The present study aimed to identify the reality of strategic planning practice by the leaders of the Faculty of Education, Damietta University from the perspective of faculty members. Therefore, it adopted the descriptive approach based on a survey of (63) faculty members. It applied a five-domain questionnaire. Results revealed the weak practice of strategic planning from the perspective of the participants. "Future challenges" domain was ranked first and rated "high" with a weighted average of (3.62) and a percentage of (72.38%). "Preparation for strategic planning" domain was ranked second and rated "moderate" with a weighted average of (3.14) and a percentage of (62.74%). The 3rd, 4th, and 5th domains regarding "quadratic strategic analysis, implementation of the strategic plan, and evaluation and strategic oversight" were ranked low. Their weighted averages were rated (2.28-2.50) with a percentage of (49.91%-64.24%).

The present study investigated the undergraduates’ attitudes towards adopting a flipped learning approach in Jordanian universities. An analytical descriptive approach was adopted. The purposive sampling technique was used to choose a sample. This sample consists from 392 BA students. The researchers selected those students from the faculty of education at the University of Jordan. The forms of the questionnaire were distributed by hand. They were retrieved, but 4 ones have been excluded. The final sample consists from 388 BA students. The researchers concluded that the students show positive attitudes towards adopting this learning approach. They found that the flipped learning approach enables students to learn at their own pace and motivates them to learn. It was found that the flipped learning approach facilitates the process of taking notes and improves the students’ comprehension of information. The researchers recommend enacting policies for encouraging faculty members at Jordanian universities to adopt a flipped instructional approach. They recommend using social media by faculty members at Jordanian universities when adopting a flipped instructional approach. That shall motivate students to learn.

The present study aims to explore the familiarity of the faculty members of education at Najran University with qualitative research methods. It also investigates the availability of the qualitative research methods' skills, their attitudes towards utilizing such methods in educational research, and their differences according to gender and academic degree. The study adopted the descriptive approach and applied a questionnaire to a sample of (78) faculty members in both sections (girls/ boys) of the College of Education, Najran University. It concluded that means of the questionnaire was moderate with a total score of (2.32) out of (3). The domain of knowledge was rated first with a means of (2.48) and the mastery of qualitative research skills was rated second with a means of (2.42) and were rated high. The attitudes of the faculty was rated third with a means of (2.20) and utilizing the qualitative research methods was rated fourth domains; they were moderate. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the fourth domain according to gender and academic degree in favor of "females" and "professors". The present study aims at investigating the reality of strategic thinking practice at the Faculty of Education, Damietta University from the perspective of the faculty members. It adopted the descriptive approach and utilized a ten-domain questionnaire. The results showed that although the Faculty has an approved strategic plan and a quality assurance unit, the mechanisms of following up the implementation of the strategic plan are inadequate. Moreover, the Faculty’s quality assurance unit has not developed integrated databases of its various activities. The study recommended that the Council of the Faculty of Education should make and follow up the implementation of an updated and approved action plan. Training courses on the specifications and making reports of the educational programs, syllabi, etc. should be offered to the faculty members. Additionally, integrated databases of the various activities of the Faculty’s quality assurance unit should be developed.

The research aims to know the executive attention and its relationship to psychological empowerment in the Faculties of Physical Education and Sports Sciences among the faculty members and in the variables of the study, the two researchers used the descriptive approach to suit it to the nature of the research. As for the research sample, it was represented by a group of male and female physical education teachers in four universities of (100) teaching staff And teaching The two researchers designed two measures (executive attention) and the scale (psychological empowerment) and distributed them to the sample electronically. The results were processed statistically through the Statistical Package Program (SPSS). The two researchers concluded that the teachers possessed the research sample both from executive attention and psychological empowerment. And its impact on shaping the student’s personality and developing it through the educational media and publications

The study was used to study the reality of the use of postgraduate students for e- mail. The descriptive descriptive method was used. The questionnaire was used as a tool for study، which averaged 1.99 and a standard deviation of 0.61. It was applied to 45 students from post- Different The results showed that postgraduate students have a desire to use e- mail in university education and to communicate with colleagues and faculty members. However، there are obstacles to their use. The faculty members do not encourage students to use e- mail، lack e- mail skills، Access to the internet laboratory at the college، the reluctance of faculty members to give their email address to students، network problems (slow) In the light of the results، a set of recommendations and proposals were presented to activate the use of e- mail in university education، especially among postgraduate students in the Faculty of Education and various Syrian and Arab universities

The article discusses modern concepts and approaches to the strategic planning development and managers’ strategic thinking formation. Today the strategic thinking is considered as one of the most important and most demanded management competencies. However, there is still no understanding how managers can develop that competencies. The article proposes an integrative approach based on the use of competence, process and situational approaches. The article deals with a process model of the formation of managers’ strategic thinking skills based on the use of the concept of a business model, strategic analysis, and case study. The results obtained help to increase the managers’ training effectiveness and ensure its relevance to business practice. They can also be useful for practicing managers in conducting strategic sessions and strategic planning, as well as for professionals in the field of business education.

AbstractTo uncover the causes that give rise to a lack of student interest in participating in language activities. To uncover strategies to increase student interest in participating in language activities in Arabic Language Study Program Faculty of Education and Teaching in IAIN Bengkul5.In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods for this study by observation, interviews and documents. Language activities include teaching and learning activities every Wednesday, Weekly Arabic activities, vocabulary sharing activities, lectures, dramas. Lack of a clear curriculum led to the failure to achieve the objectives of this activity, the lack of relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between students and the students because many students does not make affect other students, the lack of discipline in the MLA, no media to learn.Key Word: Enthusiasm of students; Language activity; Teaching Arabic

The purpose of this study is to explore the attitudes of faculty members at higher education toward inclusion for students with high incidence disabilities in higher education. For the aim of this study, a sample of 247 higher education faculty members were therefore collected. Multiple linear regression was conducted for data analysis. Results have shown that university-type accommodation services, training, academic rank, and university region are statistically significant predictors of higher education faculty members’ attitudes toward the inclusion for students with high incidence disabilities in higher education. Some recommendations are hence provided to help improve the inclusion of students with high incidence disabilities in higher education in Saudi Arabia.
