Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas keberhasilan penerapan Tol Laut, Tol Laut merupakan sebuah konsep untuk meningkatkan proses transportasi logistik di Indonesia, sehingga diharapkan proses distribusi barang (khususnya makanan) di Indonesia dapat berjalan dengan lancar. menjadi lebih mudah dan kemudian berdampak pada harga bahan pokok yang lebih merata di seluruh Indonesia. Metode penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif yang lebih menekankan pada data yang diolah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan Tol Laut antara lain perusahaan pelayaran, perusahaan bongkar muat, perusahaan freight forwarding, perusahaan armada angkutan dan pemasok barang. Gagasan tol laut tidak hanya membahas masalah pelayanan transportasi laut untuk rute tertentu dari barat ke wilayah tengah dan timur dengan menggunakan kapal dengan ukuran yang relatif besar tetapi juga harus memikirkan rantai pasokan dan distribusi kargo. untuk diangkut melalui transportasi laut dan tentunya juga harus memperhatikan kondisi dan kapasitas pelabuhan yang akan disinggahi beserta fasilitas dan akses jalan dan dapat dikatakan manfaat utamanya adalah terselenggaranya program laut, yang mampu menyetarakan harga bahan pokok di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

<p>Customer is an important factor for the survival of a company. At a time, company sometimes didn’t know the level of customer satisfaction. If the company continues with this situation, the company would not know the next strategies to develop the company. There are many factors that connected with customer such as trust, facility and service quality. This research objective is to analyze if there is a positive influence, both individually and simultaneously between independent variables which are trust, facility and service quality to the dependent variable which is customers. In this research the object are the customers of PT Panah Persada Logisindo Semarang. The data sources are primary and secondary data using sampling technique of 80 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence and partial significant between (t= 3,543 &gt; ttebal = 1, 99167) Trust, (t=4,976 &gt;ttebal=1,99167 ) Facility and (t =3,908 &gt; ttebal= 1, 99167) Service Quality effected by customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Keywords: Trust, Facility, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction</strong></p><p>Kepuasaan Pelanggan merupakan faktor penting terhadap kelangsungan hidup sebuah perusahaan. Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan saat ini berkaitan dengan tidak diketahuinya kepuasaan Pelanggan setiap tahun, Jika ini dibiarkan terus menerus, perusahaan tidak dapat menentukan strategi untuk meningkakan kepuasaan pelanggan. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Kepuasaan Pelanggandipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan, fasilitas dan Kualitas Pelayanaan. Perumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian dan hipotesis pada latar belakang masalah dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis adakah pengaruh yang positif baik secara individual dan simultan antara variabel independen yaitu kepercayaan, fasilitas, kualitas pelayanaan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasaan Pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini obyek yang diambil pengguna jasa Freight forwarder PT Panah Persana Logisindo Semarang Sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 80 responden teknik sampling yang digunakan seluruh populasi dijadikan sample. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis berganda dihasilkan persamaan : Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara ( t hitung = 3,543&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) kepercayaan, (t hitung4,976 &gt; t tabel =1,99167) Fasilitas ( t hitung = 3,908&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) Kualitas pelayanaan terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : Kepercayaan, Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelanggan. The needs of the community for freight forwarding are now starting to increase with the marketplace. User opinion about freight forwarding services is currently carried out by the public through many things one of them is social media Twitter. By sentiment analysis, the tendency of an opinion will be able to be seen whether it has a positive or negative tendency. The methods that can be applied to sentiment analysis are the Naive Bayes Algorithm and Support Vector Machine (SVM). This research will implement the two algorithms that are optimized using the PSO algorithms in sentiment analysis. Testing will be done by setting parameters on the PSO in each classifier algorithm. The results of the research that have been done can produce an increase in the accreditation of 15.11% on the optimization of the PSO-based Naive Bayes algorithm. Improved accuracy on the PSO-based SVM algorithm worth 1.74% in the sigmoid kernel.

Improvements achieved by applying linear programming models in solving optimization problems in logistics cannot always be expressed by physically measurable values (dimensions), but in non-dimensional values. Therefore, it may be difficult to present the actual benefits of the improvements to the stake holders of the system being optimized. In this article, a possibility of applying simulation modelling in quantifying results of optimizing cross dock terminal gates allocation is outlined. Optimal solution is obtained on the linear programming model by using MS Excel spreadsheet optimizer, while the results are quantified on the simulation model, by using Rockwell Automation simulation software. Input data are collected from a freight forwarding company in Zagreb, specialized in groupage transport (Less Than Truckload - LTL).

In the course of research it has been stated that the category of «inventories» is not only the object of accounting, but also the object of management, so the identification of inventories in the assets upon receipt at the enterprise is the initial stage of the accounting process. The process of material and technical base management begins at the stage of searching for suppliers, delivery conditions, formation of the logistics component, determination of transport and procurement costs. There is no doubt that the additional costs associated with these processes will affect the formation of the value of purchased inventories. Therefore, the authors emphasize that the methods of estimating inventories at their receipt and disposal play an important role in accounting, as they affect the formation of the cost of finished goods produced from inventories, and hence the overall financial performance of the enterprise. It should also be taken into account that in accordance with the norms of UAS 9, only the amounts of transportation and procurement costs related to the acquisition (receipt) of inventories are subject to inclusion in the initial cost. In practice, the increase in the value of inventories often includes costs incurred in connection with the internal transportation of inventories on the territory of the enterprise or between its structural units; costs arising from the return of inventories to the supplier; costs for loading, transportation, transshipment and insurance of inventories, finished products (goods), freight forwarding and other services related to the sale of products (goods). Such costs do not affect the formation of the initial cost of inventories. Therefore, the authors highlighted the need for a clear delineation of these costs at specific enterprises with the reflection of provisions in the Order (Regulation) on accounting policies. Most scientists discuss the feasibility of search for a method of cost allocation during transportation, because during this process there can be losses of inventories both within the established norms of natural loss, excessive losses and shortages, as well as spoiled inventories found during asset recognition. The authors gave their own view on the possibility of solving this problem. The solving approach has been presented as well as the peculiarities of the reflection of the distributed transport and procurement costs in the system of accounting have been considered. The situation when the company transport both purchased inventories and those, sold to customers, with its own transport has been considered. In such cases, the authors suggest a method of allocating transportation costs with subsequent allocation to transport and procurement costs, which increase the cost of purchased inventories and distribution costs.

Among the problems that arise when trying to make different applications interoperate with each other, protocol mediation is one of the most difficult ones and for which less relevant literature can be found. Protocol mediation is concerned with non-matching message interaction patterns in application interaction. In this chapter we describe the design and implementation of a protocol mediation component that has been applied in the interoperation between two heterogeneous logistic provider systems (using two different standards: RosettaNet and EDIFACT), for a specific freight forwarding task.
