The purpose of this study was to measure the level of service satisfaction provided by Bank Bengkulu Sub-Branch Ipuh to customers, determine the dimensions of service expected by customers (expected) and those received by customers (perceive) and examine the difference (gap) between service quality expected by customers. customers with the quality of service received by customers. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Descriptive research is research that leads to the disclosure of a problem or situation as it is and reveals an existing fact, although sometimes interpretation or analysis is given. Based on the results of the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (IKP) Bank Bengkulu Ipuh Sub-Branch obtained a total service satisfaction score of 64.64 which is included in the quite satisfactory category. There are 5 dimensions of service quality tested, there is 1 dimension with a satisfactory assessment, namely the dimension of physical evidence (69,76). While the other 4 dimensions, namely reliability (63.20), responsiveness (65.12), assurance (63.04) and empathy (62.40) each received a satisfactory rating. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the level of service quality of Bank Bengkulu Sub-Branch Ipuh is considered satisfactory according to customers of Bank Bengkulu Sub-Branch Ipuh.

<p>This study attempts to analyzed levels of customer satisfaction on the quality of service and anything in the dimensions attributes the quality of services have to be prioritized to repairing in order to increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a Customer Satisfaction Index to measure the overall level of customer satisfaction.To sort the attributes do not satisfy the customer satisfaction levels by measuring the difference in performance levels using Service Quality. Then proceed with the measure by using Importance Performance Analysis to determine the attributes that have not been satisfying the customers.  Results of this study showed that the majority of customers are satisfied with the services provided but not maximum yet. It can be seen from the results of customer satisfaction level testing using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) which is equal to 53,7%. Based on testing using the Service Quality attributes improvements sequence starting from the attribute assurance because it has the greatest negative value.On testing using the Importance Performance Analysist (IPA), there are 8 service attributes that go into quadrant I, which means that there are 8 attributes that unsatisfactory customers and the service is not maximum yet.</p>

If the customer is greater than acceptable level of service, the cutomer is not satisfied. Conversely, if an acceptable level of service greater than the expectations of customers, the customer will be satisfied. This means that if Bank BRI branch Fatmawati can improve service quality to its customer it will affect the level of satisfaction. In this research found evidence that, in terms of the creation of quality services, Bank BRI branch Fatmawati is one of the branches that participate to implement the established policies and service in accordance with the exiting service standard in the banking world. Amount of influence the determination of quality of service policies applied by the Bank BRI branch Fatmawati indicated by r2. r2 value only 45 % and the rest 55 % influenced by other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the variable relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction can be seen from the values r = 0,67. This shows the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction. This means there are strong relationships between the independent variable X (quality of service) to the dependent variable Y (customer satisfaction). Since r = 0,67 (67 %) greater then 50 %.

Research to analyze customer satisfaction at optimal postal parcel delivery service at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Branch Pontianak. Dimension-imensi examined are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. This study used survey methods, data collection techniques, namely: observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation study. Samples used as many as 100 people by using purposive sampling. analysis using Cartesian diagram. The results of this study indicate that the majority of respondents were satisfied with the service of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Branch Pontianak with an average satisfaction level of 3.91 and the value of the average rate of interest of 4.34 dimension of service quality the most satisfied customers is assurance dimension and physical evidence, where the majority of respondents' votes are in quadrant B, which means that the interest and customer satisfaction are at a high level and in accordance with the wishes of the consumer. Dimensional quality of services that they are in quadrant A, which means the consumer is not satisfied then it should be further enhanced by the company. While the dimensions of the quality of services that are in quadrant C and D in which the interests of consumers are at a low level is considered normal practice even though consumers are satisfied because it is not very important.Keywords: Satisfaction, Service Quality Dimensions Services

This study aims to measure the quality of service of agricultural extension workers at the UPT. BPP Sukaraja uses the fuzzy service quality (servqual) method by grouping question attributes into five service dimensions criteria, namely the dimensions of tangibles (direct evidence), reliability (responsibility), responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study showed that the value of the gap that requires the priority of improvement and improvement in service quality is the dimension of Tangibles with a negative gap value of -0.45 that means that the expectations of farmers are still not achieved. The customer satisfaction index is 87.93%, which means farmers are satisfied with the services provided. The study can be a motivation to improve the quality of service to farmers for UPT BPP Sukaraja.

Measuring the quality of service and customer satisfaction is ultimately important for ISPs to remain in business. In order to achieve a good quality of service, understanding the two-way relationship among customers in a variety of patterns of quality of service is crucial. Three methods of analysis namely; Penalty Rewards Contrast Analysis (PRCA), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were used in the analysis to identify the causes of the main problems that affect the level of customer satisfaction. For the PRCA analysis, factors that were categorized as onedimensional are service quality, promotion, as well as payment of bills of paid Wi-Fi services and the promotional factor of free Wi-Fi services. Based on the IPA results, there were eight attributes for paid Wi-Fi services and four attributes of free Wi-Fi services in the first quadrant. These attributes are important but their performance are low. Therefore, these attributes need to be emphasized further to increase their level of performance. Meanwile, the CSI analysis showed that all five factors are found to be at a good level and being categorized in the indifferent zone. Bagi mencapai kualiti perkhidmatan yang baik, memahami hubungan dua hala di kalangan pelanggan di pelbagai corak kualiti perkhidmatan adalah penting. Tiga kaedah analisis iaitu Analisis Kontras Hukuman Ganjaran (PRCA), Analisis Kepentingan Prestasi (IPA) dan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI) telah digunakan dalam analisis bagi mengukur kepuasan pelanggan untuk mengenal pasti punca masalah utama yang memberi kesan kepada tahap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk analisis PRCA, faktor-faktor yang telah dikategorikan sebagai satu dimensi adalah faktor kualiti perkhidmatan, kenaikan pangkat, serta pembayaran bil-bil perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan faktor promosi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma. Berdasarkan keputusan IPA, terdapat lapan atribut untuk perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan empat atribut bagi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma berada dalam kuadran pertama. Atribut-atribut ini didapati penting tetapi prestasi mereka adalah rendah. Oleh itu, atribut-atribut ini perlu diberi penekanan untuk meningkatkan lagi tahap prestasi mereka. Manakala, analisis CSI pula menunjukkan bahawa kesemua lima faktor didapati berada pada tahap yang baik dan yang dikategorikan dalam zon acuh tak acuh. ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze customer satisfaction at Mayang Collection, test and explain the effect of servqual dimension service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) on customer satisfaction at Mayang Collection, and test and explain the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty on Mayang Collection.The population in this study were customers of the Mayang Collection Kepanjen store who had a member card and made a repeat purchase. Population research or population study so that the number of samples in this study is a number of population, amounting to 93 respondents. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method, which is a method used to explain causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing (Nazir, 2005).Based on the results of the static test all the indicators in this study are valid, and the variables are reliable. The results of the servqual analysis show that the difference or gap between customer expectations and employee performance has a total average which is at the moderate classification level (Parasuraman table, 1990) or service quality in Mayang Collection stores is quite good. This means that customer satisfaction in terms of quality of service provided at Mayang Collection is quite good. The path analysis test results (path analysis) show that there is no significant influence between servqual dimension service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) to customer satisfaction. This proves that service quality has a long-lasting influence in shaping customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Mayang Collection stores are advised to pay more attention to and improve other factors besides service quality in increasing customer satisfaction, because with increasing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty will be formed easily.Keywords: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality , functional quality , and technical quality of the service user customer satisfaction Suzuki motorcycle servicing of Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study descriptive research type. There are three independent variables , namely the quality of service, functional quality, and technical quality. While the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The population in this study is customer of Suzuki Medan Jaya Group service motorcycle Katamso Number 78 Yogyakarta. Sample of 100 respondents using accidental sampling approaches. Based on the analysis of data obtained the following results : There is a simultaneous influence between the variables of service quality, functional quality, and technical quality of the service user customer satisfaction of Suzuki motorcycle servicing Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta, the significant value of 0.000, with a regression equation Y = 0.148 X1 + 0.576 0.251 X2 + X3. There is a significant effect of the variable quality of service to customer satisfaction of Suzuki Motorcycle Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta services with t value 2.359 with a significance value of 0.02. There is a significant effect of the variable functional quality to customer satisfaction of Suzuki Motorcycle Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta services with t value 7.772 with a significance value of 0.000 . There is a significant effect of the variable technical quality to customer satisfaction of Suzuki Motorcycle Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta services with t value 3.400 with significant value of 0.001 . Great contribution value of 69.4 % while the remaining 30.6 % is influenced by other factors . The results of the analysis using stepwise method showed that the functional quality dimension (X2) has the most dominant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a value of 10,017 t and a significant level of 0.000. Key words : quality of service , functional quality , technical quality and customer satisfaction.

The society awareness in consuming halal, safe, and healthy foodstuff within these past few years kept on increasing. This was closely related to responsible food manufacturers which produced sustain halal foods, as evidenced by ownership halal certification. In order to increase the satisfaction of food producers and to maintain their commitment to extend the halal certificates, the quality of halal authority service should always be enhanced. This study aims to identify the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value, to determine the influence of halal label and product attributes toward customer’s satisfaction and loyalty of meatball stalls in Yogyakarta, and to identify the influence of halal label toward selling volume on certified meatball stalls. The instruments used were questionnaires containing 21 quality attributes of halal certificate renewal service. Analyses were performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model was composed of seven latent variables: halal certification, brand, price, taste, service, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Result of the research showed that taste and halal certification have significant effect on the customer’s satisfaction and loyalty of certified meatball stalls. Halal certification have affected the certified meatball stalls in Yogyakarta by increasing the selling volume of 25-37.5%.

This research was conducted in Kepahiang District, Bengkulu Province which had been held from April 29, 2015 until May 29, 2015. The purposes of this study were (1). To determine level of service quality rice seed Cigeulis in BBIPP, (2). To determine level of Satisfaction of consumers to services rice seed Cigeulis. The method used for the service is a method Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the level of satisfaction using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). From the CSI service Cigeulis rice seed in the district Kepahiang Bengkulu province amounted to 80,35% of this index is on a scale satisfied. Keywords: Performance, IPA, CSI

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction PO Waspada Bengkulu. The sample size is 75 people, and the incidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire, and then analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, taking into account the level of consumer interest and employee performance levels. There are ten service elements studied, which include Employee Friendliness, Service Speed, Clarity of Departure Information, Waiting Room Comfort, Environmental Security, Passenger and Goods Safety, Ease of Access, Clarity of Rights and Obligations of Passengers, Clarity of Service Procedures, and Justice in Service Delivery. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) PO. Waspada Bengkulu that was obtained amounted to 74.1979 including Category (B) or Good. This shows that consumers of PO.Waspada Bengkulu can be said to be satisfied with the service they receive from the Company's employees. Judging from each service in general. Consumer PO. Waspada Be ngkulu satisfied with the service they received, because of the ten Service Elements studied, only one was included in Category (C) or not good, namely the service element, while the others were included in Category (B) or Good, there was even one element. namely Excessive Access Speed due to Very Good Employee Performance (A) while the interests of Consumers are ordinary. To maintain the quality of service to consumers and consumers who are satisfied with the services provided, it is suggested to the PO Management. Waspada Bengkulu to establish Service Quality Standards and establish Guidelines for Implementation of Service Quality Standards or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supervise and evaluate periodically the implementation of services to consumers.
