Earnings Management is one of the efforts made by companies to manipulate the numbers in the financial statements so that the company's financial statements can be seen in good condition for investors and other stakeholders. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership structure, leverage, bonus compensation and company size on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed in BEI 2017-2019. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling so that the researchers found 55 companies that match the criteria in 2017- 2019, so that this study analyzed as many as 165. The testing technique in this research is in the form of classical assumption test, normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, determination coefficient test and T test. The results of the study indicate that Managerial Ownership Structure, Leverage, Bonus Compensation and Company Size do not significantly influence earnings management.

This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure, company size and dividend to earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, partially and simultaneously. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2014. List of companies listed at this time amounted to 141 companies. Based on the sampling criteria obtained a total of 18 sample companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2014. The data analysis method used is Testing Assumptions Classical (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskedastisity Test and autocorrelation test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing (Statistic t test and F test), as well as the Test Coefficient of Determination.From the results of the study concluded that 1) The ownership structure no significant effect on earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so ha1 not proven, 2) The size of the company a significant effect on earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so that Ha2 proven, 3) dividends significant effect on earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so HA3 proven, 4) the ownership structure, company size and dividend significantly influence earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so that ha4 proven.

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, financial distress, debt level, and managerial ownership on hedging decisions on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative-causality research. The population of this research is all the go pubic manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 170 companies. The number of samples used was 81 companies, which were taken using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses the logistic regression analysis method. The results of data analysis show that: (1) firm size and managerial ownership variables have a positive and significant effect on hedging decisions and (2) financial distress and debt levels have a negative and insignificant effect on hedging decisions.Keywords:hedging, firm size, financial distress, debt level, managerial ownership

This study aims to determine the effect of tax planning, managerial ownership and company size on earnings management in the manufacturing companies of the automotive sub sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling, namely the determination of samples based on certain criteria, the sample used is 4 (four) automotive sub sector manufacturing companies and components that have met the specified criteria. The results of this study indicate that partially tax planning has a positive and not significant effect on earnings management while managerial ownership and company size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. However, simultaneous tax planning, managerial ownership and firm size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. From the results of this study, researchers provide some suggestions for further research to get better results because the results obtained by researchers are still lacking and further research needs to be done.

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, company size and ownership structure on capital structure in companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2010. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2008-2010 and published financial statements on December 31 for the fiscal year 2008-2010. This was a censuses research since all population sampled. Data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial statements in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2008-2010. Data collection was done by the documentation and classifies data based on the financial statements of the criteria determined. Data  required in this research obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and the Capital Market Reference Center (PRPM) to address the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building Tower 2 1st Floor, Sudirman street Lot 52-53 Jakarta 12190. Based on these criteria, 114 companies obtained to be the target of Population.The results of this study indicate that both simultaneously, liquidity, profitability, company size, and ownership structure affect firm capital structure. Partially, variable profitability and ownership structure has a positive effect, while the variable size of the companiy’s and liquidity negative affect the capital structure of the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2010.  Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size and Ownership Structure, Capital Structure

The purpose of the research is to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital, Company Size, and Ownership Structure, namely managerial ownership and institusional ownership toward company performance. This research used samples from manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2012-2015. Based on purposive sampling technique, it got 17 companies as research samples, so as long as 4 years observation there were 68 annual reports were analyzed. Type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analyctical method used is multiple regression analysis.The results of this research showed than Intellectual Capital doesn’t have significant effect to company performance, company size has significant effect to company performance, managerial ownership has significant effect to company performance, and institutional ownership doesn’t have significant effect to company performance.

Earnings management is a manager's deliberate action to manipulate financial statements with permissible limits with the aim of providing incorrect information for users of financial statements. The variables tested in this study consisted of independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variables tested in this study consisted of independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, audit committee, and board of commissioners. While the dependent variable is earnings management as measured by the modified Jones model discretionary accruals. This study uses 52 data on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. Sampling using the purpose sampling method. All data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. The results of this research show that partially independent board of commissioners and managerial ownership have no effect on earnings management, while the size of the board of commissioners and audit committee has a positive effect on earnings management. Objective – The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of ownership structure toward earnings management. Methodology/Technique – The population of this research consist of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2014 to 2016. This research uses 3 recent years and adds variables that have not been used in prior research. The sample of this research is chosen using a purposive sampling method. Findings – The hypothesis is tested by multiple regressions using an Eviews program to investigate the influence between each independent variable to earnings management. Novelty – The research results shows that institutional ownership, controlling ownership, and foreign ownership affect earnings management whilst managerial ownership has no effect on earnings management. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of tax, company size, profitability, and leverage on the company's decision to practice transfer pricing. The dependent variable in this study is transfer pricing. Meanwhile, the independent variables used are tax, company size, profitability, and leverage. The study was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a purposive sampling method. The sample used was 31 companies with an observation period of 3 years, so as many as 93 samples were obtained. The data of this study were obtained by looking at the company's financial statements in the period 2016-2018. This study used logistic regression analysis with SPSS Program</em></p><em>The results showed that tax and profitability had a positive effect on the company's decision to transfer pricing. While company size and leverage variables do not affect the company's decision to transfer pricing</em>
