Problems related to emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment in the world of education, especially lecturers in providing services for students is relevant in the analysis for the sustainability of the quality of an institution. Thus, this study aims to analyze the increase in organizational commitment in Indonesia by involving 371 lecturers from 19 universities in Bandung. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS was employed in selecting the sample. The results explain emotional intelligence had positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior and on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction had positive effects on organizational citizen-ship behavior and on organizational commitment. Organizational citizenship behavior was empirically proven to have a positive effect on organizational commitment. In examining the mediating variable, the results show that emotional intelligence positively influenced the organizational commitment through organizational citizenship, and that job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment through organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable.

Aim – The aim of the research was to find out the influence of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior.Design/Methodology/Approach – The research design was cross sectional method. This research employed descriptive approach through explanatory survey method. There were 103 respondents selected through probability sampling. The questionnaires were distributed as the instruments in collecting data from the respondents. The analysis technique used was descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings – Based on the research findings through descriptive analysis, it was found that the emotional intelligence was in the good category by score 9444 and percentage 81.86%, job satisfaction was in high category by score 12198 and percentage 80.56%, and organizational citizenship behavior was in the good category by score 11853 and percentage 82.19%.Originality/value – This research is the basic to understand the emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior concept. The difference of the research and  the previous research was in its object aspect, which was West Java Regional Civil Service Agency in Bandung with the observed variables; emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior by using different theories and references from previous research.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Pabrik Gula Lestari Nganjuk. This research is a type with a quantitative approach with a population of 185 permanent employees, and the sampling technique uses slovin sampling with a sample of 128 permanent employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis by IBM SPSS 25 software. The measurement scale used is the Likert Scale. The results of the study explained that emotional intelligence significantly and positively affects employee performance. Besides that, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant and positive impact on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The company should maintain its performance by building a communication and work culture that has been carried out based on the values of emotional intelligence, OCB level, and employee satisfaction. In addition, it can also provide work motivation to employees in the company by providing rewards through various programs that can improve work performance and increase employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Influence Emotional Intelligent and Work Motivation  on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)  with Job Satisfaction as a Mediating variable (Study at  employees PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Surakarta). This study used 168 employees of  PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Surakarta. The sampling technique was done by using probability sampling. In this study  a model of analysis was Regression Analysis with path analysis. Hypothesis Test Results show Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on OCB, Work Motivation has a significant on OCB, Job Satisfaction mediates Emotional Intelligence towards OCB, Job Satisfaction mediates Work Motivation towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). F test results are known the value of F = 125,764  significance of  0.000 <0.05, with the conclusion of the variables Emotional Intelligence, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The total coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.798 can be interpreted as variation in OCB Employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Surakarta explained by the variables Emotional Intelligence, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction of 79.8% and the remaining 20.2% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied in this study.Keyword: Emotional Intelligent, Work Motivation,  Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a variable that can be influenced by job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction variables on Organizational Citizenship Behavior OCB alumni level IV leadership training in Banten Province. This research uses a quantitative approach through survey methods. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The population in this study were 40 respondents and the sample used was 40 respondents. Determination of the sample using total sampling techniques or samples taken from the entire study population. The results of the analysis and interpretation of research data show that the value of the regulatory coefficient of influence on job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) alumni of leadership training level IV is 0.740 thus it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a direct positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior alumni training, meaning that improvement of satisfaction in IV level leadership training is 0.740. work has an impact on improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior for training alumni, So Organizational Citizenship Behavior for training alumni can be achieved through job satisfaction.Keywords: Job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Leadership Training Alumni Level IV

The needs of nurses who have the category of "good citizen" is the main concern that can not be ignored by management because it will have a positive impact on the organization.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of workload, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior nurses. The research involved 104 implementer nurses. Data excavation techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed by regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination.The result of the research at the 5% significance level shows that: Workload has positive effect not significant to OCB nurse (regression coefficient: 0.116, p value: 0.245). The variables that give positive and significant influence to the nurse OCB are job satisfaction (regression coefficient: 0,226 and p value: 0,022) and organizational commitment (regression coefficient: 0,253 and p value: 0,012). Workload, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously give positive and significant influence to OCB nurse (F arithmetic: 4.836) with sig value: 0,003). Organizational commitment was the most dominant variable significantly influence the organizational citizenship behavior of nurses in the context of nurses in Batara Guru regional hospital, Luwu regency.
