The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population of this study is active customers in the service area of the Regional Water Supply Company of Bondowoso Regency with a total sample of 100 people and accidental sampling. For data analysis, the authors used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be stated that simultaneously Information Technology (IT) based service quality variables consisting of Reliability, Tangible, Assurance, Empaty and Responsiveness affect customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Partially, the variable quality of service based on Information Technology (IT) consisting of Reliability, Tangible, Assurance, and Responsiveness affects customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Where as the variable quality of service based on Information Technology (IT) measured by Empathy partially did not affect customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Variables in service quality based on Information Technology (IT) as measured by reliability are the dominant variables in influencing the level of customer satisfaction in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency. Keywords: Service Quality, Reliability, Tangible, Assurance, Empaty      Responsiveness, and Customer Satisfaction

Evidence of variable quality from 6 diagnostic test accuracy studies indicates that the Pan-Canadian Early Detection of Lung Cancer (PanCan) model may perform better at determining which lung nodules identified by low-dose CT are cancerous compared to the Lung Imaging Reporting and Data System. However, evidence from 3 other studies, also of variable quality, suggests that the risk calculators have similar diagnostic test accuracy. No studies were identified that compared the clinical utility of PanCan versus the Lung Imaging Reporting and Data System. Results from 2 economic evaluations were inconsistent about the cost-effectiveness of the 2 lung cancer risk models. However, each study applied the models to different types of lung nodules. One evidence-based guideline recommended that PanCan be used in the UK for initial risk assessment and for the management of lung nodules.

Some theorists argue that working memory is limited to a discrete number of items, and additional items are not encoded at all. Others assume that all items are represented with variable quality. Adam, Vogel, and Awh (2017) presented evidence supporting the item-limit hypothesis: Participants reproduced visual features of up to six items in a self-chosen order. After the third or fourth response, error distributions were indistinguishable from guessing. I present four experiments with young adults (each N=24) testing the assumption that the brief, simultaneous display of visual arrays has led to failures of encoding in the experiments of Adam et al. (2017). Experiment 1 presented items slowly and sequentially. Experiment 2 presented them simultaneously but longer than in the experiments of Adam et al. (2017). Experiments 3 and 4 exactly replicated one original experiment. There was no evidence for an encoding limit. However, all four experiments failed to replicate the evidence for guessing-like error distributions. Modelling data from individuals revealed a mixture of some who do and others who don’t produce guessing-like distributions. This heterogeneity increases the credibility of an alternative to the item-limit hypothesis: Some individuals decide to guess on hard trials even when they have weak information in memory.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality and brand ambassador on Shopee Application User Loyalty (Case Study of FE UISU Student Management Department Academic Year 2017) as well as the results of the study. From the output above, it is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.520 means 52 % Loyalty of shopee shopping customers can be explained by the variable Quality of service and Brand Ambassador while the remaining 48% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be concluded as follows: Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Shopee Customer Loyalty, Brand Ambassador (X2) has a positive and significant impact on Shopee Customer Loyalty, Service Quality (X1) and Brand Ambassador (X2) simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on shopee customer loyalty

Cardinals’ portraits were not only intended for private residences and painted by famous artists, but were also produced in multiple copies of variable quality that still can be found on the art market. In these paintings, often based on portrait prints, likeness or artistic merit were not the most important criteria. Inventories show that most of these copies were actually made for religious institutions, such as orders and confraternities, of which these cardinals were appointed protector. This essay deals with the question of how and when these portraits were obtained and where they were displayed; by means of this spatial contextualization, it explains the legal function of these portraits within these institutions.

Abstract Despite the vast research undertaken on hoplite warfare, surprisingly little is known about how hoplite shields were made, the very technology underpinning the transformative military reforms of hoplite warfare. The few forays that have explored the manufacturing process have been isolated and unintegrated studies leading to an often simplistic and superficial uniformity of production model which does not reflect the evidence. This article analyses the physical remains of extant hoplite shields and finds a plurality of different designs in concurrent use with core compositional differences that likely impacted combat performance and economic value with some designs performing better than others. Moreover, the use and availability of different shield designs of variable quality and economic value suggests a wider range of socioeconomic diversity in hoplite armies and among hoplites than is generally assumed.

This study seeks to see the relationship between the human development index (HDI) and gross regional domestic product (GRDP) variables on the happiness of economic growth data for provinces in Indonesia. The method used in this research is regression and path analysis.  This study proves that happiness is not caused by the income (GRDP) of a region but rather significantly by one of the dimensions of HDI, namely the education dimension. The relationship through the variable between using path analysis through the indirect effect of the GRDP intermediary also significantly affects the education dimension. About 60% of the variable quality of education plays a role in happiness. If the effect is through an intermediary variable, the real influence of the variable quality of education on happiness is 65%. Other variables such as health and economy, directly or indirectly, do not significantly affect the level of happiness.JEL Classification: I3, E5, R10How to Cite:Rizal, S., & Fitrianto, A. (2021).
