Learning will work well without using media appropriate to the material to be taught, because apart from being an intermediary media is also useful to overcome the limitations of space, time, and power the senses, such as an object that is too large can be replaced with reality, image, or movie frame , In use in the learning process, the teacher must know and master as well as capable of using media in teaching and learning. This capability is an imaginative activity that result is the formation of a combination of information obtained from previous experiences into new, meaningful and useful. So therefore, the creativity of teachers in the use of instructional media can be concluded, namely: (1) The creativity of teachers in the use of instructional media in learning a subject usually, only teachers use media such as books, whiteboard and markers. The success of the learning process depends on the competence of teachers in mastering the material or subject matter. Schools seek help improve the facilities and means associated with school education in one facility and related instructional media to increase student achievement and quality of education in schools.

The Government

Building the quality of education continues to be done, both by the government and the school as education providers. In an effort to meet the needs and demands of society on the quality of education and simultaneously as a response to the changes of life very quickly in the era of globalization. For that reason researchers need research on improving the quality of teaching and learning process through supervisory function in the integrated quality management in the District Kepengawasan Cluster 05 District Magersari Mojokerto City. This research uses action research for three cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting each of which consists of four stages: design, activity and observation of reflection and revision. The target of this research is Master of Kepengawasan District School Cluster 05 Magersari Subdistrict Mojokerto City 15 people. The data obtained in the form of the results of supervision assessment of teaching and learning process. The success of the learning process in cycle III shows that the cycle can be stopped because it has met the target of> 70%. This is evident from the average increase in teacher performance per cycle. The conclusions of this research are: The quality of teaching and learning process through supervisory function in integrated quality management in Kepengawasan Area School Cluster 05 Magersari Sub-district Mojokerto City has increased, it can be seen from the average of teacher performance improvement from 65,87 percent in cycle I, to 76.67 in Cycle II and increased to 82.86 percent in Cycle III.

The learning process is essentially to develop the activities and creativity of students through various interactions and learning experiences. The teacher is the most important factor in the process of improving the quality of education. In addition, student learning activeness is also an important basic element for the success of the learning process. The quality and activeness of students in learning at school has a lot of diversity which makes students have different levels of understanding, this needs to be a concern for the school, especially teachers as teachers and educators of students in schools. The purpose of this study is to measure the extent to which students' ability to undergo the learning process as well as a reference and evaluation material for the school in the success of educators when carrying out the teaching and learning process. In this study the data were sourced from the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Andalas Cendekia Dharmasraya which consisted of several variables, namely the presence of student data, Academic value (knowledge), Psychomotor value (skills), Affective value (spiritual and social). In grouping the data, the appropriate method in this study is the Clustering method with the K-Means Algorithm. The results of this study obtained 3 groupings of students, namely students who are very active, students who are active and students who are less active. This research is used as a guideline for teachers in the field of study in selecting students to participate in competitions and Olympics, and can be used as a benchmark for schools of the ability of educators in the teaching and learning process.

Sometimes the community even assesses the quality of education of a school by looking at its infrastructure, schools that have large, classy buildings, equipment, and teaching and learning equipment that are complete and modern are often regarded as quality schools. Although it is not entirely true, it cannot be denied that the success of the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) is more or less influenced by the condition of educational infrastructure available in the classroom. This research was motivated by a student organization requires students to be active and independent role in running the holding organization. Students are expected to be able to contribute through his thinking in a student organization. The problem of this research is "How does the activity of the HIMA Education Program PPKn and there a relationship activeness of students in HIMA Education Program PPKn with achievement index of PPKn students on campus UNIPA Surabaya ".The goal is to determine the activity of the HIMA Education Program PPKn students and to determine the relationship of the activity of the HIMA Education Program PPKn student with student achievement index PPKn on campus UNIPA Surabaya. Activeness in this research is the students who are active as a board and as a member of HIMA PPKn UNIPA Surabaya. Achievement index in this research is the unit of ultimate value that describes the quality of teaching and learning process of each semester. In this study to measure the activity of students and grade is done by using questionnaires and documentation. Analyzed Data Technique using product moment correlation, the sample in this study consisted of 95 PPKn students UNIPA Surabaya year period 2015, 2016 , 2017. The data were obtained by questionnaire and documentation which there is a student IPK. Based on data analysis that has been done to produce a correlation coefficient -0,292 to 0,004 significant, because the significance < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This means that there is a significant correlation between the activity of the HIMA Education Program PPKn with achievement index of PPKn students in UNIPA Surabaya.

The quality of education is often seen from the achievements of students. Meanwhile, student achievement in school is influenced by many factors. The financing factor is one factor that cannot be separated from the teaching and learning process. The relationship between educational funding and student achievement is still being debated. This study aims to reveal the relationship between the number of funding resources in schools and student achievement. This research used qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The collected data were analyzed using interactive model analysis and purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that public elementary schools have limited sources of funding. The amount of money managed by one school differs depending on the number of students and the ability of parents. This study finds that education funding has no direct effect on student achievement. Schools that have significant financial resources do not necessarily have high achievements. The effectiveness of schools in managing their finances also becomes essential. Besides, the role of policymakers, the ability of teachers, and the participation of parents are crucial to increase the education quality.

<p>This study aims to determine the application of methods Role Playing with “Orkas (Organ KoranBekas)” can improve learning achievement of XI IPA Biology class in Madrasah Maarif Al-Falah. The research was conducted in Madrasah Maarif AL-Falah district of Ngrayun Ponorogo. The subjects were<br />students of class XI second half of Al-Falah Madrasah Maarif District of Ngrayun Ponorogo school year 2014/2015 the number of students 16 children. The study consisted of two cycles, each cycle consisting of four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed an increase in<br />learning achievement. Student achievement can be seen in the first cycle of 74.75, while the second cycle of 79.43 increased by 4.68. Additionally methods and media Orkas Role Playing (Organ newspaper Used) can improve the quality of the learning process. This is evident from the increasing every aspect of<br />students' courage and precision in playing its role 50% (18.75% to 68.75%). Cooperation of students in the group increased by 50% (25% to 75%). Attitude and cooperation skills of students in the group during the role play increased 37.5% (31.25% to 68.75%). And courage of students in expressing<br />responses or opinions and experience after playing the role of increased 37.5% (31.25% to 68.75%). It can be concluded that the use of Role Playing methods and media Orkas Organ Koran Bekas/Organs From Newspaper) can increase student achievement grade XI Madrasah Maarif Al-Falah.</p><p> </p>

Teaching in contemporary times requires a shift from teacher centric to student centric processes. The present paper is based on secondary sources of data. It is an attempt to debate on the quality of education in India, depicting the problems faced by students within India and outside upon perusal of higher studies. It also illustrates the different methods of teaching and learning and explores the motivating factors behind self-learning.
