The article is devoted to the consideration of the most important problem of increasing intercountry technological cooperation in the context of the transition to Industry 4.0 - the instruments of this process. It is shown that these instruments should be considered systematically, taking into account new and actualization of some old risks of intercountry technological cooperation. In modern circumstances, the dominant factor in this process is the consistent development of the digital society. The study pays special attention to the disclosure of the essence of the digital society and the digital economy, the development of the concept of "surveillance capitalism". The problem of interaction of digital and analogue economies in the context of the transition using the potential of intercountry technological cooperation to Industry 4.0 is considered, and the need to preserve and develop non-digital (analog) modern technologies in industry is emphasized.

Dalam perkembangan global yang semakin maju terlebih saat ini kita sudah memasuki era industry 4.0 internet dan teknologi sudah bukan menjadi hal yang tabu, dimana di Indonesia sudah melampaui 50% dari jumlah penduduk Indonesia hal itu menandakan sudah lebih dari 100 juta orang yang dapat mengakses internet hal itu menunjukan perkembangan yang begitu besar bagi Indonesia dimana internet bukan lagi menjadi milik segelintir orang kaya saja namun saat ini berbagai macam kalangan dapat mengakses internet. Dengan adanya internet sekaligus merubah pola berbelanja dari masyarakat Indoensia terlebih bagi para kaum milenial yang mayoritas sangat berperan penting dalam perkembangan internet dimana kelompok inilah yang paling akrab dengan teknologi digital, namun dengan perkembangan internet yang sangat cepat juga pola berbelanja yang saat ini sudah menggunakan internet hal itu akan mematikan usaha-usaha yang dikerjakan secara tradisonal. Namun dengan adanya teknologi yang berkembang seperti saat ini banyak memudahkan dalam melakukan sesuatu hal. Namun Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih ada beberapa masalah dengan regulasi, kolaborasi, dan infrastruktur yang perlu diatasi agar tidak menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi digital dan stabilitas sistem keuangan di Indonesia.

Together with the fourth industrial revolution Industry 4.0 in the field of shipbuilding came the concept of Shipbuilding 4.0. Despite its separation from Industry 4.0, the concept also implies the automation of production and implementation of the most advanced technologies. Such technologies include cloud computing, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, augmented reality and blockchain. Today, all these technologies are heard and familiar to a huge number of people. They continue to be actively developed and implemented in various industries and areas of human life. Heavy industry, namely shipbuilding, was no exception. This article examines the concept of Shipbuilding 4.0 and information technology, it characterizes. Examples of the implementation of the above technologies in the shipbuilding industry are given: at shipyards, in design. Applications in logistics and shipping have also been studied. This work considers such a problem of the Russian shipbuilding industry as poorly developed digitalization. With a high probability, these technologies will soon be actively consolidated in this area and will start everywhere, including at Russian shipyards. The use of innovative developments will improve competitiveness and strengthen positions in the state and market economy. Maritime activity is a very responsible field, where the slightest mistake can lead to bad consequences on a colossal scale. Therefore, the advanced technologies considered in the work have yet to be brought to perfection. However, they already have the potential and direction of development.

Along with digital modeling, the key modern technologies include virtual (VR) and augmented (AR) reality, the use of which is a prerequisite for the implementation of the fourth industrial revolution, also known as Industry 4.0. However, at Russian enterprises, these tools have not become widespread yet. The paper analyzes the possibility of using the tools of virtual and augmented reality and introduces the available Russian instruments. Practical examples consider the application in this area of — one of them — the VRConcept system — in detail. The availability of support in the VRConcept system for the data presentation format of the domestic computer-aided design system Compass-3D simplifies its implementation and use at the enterprise.

Problem setting. The development of the digital economy, taking into account international experience, provides a comprehensive analysis of the regulation of economic activity in relation to the application of Industry 4.0 technologies. Conditions for the development of the digital economy and society provide a thorough analysis of economic and legal regulation of economic activity on the use of innovations in Industry 4.0. Actualization of processes is enhanced by the practical actions of various stakeholders, which emphasizes the need for economic and legal support of this process. Therefore, there is a need to develop recommendations for identifying changes in the economic and legal regulation of the actions of economic entities to develop technologies in Industry 4.0. Analysis of resent researches and publications. OECD conducted a study on the development of digital economy and new business models (2014), Polish scientists R. Pukala, M. Ratajczak, Wozniak Jechorek B. consider the problems of communication in the context of digitalization and startups, recommendations for enterprise development in Industry 4.0 on the basis of their intellectualization provided by researchers of the Institute of Industrial Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine N. Bryukhovetskaya and O. Chorna. Plakitkin by Yu. and L. consider programs of Industry 4.0 and digital economy. Target of research. Development of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for determining changes in the economic and legal regulation of the actions of economic entities to develop technology 4.0 Industry. Article’s main body. The current changes in the regulation of economic activity that occur during the development of Industry 4.0 are considered. An innovative approach to the use of modern search engine Google Trends to determine the interest in the digital economy in the world, the results of a survey to understand the concept of Industry 4.0 and determine the potential level of interest of businesses in Ukraine to invest in the industry 4.0 Conclusions and prospects for the development. To regulate economic activity in the context of the development of Industry 4.0 requires developments in the field of law, the results of the survey indicate the need for further analytical and organizational activities to increase the interest of different categories of businesses in the development of Industry 4.0.

This chapter presents the evolution and perspectives of management accounting in the digital economy. The main objectives of this chapter are to present the different conceptual approaches of the digital economy and Industry 4.0, the B20 pillars and their impact on the management accounting, the role of management accounting and of the management accountant in the new economy, forecasts and solutions regarding the adaptation of the management accounting to the digital economy, and cost management of the implementation of innovative information technology. All aspects presented are based on national and international professional studies and attempt to present the current state of the themes addressed. The chapter ends with the author's conclusions regarding management accounting in the digital economy. Through the authors' contribution, the chapter offers perspectives and solutions to increase knowledge to implement information technologies and adapt accounting management to these innovative waves.
