Employee Relationship Management (ERM) is both a management philosophy as well as strategy, and is extremely vital for the success of business organizations nowadays. It emphasize on effective inter and intra departmental coordination thereby enhancing employee engagement, creativity and productivity. The present paper is conceptual. It shall discuss ERM and explore its relevance in improving the performance of an organization. Paper shall identify various factors that contribute towards measurement and analysis of ERM in the organizations. Attempt has been made to quantify the attributes, propose indices for measurement and explore their linkages with the organizational performance indicators. Paper shall also develop conceptual model and hypotheses related to ERM for further empirical study by researchers and academicians. Both online as well as offline information has been sourced through books and articles.

High-road approach organizations deploy commitment-based / high performance working HRM systems and see employees as a sales driver rather than a cost driver They have a long-term perspective and make more investment in their HR by paying them above the industry average and implement policies and practices that focus on employee engagement, satisfaction, and service orientation to enhance organizational performance. This research views compensation and benefits practices through the lens of a high-road approach and provides various frameworks to emphasize the role of the high-road approach in enhancing employee commitment, engagement, loyalty, productivity, and retention thus, leading to healthier organizational growth. The research provides various illustrations to explain how companies have initiated a high-road approach to compensation and benefits practices and improved their overall performance. Research also discusses the barriers to high-road approach adoption and identifies prerequisites for its successful implementation.

In the highly competitive hotel industry, relationship management is of utmost importance. Not only effective relationship management helps loyalty and repurchase, but it is also found to have a direct influence on organizational performance. The effect of relationship management is dependent on the construct of relationship quality. The aim of the paper is to critically analyze the existing literature on the antecedents and outcomes of  Relationship Quality in the context of hospitality industry.


This volume comprises 27 chapters focused on the design and execution of employee survey programs. These chapters reflect the latest advances in technology and analytics and a pervasive emphasis on driving organizational performance and effectiveness. The individual chapters represent the full range of survey-related topics, including design, administration, analysis, feedback, and action-taking. The latest methodological trends and capabilities are discussed including computational linguistics, applications of artificial intelligence, and the use of qualitative methods such as focus groups. Extending beyond traditional employee surveys, contributions include the role of passive data collection as an alternative or supplement in a comprehensive employee listening system. Unique contextual factors are discussed including the use of surveys in a unionized environment. Individual contributions also reflect increasing stakeholder concerns for the protection of privacy among other ethical considerations. Finally, significant clarifications to the literature are provided on the use of surveys for measuring organization culture, strategic climate, and employee engagement.

Kajian ini juga membincangkan sumber utama seperti temu duga mendalam sebagai inputunutk mendapatkan maklumat. Melalui pengumpulan data, kajian ini secara positif menunjukkan betapapentingnya atribut pemimpin Islam terhadap prestasi dalam organisasi pelaburan yang berlandaskanshariah. Hal ini adalah penting bagi pemimpin menguruskan organisasi dan dana secara cekap mengikutshariah. Islamic funds are crucial in all aspects of shariah compliant trade industry including all Islamic-relatedbusinesses. Currently, one of the most corporate investor options is investment that complies with shariah.This research is an empirical study aims to identify the attributes of Islamic leaders and to investigatethe implications of the Islamic leaders’ attributes towards shariah compliant investment organizationperformance. This article discusses on primary sources such as in-depth interview as an input of obtaininginformation. From the data collection, this study was positively demonstrated the importance of Islamicleadership attributes towards organizational performance in shariah compliant investment organizations.It is important to the leader to manage the organization and fund competently according to shariah.
