The variability of the environment requires road transport enterprises to adapt to new conditions in short and long strategic management perspectives. Both approaches require them to set measurable objectives whose fulfilment improves their efficiency and durability. The measures to achieve the partial objectives are the measures of effectiveness, efficiency, productivity, profitability, and earning capacity. Consequently, the ability to identify, measure, and achieve goals in a changing environment builds vitality, creating conditions for the sustainability of an economic entity.

The transformations being experienced by Spanish universities faced with the challenge of adapting to a changing environment and increasingly discerning and segmented demand highlights the importance of knowing the needs and wishes of students as main customers. The present study attempts an in-depth examination of the viability of student perceptions of service quality as a segmentation criterion. We go deeply into the dimensionality of university service quality and we analyze how such dimensions can be used to segment effectively the collective of students’ degrees using latent methodology. The results based on information gathered from 287 questionnaires permit analysis of existing heterogeneity and a set of recommendations to be made for strategic management in the area of university services.

Strategic management accounts (SMA) is designed to maintain the optimal position of the economic entity in the external environment. Such position is supported through implementation of a set of measures based on the elements and characteristics of SMA which makes it possible to use fully the whole potential of the production system. This system is based on the principles of production efficiency and allows the fluctuations in socio-economic indicators measuring the performance of an economic entity in a certain period of time and in a certain economic zone. A possible way to achieve this effect is to create the company’s reproductive circuit, which has an innovative basis. The reproduction circuit is a set of conditions aimed at the continuous implementation of reproductive processes in relation to the resource potential of an economic entity, which allows and stimulates the introduction in its production process a number of innovation technologies to get additional effect in accordance with the requirements of intensification. The reproduction circuit is divided into external and internal. The former forms a set of external stimulation actions, and the latter is focused on the use of inducing action of information and technological nature, as well as an internal mechanism of the enterprise.Consolidation of the external and internal reproduction circuit determines the efficiency of each production unit of the economic entity, taking into account the speed of its adaptation to the new operating conditions by different parameters.Elements and characteristics of SMA are those functions that make SMA uniquely different from other forms of accounting (management accounting and financial accounting). This article represents the relevance of the analysis of innovations, as one of the elements of SMA.

Determining cost in industry of all sizes represents a starting point for determining your desired returns. For this reason, the precise calculation matters greatly to the administration of any economic entity. We are currently facing the so-called knowledge era and where changes are looming permanent, so the colloquially called traditional accounting systems must be reinforced with innovative techniques. The objective of this research work is to propose to Small and Medium-sized companies (PYMES) dedicated to the manufacture of furniture an innovative tool with which the cost is determined starting from a hybrid counting system, a traditional system strengthened with a technique of Strategic management. The Cost Management System proposed by this research is based on the conclusion found in the theoretical framework that a system is not something isolated, but is formed as a gear of techniques, procedures and techniques; according to the needs of the companies under study. To carry out the present research work, a diagnostic analysis of the furniture SMEs was carried out, where information was obtained regarding the characteristics for the determination, measurement, analysis and cost management of these companies. According to the result of said analysis, the system proposal is presented, which is in the validation process for its dissemination and, where appropriate, commercialization, prior to its registration. If the SMEs dedicated to the manufacture of furniture have a system according to their characteristics, it will be possible to determine with certainty indicators that are essential for making strategic decisions that infer in the improvement of the administration of the SMEs under study.

The functioning of road transport enterprises is determined by external (legal processes and the market mechanism) and internal (a projection of regulatory principles set out in functional systems) factors. The aim of this study is therefore to identify legal and market conditions and internal operating rules of road transport enterprises in the context of their impact on their efficiency and durability. The paper is based on a theoretical literature review and a primary empirical research.

In the article, the authors considered the parameters of the strategic management process using the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy sets, which allow us to express the internal state of the enterprise through an interval-linguistic assessment of multidirectional changes in economic indicators. The study conducted in the article is based on an effective approach based on the idea of additive con-volution of selected indicators into a single interval with a linguistic assessment of the result at a time to by V. V. Pankov's method (N & P), which allows us to abandon the subjective determination of the weight of indi-vidual coefficients, since in comparison with the forecast balance sheet developed according to the scenario of strategic sustainable development of an economic entity, we obtain primary reliable data.
