This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital, Innovation, and Knowledge Management on firm performance. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The data used are primary and secondary. The population in this study are all MSME companies engaged in the fashion sector. At the same time, the samples in this study were 10 MSME Fashion companies in Jakarta, which were selected by random sampling method. The data collection method used in this research is field research in observation, interviews and questionnaires, and library research. The data analysis method used to determine the independent variable on the dependent variable used multiple linear regression formula using SPSS Version 20.0. A data analysis method is a tool used in solving problems. In addition, the analysis of research data using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) Intellectual Capital and Knowledge Management have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME Fashion companies in Jakarta, and 2) Innovation does not have a positive effect on the performance of MSME Fashion companies in Jakarta.

The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that service quality and customer value positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that customer value was dominant than service quality in influencing the satisfaction of customers

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality and corporate image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

Banks are financial institutions that play an important role in the country's economy, one of which is by increasing the collection of funds from the public. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profit sharing and interest rates on mudharabah deposits at PT. Bank Nagari Utama Padang. The object of research at PT. Bank Nagari Utama Padang. Data used in the form of time series totaling 30 data. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that the profit sharing and interest rates had a positive and significant effect on deposits at PT. Bank Nagari Utama Padang.

This study titled “Analysis of the influences of ROA, PER and EPS on the Stock Prices of PT. Indorama Synthetics,Tbk. The data used in this study were quarterly financial statements of PT. Indorama Synthetics,Tbk, 2009-2012 period. This study used simple and multiple linear regression as data analysis method. The purpose of this study was to determine to what extent ROA, PER and EPS influenced the stock price of PT. Indorama Synthetics, Tbk. Entirely and partially. The results of this study revealed that : (1). ROA, PER and EPS affected the stock price of PT.Indorama Synthetics, Tbk. Entirely. (2). ROA influenced the stock price of PT. Indorama Synthetics, Tbk. Partially. (3). PER partially affected the stock price of PT. Indorama Synthetics, Tbk. And (4).EPS had effect on the stock price of PT. Indorama Synthetics, Tbk. Partially.

This study aims to analyze the effect of accountability and transparency on muzakki's interest in paying zakat. The population in this study are people who pay zakat in BAZNAS, Sragen Regency. The sample in this study produced 100 respondents. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling and then used the Slovin formula. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially the accountability variable that affects the interest in paying zakat, then partially the transparency variable does not have a significant effect on the interest of muzakki to pay zakat. Simultaneously, the variables of accountability and transparency have an effect on the interest in paying zakat.

This study aims to analyze the influence of interest rates, inflation, exchange rates and economic growth on investment in Indonesia from 1990 to 2017. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from www.bps.go.id and www.bi.go. id. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results show that interest rates have a negative and significant effect on investment in Indonesia, Inflation has no effect on investment in Indonesia, Exchange rates have a positive and significant effect on investment in Indonesia, Economic growth has a negative and significant effect on investment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, interest rates, inflation, exchange rates and economic growth influence investment in Indonesia.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of promotion and price on purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in Province of DKI Jakarta through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that promotion and price positively and significant influenced the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. The conclution of this study is that price was dominant than the promotion in influencing the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta.

This study aims to determine the diagnostic service to Patient Satisfaction, and to know the care of nurses to Patient Satisfaction. Population and Sample 287 respondens. Data analysis method is multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that diagnostic services had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, and care of nurses had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction.   Penelitian ini  bertujuan mengetahui pelayanan diagnosa terhadap Kepuasan Pasien, dan mengetahui kepedulian perawat terhadap Kepuasan Pasien. Responden berjumlah 287 pengunjung. Metode analisis data yaitu regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa Pelayanan diagnosa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien,dan Kepedulian perawat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien.

ABSTRACT The objective of the research was to find out the location, price and facilities of rental room decisions of the students Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Samudra.  Data analysis method using multiple linear regression, with multiple linear regression analysis equation in research are: Y = 2.597 + 0.184X1 + 0.184X2 + 0.044X3. The value of Adjusted R Square obtained by 0,17 or 17,0% indicates the ability of the location, price and facilities of rental room decisions of the students Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Samudra, while the remaining 83.0% is influenced by other variables that are not in accordance with this study such as research, security and other relationships etc. From the results of trials on the location of the lease significant to the rental room decision and the hypothesis accepted, the price does not matter significantly to the rental room decision and the hypothesis rejected, and the facilities are not significant to the rental room decision and the hypothesis rejected. From the trial results prove the location, price and simultaneous facilities significantly influence room rental decisions the students Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Samudra and the hypothesis accepted.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas Kamonji in Palu. The sample used is 90 respondents, with sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the service quality variable consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously had a significant effect on patient satisfaction at Kamonji Puskesmas in Palu. While partially physical proof, kahandalan, responsiveness, assurance and empathy also have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Kamonji in Palu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan yang terdiri bukti  fisik, kahandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap kepuasan pasien pada Puskesmas Kamonji di Palu. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 90 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan yang terdiri bukti fisik, kahandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien pada Puskesmas Kamonji di Palu, sedangkan secara parsial bukti fisik, kahandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien pada Puskesmas Kamonji di Palu.
