Effect of PER, EPS, ROA, and DER towards LQ45 share price in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Under the guidance of Dr. Makmur, SE., M.SI as Supervisor I and Mr. Eko A. Widyanto, SE., M.SA as Advisor II. This study aims to determine the effect of variable PER, EPS, ROA, and DER towards LQ45 share price in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection techniques are the methods of documentation. For testing instrument using classical assumption test and test statistics. As for the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression for the variables used four variables, the F test and t test. The results showed that the variables PER (X1), EPS (X2), ROA (X3) and DER (X4) simultaneously significant effect on stock prices LQ45 Indonesian Stock Exchange Securities (Y). Analysis result simultaneously can explaine that EPS ratio take positive effect and significant on stock prices LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of inflation, ROE, DER, and EPS on stock prices. This research was conducted at Concern Goods Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. The number of samples of this study were 31 companies. Data collection is done by the method of non-participant observation. Based on the results of the analysis found that inflation, ROE. DER, and EPS simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially Inflation and DER have no significant effect on stock prices, this indicates that investors do not see Inflation and DER as a decision to buy shares. While partially ROE and EPS have a significant positive effect on stock prices, this shows that investors pay attention to ROE and EPS in deciding to invest. The higher the ROE and EPS, the higher the investor's interest in investing in the company's capital, so that the share price will go up. Keywords: Inflation, ROE, DER, EPS, stock price

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on the movement of stock prices in the Sri Kehati Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016-2018. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with the criteria that the company was listed consecutively in the Sri Kehati index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018 and submitted audited financial information published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange data base during the 2016- 2018. From purposive sampling according to the criteria that have been determined in this study, it was found 22 companies as the research sample from a population of 25 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results show that Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have a positive effect on stock prices, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) ) has a positive effect on stock prices, Price Earning Ratio (PER) has a positive effect on stock prices. This research was conducted to examine the effect of intellectualcapital on the company’s financial performance. The independent variablein this study is VAIC that developed by Pulic is used as a measure of intellectualcapital, while the dependent variable of this study is financial performancewhich is proxied by return on assets, return on equity, and assetturnover. The sample of this study is the infrastructure, utilities and transportationcompany listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with theresearch period of 2014–2017. Data collection use purposive samplingmethod. The number of sample used in this study is 51 companies eachyear. This study uses multiple linear regression for data analysis. The resultsof this study indicate that VAIC as a measure of Intellectual capital has asignificant positive effect on return on assets, return on equity, and assetturnover. Overall, the results of this study indicate that contributing themost to the creation of added value and competitive advantage of the company.

This study aims to determine the effect of Administrative Sanctions and Forced Letters on Optimizing Disbursement of Tax Arrears at the Pratama Tax Office North Makassar. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from the Pratama Makassar North Tax Service Office. The population is 36 tax payers and the sample is 36. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that administrative sanctions show a positive and significant. This means that administrative sanctions have a positive effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears. The forced letter shows positive and significant. This means that forced letters have a positive and significant effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears.

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Solvability on the share prices of sector Transportation on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2014-2018. The Share Prices as the dependent variable is proxied by Closing Price. The independent variables in this Profitability, Liquidity and Solvability. The Profitability is proxied by Return On Asset (ROA), Liquidity is proxied by Current Ration (CR), Solvability is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The research method uses a quantitative method approach. The results of this experiment showed that the independent variable Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock prices with a significance of 0.000 < 0.00. Liquidity has not a significant negative effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.181 > 0.005. Solvability has a significant positive effect on stock prices with a significance of 0.001 < 0.005. Profitability, Liquidity, and Solvability together significantly influence the Share Price with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005.

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The effect of exchange rate, interest rate and dividend of share price on banking sector which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013-2017. Essay. Tegal: Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Pancasakti Tegal,2018. The purpose of this study is to determine the ability of investors in considering stock prices in the banking sector in 2013-2017. Hypothesis in this research is 1) exchange rate effect on stock price. 2) interest rates affect the stock price. 3) dividend pershare effect on stock price. 4) exchange rate, interest rate and dividend pershare simultaneously affect the stock price. The population used in this study is a banking company that publishes stock prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample in this research are 21 banking companies. With technique of sampling using purposive sampling. The data in this research is quantitative data. Sources of data in this study are secondary sources obtained from the share price of an annual banking company published in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis method using descriptive statistic, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination, then obtained the result of research that the exchange rate does not have a significant effect on stock prices, the interest rate does not significantly influence the stock price, against stock price, exchange rate, interest rate and dividend pershare have significant effect to stock price.

This research was conducted by considering the inconsistency of research results regarding the influence of independence, professionalism and accounting information systems on the performance of the Supervisory Body as the internal controller of the LPD by moderating the organizational culture of Tri Hita Karana. The sample in this study amounted to 35 LPDs in Denpasar City. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that independence has a positive effect on the performance of LPD supervisors, professionalism and SIA have no effect on supervisor performance, the Tri Hita Karana culture is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of independence. on LPD staffing performance, and tri-black culture because it has not been able to moderate the influence of professionalism and BSM on the performance of LPD supervisors in Denpasar City. The presence of the capital market in Indonesia is marked by the number of investors who purchase shares of entities that are registered in the capital market. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, dividend payout ratio and inflation on share prices in consumer goods entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study is 41 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014- 2018, the sample of this study is 17 companies x 5 years = 85 samples. The data analysis method of this research is to use multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study are Profitability has a significant and significant effect on stock prices, while Dividend Payout Ratio and inflation have no effect on Stock Prices, and simultaneously Profitability, Dividend Payout Ratio and inflation have a significant and significant effect on Share Prices in Consumer Goods Entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2014-2018.

AbstractThis research aimed to examine empirically the effect of morale intensity, professional commitment, and fraud seriousness rate on the intention of whistleblowing of Regional Revenue Agency of East Java Province, city of Surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 112 employees as sample. However, only 103 employees who returmed the questionnaires, Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 16. The research result concluded morale intensity, professional commitment, and fraud seriousness rate had positive effect on the intention of whistleblowing. This fact could be seen from the morale intensity which used as behavior control in having intention of whistleblowing. In addition, professional commitment or high dedication on its profession based on the ethics standard could be used in order to avoid the fraud. In other words, the higher the fraud seriousness rate, the more intensity of whistleblowing would occur. Keywords: Fraud seriousness rate; Moral intensity; Professional commitment, Whistleblowing.  Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh intensitas moral, komitmen profesional, dan tingkat keseriusan kecurangan terhadap niat untuk whistleblowing. Kajian dilakukan pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Jawa Timur Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling menghasilkan 112 sampel, namun hanya 103 sampel kuesioner yang lengkap dan layak diujikan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan IBM SPSS versi 16 menunjukkan bahwa intensitas moral, komitmen profesional, dan tingkat keseriusan kecurangan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat untuk whistleblowing. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa intensitas moral dapat menjadi kontrol perilaku dalam mengambil keputusan untuk whistleblowing. Selain itu, komitmen profesional atau rasa dedikasi yang tinggi terhadap profesinya seiring dengan standar etika dapat mengambil sikap untuk menghindari adanya kecurangan yang terjadi dan seriusnya tindakan kecurangan yang sangat berpotensi merugikan lembaga akan meningkatkan niat untuk melakukan whistleblowing. menunjukkan bahwa besar dan seriusnya tindakan kecurangan yang sangat berpotensi merugikan lembaga dan bahkan pada negara, maka tentunya hal ini yang semakin mendorong setiap karyawan untuk melakukan tindakan whistleblowing karena baginya, perusahaan akan terkena dampak berupa kerugian yang bersifat besar dan seriusKatakunci: Intensitas moral; Keseriusan kecurangan; Komitmen profesional; Whistleblowing.
