Abstract The research was conducted in MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu because the researcher saw the lack of facilities and infrastructure in MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of financial management in the procurement of facilities and infrastructure. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study are principals, treasurers, facilities and infrastructure, TU and the entire board of teachers. The research instrument used in this research is interview, observation and documentation. The management of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu is done in various ways. Starting from planning, procurement, storage, inventory, maintenance and utilization. Referring to the results of the research, the authors provide advice for the principal to further improve the management of facilities and infrastructure, and for teachers to increase the use of media in teaching and learning process so that students can absorb the lesson well so that schools can improve the quality of education and realize the purpose of education. Abstrak Penelitian dilakukan di MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu karena peneliti melihat masih kurangnya sarana dan prasarana di MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan managemen keuangan dalam pengadaan sarana dan prasarana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, bendahara, waka sarana dan prasarana, TU dan seluruh dewan guru. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Manajemen sarana dan prasarana di MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu dilakukan dengan berbagai cara. Mulai dari perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan dan pemanfaatan. Mengacu kepada hasil penelitian, penulis memberi saran bagi kepala sekolah agar lebih meningkatkan lagi manajemen sarana dan prasarana, dan bagi guru lebih meningkatkan penggunaan media dalam proses belajar mengajar agar para murid dapat menyerap pelajaran dengan baik sehingga sekolah mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan serta mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan. Kata kunci: Manajemen, Keuangan, Sarana dan Prasarana

Building the quality of education continues to be done, both by the government and the school as education providers. In an effort to meet the needs and demands of society on the quality of education and simultaneously as a response to the changes of life very quickly in the era of globalization. For that reason researchers need research on improving the quality of teaching and learning process through supervisory function in the integrated quality management in the District Kepengawasan Cluster 05 District Magersari Mojokerto City. This research uses action research for three cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting each of which consists of four stages: design, activity and observation of reflection and revision. The target of this research is Master of Kepengawasan District School Cluster 05 Magersari Subdistrict Mojokerto City 15 people. The data obtained in the form of the results of supervision assessment of teaching and learning process. The success of the learning process in cycle III shows that the cycle can be stopped because it has met the target of> 70%. This is evident from the average increase in teacher performance per cycle. The conclusions of this research are: The quality of teaching and learning process through supervisory function in integrated quality management in Kepengawasan Area School Cluster 05 Magersari Sub-district Mojokerto City has increased, it can be seen from the average of teacher performance improvement from 65,87 percent in cycle I, to 76.67 in Cycle II and increased to 82.86 percent in Cycle III.

The learning process is essentially to develop the activities and creativity of students through various interactions and learning experiences. The teacher is the most important factor in the process of improving the quality of education. In addition, student learning activeness is also an important basic element for the success of the learning process. The quality and activeness of students in learning at school has a lot of diversity which makes students have different levels of understanding, this needs to be a concern for the school, especially teachers as teachers and educators of students in schools. The purpose of this study is to measure the extent to which students' ability to undergo the learning process as well as a reference and evaluation material for the school in the success of educators when carrying out the teaching and learning process. In this study the data were sourced from the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Andalas Cendekia Dharmasraya which consisted of several variables, namely the presence of student data, Academic value (knowledge), Psychomotor value (skills), Affective value (spiritual and social). In grouping the data, the appropriate method in this study is the Clustering method with the K-Means Algorithm. The results of this study obtained 3 groupings of students, namely students who are very active, students who are active and students who are less active. This research is used as a guideline for teachers in the field of study in selecting students to participate in competitions and Olympics, and can be used as a benchmark for schools of the ability of educators in the teaching and learning process.

Although it is not entirely true, it cannot be denied that the success of the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) is more or less influenced by the condition of educational infrastructure available in the classroom. If the school has complete educational infrastructure, the teacher can carry out learning optimally and students can learn optimally. Learning will work well without using media appropriate to the material to be taught, because apart from being an intermediary media is also useful to overcome the limitations of space, time, and power the senses, such as an object that is too large can be replaced with reality, image, or movie frame , In use in the learning process, the teacher must know and master as well as capable of using media in teaching and learning. This capability is an imaginative activity that result is the formation of a combination of information obtained from previous experiences into new, meaningful and useful. So therefore, the creativity of teachers in the use of instructional media can be concluded, namely: (1) The creativity of teachers in the use of instructional media in learning a subject usually, only teachers use media such as books, whiteboard and markers. The success of the learning process depends on the competence of teachers in mastering the material or subject matter. Schools seek help improve the facilities and means associated with school education in one facility and related instructional media to increase student achievement and quality of education in schools.
