SummaryModern information technology offers new opportunities for the storage and manipulation of hospital information. A computer-based hospital information system, dedicated to urology and nephrology, was designed and developed in our center. It involves in principle the employment of a program that allows the analysis of non-restricted, non-codified texts for the retrieval and processing of clinical data and its operation by non-computer-specialized hospital staff.This Hospital Information System now plays a vital role in the efficient provision of a good quality service and is used in daily routine and research work in this hospital. This paper describes this specialized Hospital Information System.

The purpose of the Transportation Economic and Land Use System (TELUS) is to convert the transportation improvement program (TIP) into a management tool. Accordingly, the system provides detailed and easily accessible information on transportation projects in the region, as well as their interrelationships and impacts. By doing so, TELUS enables public-sector agencies to meet organizational, Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act, state, and other mandates more effectively. The objectives are accomplished by providing the computer-based capability to analyze, sort, combine, and track transportation projects in or under consideration for a TIP; assessing the interrelationships among significant transportation projects; estimating the regional economic and land use effects of transportation projects; and presenting project information in an easily understood format, including geographic information system formats.

The Impact

The development and progress of IT-based information technology is very rapidly developing and has a very important role. Information systems are a necessity for agencies to utilize information as a basis for data administration and processing. To meet these needs, the agency conducts activities related to computer-based information systems as a tool to increase employee creativity. This system is designed to handle the transaction of escort and payment salary calculations and can guarantee validiity, complete authorization, classification of assessments, timeliness of each payroll transaction. In the Middle School Nusantara Wisata Respati Middle School still uses a manual payroll system, which is Microsoft Excel, so that people who are not authorized to enter and view data and can change the impact will disrupt the activity in processing salary data. For this reason, it is necessary to design a Java-based payroll information system at the Respati Archipelago Tourism Middle School.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. The design of web-based drug sales information system is made using PHP and MySQL.Keywords: Information System, Sales, Kauman PharmacyAbstrak: Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya.Dalam mengelola informasi dibutuhkan teknologi yang baik karena informasi mempunyai nilai yang besar bagi suatu perusahaan. Dan teknologi komputer sekarang ini dengan kecepatan prosesnya yang semakin canggih telah memungkinkan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

Abstract - Ordering and billing transactions of food and beverages in a restaurant business are in the revenue cycle. Transactions in the revenue cycle have an important role for the company because from this transaction the company gets cash income. The use of information technology to support the transaction process can increase the effectiveness of the transaction process. Transactions can be processed quickly and accurately. Restaurant business can use accounting information systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of transaction processes in the revenue cycle. A computer-based accounting information system is needed in processing transactions. In this study, the authors developed the application of accounting information systems to process transactions in the revenue cycle for restaurant business activities. ABSTRACT<br />The Quality Assurance Center (PJM) is one of the units at STMIK STIKOM Bali which has the task of assisting the Chair in overseeing and controlling the entire process. One of the controls carried out is controlling customer satisfaction through implementing customer satisfaction evaluations. PJM STIKOM Bali uses a web-based quality assurance information. The use of web-based quality assurance information systems has never been measured by usability system to see whether the system built is acceptability for the PJM STIKOM Bali unit in carrying out its activities. In this study, researchers conducted a study to analyze usability in the STIKOM Bali quality assurance information system. The method used to measure usability is User Centered Design (UCD) because this method focuses on the user. In implementing the UCD method, three types of statements have been established, namely Task Complete Rate, Time on Task, and Usability Rate of System. The results achieved in this study were the success rates of respondents in completing the STIKOM Bali quality assurance information system task task of 97.67%. The average time needed by respondents to complete all tasks is 92 minutes. The usability level felt by respondents when using the quality assurance information system is 88.75%.<br />Keywords : Quality Assurance System, Usability, User Centered Design<br />ABSTRAK<br />Pusat Jaminan Mutu (PJM) adalah salah satu unit di STMIK STIKOM Bali yang memiliki tugas membantu Ketua dalam mengawasi dan mengendalikan seluruh proses. Salah satu pengendalian yang dilakukan adalah pengendalian kepuasan pelanggan melalui pelaksanaan evaluasi kepuasan pelanggan. PJM STIKOM Bali menggunakan sistem informasi penjaminan mutu berbasis web untuk mempermudah akses penjadwalan dimulai dan diakhirinya proses evaluasi kepuasan pelanggan yang diintegrasikan dengan sistem lain yang ada di STIKOM Bali. Penggunaan sistem informasi penjaminan mutu berbasis web belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran usability sistem untuk melihat apakah sistem yang dibangun sudah akseptabilitas bagi unit PJM STIKOM Bali dalam melaksanakan aktivitasnya. Pada penelitian ini peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk menganalisa usability pada sistem informasi penjaminan mutu STIKOM Bali. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur usability adalah User Centered Design (UCD) karena metode ini berfokus pada pengguna. Dalam implementasi metode UCD, telah ditetapkan tiga jenis pernyataan yaitu Task Complete Rate, Time on Task, dan Usability Rate of System. Hasil yang dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah tingkat keberhasilan responden dalam menyelesaikan task sistem informasi penjaminan mutu STIKOM Bali sebesar 97,67%. Waktu rata-rata yang diperlukan responden untuk menyelesaikan seluruh task adalah sebesar 92 menit. Tingkat usability yang dirasakan responden saat menggunakan sistem informasi penjaminan mutu adalah 88,75 %.<br />Kata kunci : Sistem Penjaminan Mutu, Usability, User Centered Design
