Changes in organizational climate and employee mutation as a consequence of changes in organizational structure are the interesting things for an object of research. This research is directed to explaine the influence of organizational climate and mutation through job satisfaction on employee performance in BKPSDM Subang Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires to employees and interviews. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling.  The analysis shows that: The influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction is categorized as weak but significant. The influence of mutation on job satisfaction is categorized as weak and insignificant. The influence of organizational climate on employee performance is categorized weak and significant. The effect of mutations on employee performance is categorized weak and it is not significant. The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is categorized weak but significant. The influence of organizational climate and mutation on job satisfaction is categorized moderate and significant. The influence of organizational climate, mutation and job satisfaction on employee performance categorized as moderate and significant. The efforts that can be made to improve employee performance in BKPSDM Subang Regency are by giving fair rewards to employee performance, carrying out mutations in a planned and periodic manner, and improving communication between work units so as to create synergies to achieve performance targets.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dimana subjek penelitiannya adalah para 45 karyawan PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah pengaruh tidak langsung melalui stres kerja.This study aims to examine the impact of organizational climate on job stress and employee performance. The data used in this study was primary data in the form of a questionnaire in which the research subjects are 45 employees of PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Head Office Pekanbaru Riau. To test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. The result suggest that organizational climate influence on job stress and employee performance. In addition, result also suggest that the effect of organizational climate on employee performance is indirect influence through job stress.

The purpose of this study is to see whether recruitment, training, work experience affects job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The approach used in this research is descriptive analysis and data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Techniques. The sample of this study was 115 employees. The results show that recruitment, training, and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a full mediating effect (full mediation) between training and employee performance. This company can increase the variables that need to be used in the future.

Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, new culture organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pegawai di dinas perindustrian dan tenaga kerja kota Bandung. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership merupakan faktor – faktor yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction between permanent employees and outsourcing in the period 2013-2015. Motivational influence on the performance of the jobholder and outsourcing. The influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction among permanent employees and outsourcing. The influence of commitment organizational to employee performance between permanent employees and outsourcing by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. A sample of 60 respondents ie 55 permanent employees and five employees of outsourcing from year 2013 to 2015, then the authors examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance, as for data collection techniques used by the researcher is a questionnaire is a technique of data collection in research by using a questionnaire that contains a list of questions to the respondent. Analytical techniques used in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS operated by AMOS program 21.0. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) to Job Satisfaction (Y1), there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) on Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y1), exists a positive and significant influence between a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) to Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction (Y1) on Performance (Y2).

This study aims to analyze employee performance. Employee performance is the result of thinking and energy from an employee to the existing job, can be tangible, seen, employee performance by some factors that are Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction. This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of workload, teamwork and leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance at Bappeda Payakumbuh. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this is all employees of the Bappeda Payakumbuh Municipality. The sampling method used the census method, where all members of the population were used as research samples. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires that were submitted directly to all employees of the Payakumbuh Municipality Planning Agency as many as 38 questionnaires and all respondents returned the questionnaires. The data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that workload had a significant negative effect on job satisfaction and a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Then other results show that teamwork has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, but has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance. While job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bappeda Payakumbuh employees. Keywords: workload, teamwork and leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh beban kerja, teamwork dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai di Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam ini adalah seluruh pegawai Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus, dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disampaikan secara langsung kepada seluruh pegawai Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh sebanyak 38 kuesioner dan seluruh responden mengembalikan kuesioner tersebut. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian hasil lain menunjukkan teamwork berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan  kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bappeda Kota PayakumbuhKata kunci : Beban kerja, teamwork dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai

Performance in carrying out its functions is related to employee job satisfaction and is influenced by skills, abilities and individual traits. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of organizational climate, competence, locus of control, on job satisfaction and employee performance in the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Denpasar. The sample was determined by 90 people with saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) model. The results of data analysis show that organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction, competence has a significant effect on job satisfaction, locus of control has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational climate has a significant effect on performance, competence has a significant effect on performance, locus of control has a significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Denpasar.

This research was carried out to determine the effect of work environment, motivastion and compensation on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable PT BPR BKK TAMAN Perseroda, This study used porposive sampling technique where the selected sample was 50 respondents who were employees of  PT BPR BKK TAMAN Perseroda, a financial services provider company, the date were analyzed throught Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), method and SMARTPLS 3 dfe to the small number of targeted respondent from result of the study, it was found that the environment, motivation, and compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, beside job satisfaction had a significant effect on performance moreover the intervening varable namely job satisfaction could partially moderate exogenous variable Keyword: work environment, work motivation, compensation, performance, job satisfaction

This research was conducted in Pontianak, involving marketing employees at PT AJMI Pontianak Branch. Respondents of this research consisted of 35 men and 84 women with an age range between 24 s.d. 62 years old, with take home pay based on commission from their sales. This research data processing uses Multivariate Statistical Method, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), WarpPLS6 Approach. Research findings state that organizational climate is a positive and significant builder for job satisfaction and OCB, job satisfaction is also a positive and significant shaper for OCB and job satisfaction is a significant mediation between organizational climate and OCB in marketing employees of PT AJMI Pontianak Branch.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and measure the contribution of locus of control and job satisfaction to organizational commitment among employees of a franchise that is currently popular in Manado City. The research used survey method with quantitative approach, measurement and structural equation modeling (SEM) testing using SmartPLS 3.2 software. The results showed that locus of control and job satisfaction contributed positively and indirectly to employee organizational commitment. Based on the research findings, it can be taken in the recruitment process to consider the locus of control and job satisfaction values of prospective employees.Keywords: Locus of Control, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan mengukur kontribusi locus of control dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan salah satu waralaba yang sedang populer di Kota Manado. Penelitian dengan metode survei pendekatan kuantitatif, pengukuran dan pengujian Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa locus of control dan kepuasan kerja berkontribusi positif dan signifikan secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, maka dapat direkomendasikan dalam proses perekrutan karyawan mempertimbangkan nilai locus of control dan nilai kepuasan kerja calon karyawan.Kata kunci: Locus of Control, Kepuasaan Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi
