Building loyalty is no longer an option in the banking world. In recent years a trend has emerged, namely the tendency for customers to have more than one savings account at different banks. One of the ways to do this is by marketing service quality and marketing mix to customer satisfaction. The Bank's compliance with government policies to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is the Work From Home policy. Banking measures to optimize employee efforts to maintain the health of their closest people at home while providing maximum protection from the potential for contracting COVID-19 while interacting with the community while working or traveling to and from the office, namely adjustments to work systems. The role of marketing in banking is to build strong relationships sustainably by providing excellent service for the development of service quality such as Servqual, with Tangible, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, and Empathy characteristics. New service quality that can be applied in the banking world in particular. The most important thing is Banking Service Quality (BSQ.) Like conventional bank service products, the bank's low rating. Testing using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The results showed that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction affects the reliability, effectiveness, and assurance of the service portfolio, price, and access. Tangible must receive extra attention so that customer satisfaction can increase.

This study aims to explain the role of service quality in mediating customer-oriented employees with customer satisfaction at Bulgari Resort Bali. This research was conducted in Bulgari resort with the customer population who had stayed at least once in Bulgari Resort Bali from January to July 2016. Questionnaires were distributed to 130 respondents by purposive sampling method. This study uses a variance based or component-based approach of PLS ??(Partial Least Square) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that customer-oriented employees have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction as well as on service quality. Quality of service is also found to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality is proven to mediate partially the impact of customer-oriented employees on customer satisfaction. The implications of this study indicate that customer-oriented service quality and employee play an important role in customer satisfaction, this can be the basis for the perpetrators of the hospitality industry in general and the management of Bulgari resort Bali in particular to improve the quality of customer service and employees oriented. Thus it is suggested that the management can implement an integrated and sustainable training program in order to be able to provide satisfaction for customers.

Abstract            This study investigates the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty at PT Wahana Senjaya Jakarta Body Paint workshop (Indomobil Nissan Datsun Warung Buncit) by using the intervening variable customer satisfaction. The sample used in the study was 100 customers as respondents. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to selected respondents, who were then analyzed using the instrument used in the form of a questionnaire to get primary data for the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique. The results showed that the variable service quality positively and significantly affected the consumer loyalty variable (dependent) either directly or indirectly through the variable customer satisfaction (intervening). Likewise, the consumer satisfaction variable also has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Excellent service quality will increase customer satisfaction, which becomes the driving force for increased consumer loyalty.

Good service quality can be a competitive advantage for service companies. Quality of service is also the key to success. Whether or not the quality of service for goods or services depends on the ability of producers to consistently meet consumer expectations. Service quality is said to be satisfactory if the service felt is the same or exceeds the expected service quality. Services like this are perceived as quality and satisfying services. These consumer expectations are reflected in good service, warm hospitality, courtesy, punctuality, and speed which are important values ​​expected by consumers. Satisfied consumers will indirectly encourage word-of-mouth recommendations, and can even improve the company's image in the eyes of consumers. Therefore, service quality must be the main focus of company attention because it can create customer satisfaction. This study aims at the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. Respondents of this study used 100 research samples on Gojek brothers, the tools used in this study were using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The results of the analysis of this study are the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction

Creative agriculture is a vast and deep knowledge of a product from its preparation from raw material to the end consumer of the product. Hence creative agriculture deals with deep analysis, production process, and commercialization, of a product. The present study explored the relationship between food service quality, innovation in production, customers’ satisfaction, and local product promotion. Both the foodservice quality and innovation in production increase customer satisfaction and local product promotion. An increased level of customer satisfaction is also promising for the increment in local product promotion. A survey from 300 food engineers working with different food providing companies, were the respondents of the present study for the collection of primary data. Then, a statistical software, named Partial Least Square (PLS) was used for the finalization of the data analysis process. The results achieved from the data analysis were used for the accomplishment of the end results of the present study.

Purpose The abolishment of the wine tax in Hong Kong has led to increased wine consumption and increased demand for wine-related professionals, such as sommeliers. Yet the importance of sommeliers’ value-adding performance in the context of upscale Chinese restaurants has not been examined. To address this gap, the SERVQUAL framework is adopted to examine the influence of sommeliers’ service quality (SQ) on customer satisfaction (CS) and loyalty in the context of upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Design/methodology/approach The survey method is used to collect data from 302 units of the population of interest, partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) is used to test the links between constructs. Findings Four of the seven dimensions of sommeliers’ service quality, namely, empathy, tangibles, credibility and assurance, have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, whereas the impact of perceived value and responsiveness on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is positive but only marginally significant. Reliability has a weak and non-significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Research limitations/implications Examining a small number of upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong limits generalisation of the findings to other contexts. Replication of the research in different contexts will enhance generalizability. In terms of implications, the discussion highlights the importance of sommeliers’ service performance on customers’ SQ perceptions SQ, CS and loyalty, all of which are important variables for restaurateurs. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first study of the influence of the quality of sommelier’s SQ on CS and loyalty in upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Given the lack of attention to this service role in the literature, the study contributes theory from which further understanding can develop.

The purpose of this research is to determine the direct effect of retail service quality on customers' loyalty and satisfaction, the effect of customer satisfaction on their loyalty and how much customer satisfaction mediates retail service quality on customers' loyalty on Super Indo Bendungan Sutami customers, Malang. This research method uses comparative research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 120 respondents with collected data by a questionnaire. The data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this research indicate that there is a direct effect of the retail service quality variable upon customers' loyalty and also on customer satisfaction which has a direct influence on customers of Super Indo Bendungan Sutami. Meanwhile, loyalty and can mediate the effect of retail service quality on customer loyalty.

PurposeThis research study investigates the factors that influence e-customer satisfaction, e-trust, perceived value and consumers repurchase intention in the context of the B2C e-commerce segment. It investigates the mediation effect of e-customer satisfaction, e-trust and perceived value on repurchase intention. It also examines the moderating role of prior online experience.Design/methodology/approachBased on the adapted questionnaire, pre-recruited enumerators collected the data from five leading business universities of Karachi. They distributed 425 questionnaires and received 415 questionnaires. The study has used Partial Least Square-Structure Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique for data analysis.FindingsWe have tested 20 hypotheses, of which our results do not support five, including two direct, two mediating. Our results support all the direct hypotheses except the following two: (1) delivery service affects e-satisfaction (2) customer services quality effect on trust. We did not find support for the following two mediating hypotheses (1) e-satisfaction mediates delivery services and repurchase intention, (2) service quality mediates customers' service quality and repurchase intention. Our results do not support one moderating relationship. Prior online experience moderates e-perceived value and repurchase intention.Research limitations/implicationsThis research provides valuable information to the online retailers of B2C e-commerce, which can help them make strategies based on their consumers' behavior and encourage them to make repeat purchases from online retailing stores. It allows future researchers to replicate the model in cross-cultural studies in different product categories.Originality/valueWe have examined the moderating effect of prior online experience between (e-satisfaction, e-trust and perceived value) on the repurchase intention.

The were two aims of this research. First is to get model of the relation between the latent variable quality of service and product quality to customer satisfaction. The second was to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction at Burger King Bali. This research implemented Partial Least Square method with 3 second order variables is the service quality, product quality, and customer satisfaction. In this research also used 5 first order variables to explain the variable service quality are tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and 6 first order variables to explain the variable quality product are performance, reliability, feature, durability, conformance, and design. Samples used in this research is 100. The results of this research indentify that the service quality and product quality affect customer satisfaction at Burger King.

This research aimed to investigate the impact of e-service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction. This research was descriptive-associative in which researcher described not only the value of research variables but also the influence or relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. A survey on e-marketplace of online fashion local brand in Indonesia was conducted. Using purposive sampling, the researcher distributed questionnaires to buyers or customers on the LocalBrand (LB) website, and 150 questionnaires were analyzed. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used as the statistic method for analyzing the research model. The results show that customer value has a significant influence on the customer satisfaction. However, e-service quality does not have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.
