Due to the rise of media technology and the abundance of Social Media platforms, healthcare awareness and information gathering are simple, easy, and efficient. This study also aims to investigate the role of Social Media to obtain Coivd-19 information and updates. The researcher used the cross-sectional study design and selected a sample of n= 265 respondents from Islamabad, Pakistan. Further, to validate the phenomenon, the researcher developed and tested the self-structured model using Structural Equation Modelling. The SEM analysis involved Internal consistency assessments, Coefficients of Determination R2, and Path Analysis. Findings indicated a strong significant relationship between Social Media, Ease of Access (p≥ .000), Ease of Use (p≥ .011), Internet Availability (p≥ .013), and Information Acceptance (p≥ .042). Thus the results revealed a significant role of Social Media to spread Covid-19 awareness reinforcing positive healthcare attitudes among the public. Therefore, the researcher suggests more studies on the proposed research model, to scrutinize the role of the Social Media infodemic during the Coronavirus outbreak.

This study aims to determine the influence of corporate positioning on brand equity. Data were obtained from the result of filling out questionnaires by 200 respondents who were all consumers of Gramedia Book Stores. The data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively through Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis. The findings revealed that the corporate positioning of the Gramedia Book Stores has a positive and significant effect on consumer brand equity. Further managerial implications are provided.

Interpersonal conflict partly depends on the magnitude of power exercised by superiors in the workplace. The need to investigate how manager’s power affects subordinates’ interpersonal conflict is crucial so that managers can change or maintain their power to achieve optimum results in organizations.  Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine the influence of leader power towards interpersonal conflict at Government Linked Companies (GLCs), Malaysia.  A total of 388 questionnaires were distributed to employees of GLCs, Malaysia. A Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis revealed that twenty-two percent of the variation in interpersonal conflict can be explained by the power possessed by managers. It also revealed there is a strong positive, linear and significant relationship between leader power and interpersonal conflict.  Therefore, management should be concerned with the authority given to managers as power could lead to a devastating interpersonal conflict.

Objective - The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of advertising of FMCG products on the decision to purchase those products, and brand loyalty, in East Java. Methodology/Technique - This study examines the effect of television advertising on the decision to purchase and brand loyalty with respect to FMCG products. The study uses purposive sampling to gather information in the district of East Java, with a sample of 140 respondents. The study also uses SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) to measure the results. Findings - The SEM analysis shows that product advertising has a significant effect on the decision to purchase and brand loyalty on FMCG products in East Java, which tends to increase at a rate of 5% alpha. Novelty - This study examines the purchasing power of people in the district of East Java. Type of Paper: Empirical Keywords: Strategy; Advertising; Messages; Advertising Products; Lux Soap; Purchasing Decisions. JEL Classification: M37, M31.

AbstractCivility relates to following rules that typically are aimed at promoting positive social behaviour. A lack of civility can be either intentional (e.g., insulting a classmate) or unintentional (e.g., packing up early). Civility is an important issue within classroom settings because it not only influences classroom functioning, but may also serve as a gateway to more serious antisocial behaviour. With regard to the latter, we were specifically interested in whether attitudes towards behaviour deemed as ‘incivility’ were associated with more serious bullying behaviour. Beyond any associations with each other, we were also interested in whether incivil attitudes and bullying share common personality correlates among adolescents. To answer these questions, our study examined the links between HEXACO personality traits, intentional and unintentional incivility, and bullying. Adolescents (n = 396) completed self-report questionnaires, and results were analysed with structural equation modelling. There were similarities and differences between the personality correlates of bullying and attitudes towards the two kinds of incivility. In particular, we found a significant association between personality and bullying behaviour that was mediated by attitudes towards intentional incivility. Our results highlight the importance of increasing awareness of educators regarding classroom incivility, given its potential negative implications within a school setting.

The purpose of this study was to know the application of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) in training and commitment organization of midwives in Public Health Centers (PHC) of Banyumas, Central Java. The sample of the study was 243 midwives who had minimum D3 midwifery education level, work a minimum of 1 year and above 22 years old. The data obtained used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used SEM AMOS. The fit model is shown by good and significant goodness of fit. The results show that training’s indicators consisting of the training environment, training-award relationships and training methods can explain the construct of training while commitment organization’s indicators consisting of commitment afective, commitment normative and commitment continuence can explain the construct of commitment organization. The training construct has also a significant positive effect on commitment organization.

This research investigates the impact of decentralization in the link between infrastructure and inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. It address the question of whether decentralization strengthens the relationship between infrastructure and inclusive economic growth or not. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis is applied to explain those relationship. Data were collected from several publications issued by Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS). It contains both secondary data and the result of national survey from 2013 to 2017. The findings show that the effectiveness of decentralization in Indonesia is vary among regions. The result of the statistical test—PLS SEM—shows that the relevance between decentralization and inclusive economic growth is significant in Indonesia case and Sulawesi-Nusa Tenggara-Papua, but is insignificant in Sumatra, Java-Bali, and Kalimantan. While in the context of the relationship between infrastructure and inclusive economic growth, it was positively and significant in Sumatra and Kalimantan but insignificant in Indonesia case, Java-Bali, and Sulawesi-Nusa Tenggara-Papua. As the result of main hypotheses, this research conclude that decentralization does not matter yet in strengthen relationship between infrastructure and inclusive economic growth in Indonesia.
