 employees in the Bank Al Habib was selected randomly. The collected data was analyzed through partial least square technique using the Smart PLS software. The findings and results demonstrated that job satisfaction has a significant relationship with turnover intention. Five job-satisfaction dimensions as prescribed by the job descriptive index were employed to measure the job satisfaction variable, which include salary satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, work environment satisfaction, task satisfaction, and supervision satisfaction. The first-dimension salary satisfaction was found to have a significant relationship with turnover intention, which validates that if more salaries are offered to the employees, the job satisfaction level increases and turnover intention decreases. Similarly, the second dimension, promotion satisfaction was to also be found to have a significantly relationship with turnover intention which asserts that higher promotion and career development opportunities reduce the employee turnover intention. Correspondingly, the third variable, work environment satisfaction has a significant relationship with turnover intention which demonstrates that the better co-worker relationships and better physical  work environment characteristics reduces employees’ turnover intention. Likewise, the fourth and fifth variables task satisfaction and supervision satisfaction, respectively, also validate a significant relationship with job satisfaction and a significant relationship with turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to provide a valid framework to the managers and decision makers at bank Al-Habib which would help them devise appropriate job motivational strategies to increase job satisfaction, reduce turnover intention and overall promote organizational productivity and efficiency.

Employee innovation and creativity as a mediating factor could also affect its relationship with turnover intention of employees. The research design for this study was quantitative research method using questionnaires as the data collection method. Purposive sampling was used to sample 152 hotel employees within the West of Malaysia. Structural Equation Modelling was used to analyze the data using SmartPLS software. Results indicated that leadership, motivation, communication, and work environment and infrastructure had significant relationship with employee innovation and creativity. Apart from that, leadership, motivation and communication also have significant relationship with the employee turnover intention. Turnover is a major issue within companies not only for the company’s sustainability, but also for the health and wellbeing of their employees. The aims in this study were to examine the influence of job crafting, job satisfaction, and work engagement on employee turnover intention, and to investigate the role of work engagement and job satisfaction as mediators in the relationship between job crafting and employee turnover intention. A validated questionnaire was used to collect data from 212 employees of a service company in China. The results of structural equation modeling showed that work engagement and job satisfaction partially mediated the job crafting–turnover intention relationship. These findings extended prior research and confirmed that job crafting, job satisfaction, and work engagement were each a predictor of employee turnover intention. These findings suggest that the turnover intention of employees could be reduced through generating job-crafting behaviors, and by improving job satisfaction and work engagement.

The results of this study prove that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of stress experienced by employees, the turnover intention will increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The sample in this study were 86 employees who were determined using the saturation sampling method. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and Smart PLS. The results show that work stress has  positive significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.  If job satisfaction is high then the employee job stress is certain to be getting lower and thus the employee's desire to leave the company is lower. This study uses survey research methods and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The sample in the study were 100 employees whose sample size was determined through the Slovin formula. The analytical method used is simple regression and multiple regression. From the results of the study, it is known that variable X1 (work stress) partially influences the variable Y (turnover intention). Variable X2 (workload) partially influences the variable Y (turnover intetions). Variable X3 (work environment) partially influences the variable Y (turnover intention).
