The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of debt to equity ratio and earning per share the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The method of analysis used was linier multiple regression model. This research used secondary data, annual report of the manufacturing corporations during 2012-2014 with 120 unit of corporation as population and 30 unit taken sample by using purposive sampling method. The result of the research indicate that: debt to equity ratio have negative and not significant influence on the stock prices of the corporation, while earning per share have positive and signifikan influence on the stock prices of the corporation. Simultaneously debt to equity ratio and earning per share have signifikan influence on the stock prices of the corporation.

This study aimed to test whether the effect of Total Assets, Net Income (Net Revenue), Inflation, and the BI Rate to shares in companies isted on the Stock Exchage in 2005-2014. Another purpose of this study was to see if there is a significant influence on the movement of stock prices BEI manufacturing company to Total Assets, Net Income (Net Revenue), Inflation, and the BI Rate. his research sample is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2005-2014 and selected by random sampling method. Data used is panel data by type of secondary data collected by the method of documentation. ypothesistesting was conducted using multiple regression analysis as seen from the quared with Eviews program. The results of this study indicate that the Total Assets, Net Income (Net evenue), Inflation, have a significant influence on stocks. While the BI Rate has a significant influence on stock price. This research ontributes to the development of capital markets, especially related to stock price.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).

This research was conducted at manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector. This research focus is on the pharmaceutical company sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The population in this study was 11 companies. This study used a purposive sampling method, and then, based on the predetermined CRiteria, obtained eight samples of companies that will be tested in this study. The type of data in this research is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data sourced from the official website of the IDX, BI, and their respective companies. This study's results indicate that only the Current Ratio and Return On Assets partially have a significant effect on stock prices. However, simultaneously Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Rupiah Exchange Rate have a significant influence on stock prices.

Abstract Return On Equity (ROE), Deb to Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning Per Share (EPS) are some financial ratios that are used to analyze a company's performance effectively and efficiently. The positive company performance will encourage investors to be stimulated by placing funds through ownership of shares in its. The research sample uses purposive sampling method. The sample are 24 consumer goods sector companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2013 – 2017 with secondary data of annual financial reports. This study discusses about effected these ratios to the price of sharia shares so that it will contribute to analysis and decision making of investors and improvements of company in the future. By using multiple linear analysis methods the results show that simultaneously ROE, DER and EPS have significant effect on stock prices. Partially, ROE and EPS have significant effect, while DER ratio has not significant effect on stock prices. Therefor, Islamic issuers should maintain their performance, especially in profitability. The achivement of company profits is the main indicators to interest investors. It will affect the price of islamic stocks to rise and have positive prospect. Keywords: Financial Ratio, Investor, Indonesia Stock Exchange, Islamic Issuer ________________________ Abstrak Return On Equity (ROE), Deb to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) merupakan beberapa rasio keuangan yang digunakan untuk melihat kinerja sebuah perusahaan secara efektif dan efisien. Kinerja perusahaan yang positif akan mendorong investor terstimulasi menempatkan dana melalui kepemilikan saham pada perusahaan tersebut. Penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 24 emiten syariah sektor industri barang konsumsi yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013 hingga 2017 dengan sumber data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Penelitian ini membahas sejauh mana rasio-rasio keuangan dari emiten syariah tersebut mempengaruhi harga saham sehingga diharapkan akan memberikan kontribusi bagi analisis dan pengambilan keputusan investor ke depannya dalam berinvestasi dan perbaikan kinerja perusahaan di masa akan datang. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan ROE, DER dan EPS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sementara itu, hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa hanya ROE dan EPS yang berpengaruh signifkan, sedangkan rasio DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Oleh karena itu, emiten-emiten syariah harus mempertahankan kinerja perusahaan khususnya dalam menghasilkan laba. Pencapaian laba perusahaan menjadi indikator utama ketertarikan investor dalam berinvestasi yang akan mempengaruhi harga saham syariah menjadi naik dan memiliki prospek positif. This study aims to examine the effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio and earnings per share on stock prices at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Data in this study, obtained from the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data by way of observation by visiting the Capital Market Information Center (PIPM) Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the partial return on assets and earnings per share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while the debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock prices

The purpose of this research was to understand the influence of DAR (Debt to Asset Ratio) , size, risk, tax, and liquidity on profitability (Return On Asset Ratio). This research is classified under a casual research and using purposive sampling method, thus 27 companies have been acquired that meet the criteria. A data analysis technique was used multiple linier regression analysis. The object of this study were listed mining sector company of Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011 – 2015. The data is documented from company financial and annual report. The methods of data analysis were multiple regression model. The result of this study indicates that DAR, risk, tax, and liquidity has no influence on company’s profitability. Meanwhile, size of the company has a positive influence on company’s profitability that represented by return on asset ratio.

The research aimed to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and Cash Position (CP), against the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on manufacturing companies specially in consumption sector In Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2015-2017. This study also purposes to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and Cash Position (CP) simultaneous against the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). This research was used a causal associative method by taking secondary data. The selection of sample used purposive sampling method. From the predetermined criteria obtained a sample of 13 companies. Analysis using SPSS Program.Based on statistical t test, the result of the research shows that Return on Assets (ROA) had a significant, negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Meanwhile, other variables like Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Cash Position (CP) did not affect the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Based on F test indicates that variables Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Cash Position (CP) simultaneously affect Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on manufacturing companies on consumption sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2015-2017.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and to analyze the effect of corporate governance’s mechanism such as managerial ownership, board of commissioners, audit committee, and institutional ownership effectiveness on likelihood of fraudulent financial reporting. This study uses secondary data from the company’s annual report for 2015-2017. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling with a sample of 31 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The analysis used in this study is logistic regression analysis. The result showed that all of corporate governance’s mechanism such as managerial ownership, board of commissioners, audit committee, and institutional ownership have no significant effect on likelihood of fraudulent financial reporting.

This study aims to investigate the effect of information asymmetry on earnings management, investigate the effect of leverage on earnings management, investigate the effect of firm size on earnings management, and investigate the effect of profitability on earnings management. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The sample used was selected by the purposive sampling method and used secondary data in the form of an annual report. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the dependent variable, earnings management, and the independent variables are information asymmetry, leverage, firm size, and profitability. The results showed that information asymmetry did not have a significant impact on earnings management, but leverage, firmsize, and profitability had a positive and significant impact on earnings management.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the influence of return on asset, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin and firm size towards income smoothing in consumer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2014 – 2016. This study used 27 data from manufacture companies that have been selected using purposive sampling method with total 81 data for three years. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements. This research used Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 19 software to process the data. The result of research shows that return on asset, net profit margin and firm size have no influence towards income smoothing. Debt to equity ratio has negative significant influence towards income smoothing.
