As a result of the rapid pace of economic and technological development, previously recognised competences have proved outdated and the demand for new competences has increased. In order to effectively function in the changing realities and to efficiently use both one’s own resources and those of the environment, one needs access to information and knowledge. Contemporary concepts of knowledge emphasise that knowledge is abruptly expanding and, thus, that it is exigent to continually analyse, evaluate and organise knowledge. Therefore, the fostering of attitudes of commitment to knowledge not only among young learners but above all among adults is prerequisite for the further development of knowledge, its high quality and continued relevance. Given this, education, guidance and counselling facilities must dedicate themselves to supporting their clients in taking responsibility for their ow knowledge. Additionally, the role and significance of knowledge in the prosperity of individuals, organisations and entire societies are increasing, as knowledge is becoming a valuable resource (capital) which is subject to management processes. This position is adopted and developed by the modern concept of knowledge management (Nonaka & Konno, 1998) and its latest iteration, i.e. personal knowledge management. Replete with educational merits, the latter concept is explored in my paper in the context of changes in conceptualising what knowledge actually is.

Abstract The main objective of this paper is to identify the system of knowledge management in contemporary process organizations in business process perspective, especially with regard to technological and social conditions. Methodology is based on literature analysis and case studies. The integration of knowledge management technologies, concepts and methods into organizational business processes is challenging research issue today. The concepts of knowledge management and business process management should be analyzed jointly in the contemporary enterprises. Despite of the growing interest among researchers and practitioners of the concept of the knowledge management referring to business process management there is a lack of articles in this area. Appropriate approach to the modelling of knowledge management processes, as well as the use of IT tools, and a motivation system are of key importance for the introduction of this solution in organizations.

Faced with the increasing impact of new technologies, a new generational and social paradigm emerges marked by new forms of communication, access to information and knowledge management, breaking the barriers of space and time. Thus, the objective was to analyze and verify the relevance of citizen participation and integration of these technologies in society as new alternatives to generate spaces for social debate and problem solving. To meet this objective, part of the literature review as methodology. It is concluded that both scientific and technological development and social participation are essential tools for social development, to achieve social welfare, to optimize the creation, management, access and dissemination of knowledge, and to design public policies that are more useful, effective, effective and efficient that facilitate transparency, access to information and decision-making, reducing inequalities and social injustices.

Across the literature, there is a gradual development of research on personal knowledge management (PKM) from theoretical to technical perspective on managing personal knowledge over the computer and Internet technologies. This research domain has aroused the interest of researchers with the introduction of a PKM model to accommodate the understanding of PKM among knowledge workers. In this model, called the GUSC model, there are four main processes, which are Get knowledge, Understand knowledge, Share knowledge and Connect to knowledge sources. This model entails four cognitive enablers that are proposed to mediate the PKM processes. This paper analyses the quantitative data on the GUSC model to further understand the roles of software agents in mediating human’s PKM processes. It also analyses the role of cognitive enablers as mediating factors for the PKM processes, which are seen as potential strong notions for software agency. The results of the analysis show the significance of ‘connect’ as a role of an agent that depends on the rest of the factors. Based on the quantitative findings, it is recommended that the GUSC model is used to conceptualise an agent-based system, with cognitive enablers to determine the appropriate agent-mediated structure for the system.

(Bary, 2005).Many companies have used mobile technology to provide totally new processes and services, and the impact of these can be identified "Mobile technology "(Lamont , 2015)From the overview of the researcher that KC and KS with the support of e-recruitment inside organizations, could The aim of this paper is to propose a model that describes a relationship between knowledge management processes (knowledge creation, and knowledge sharing) which these two processes can affect directly on one of the E-Human Resources Management practices, it is E-Recruiting in organizations. with new internet tools and applications, employees can communicate the right E-HRM practices inside and outside organizations such as E-Recruitment to enhance, explore, and construct new models to support new products and services .in writing this paper I fixed on a strong relationship between KC, KS, and E-Recruitment by getting better organizations performance in using the right knowledge to the right people at the right time.

The development and expansion of knowledge management as an important management philosophy has a significant impact on human resources management as well as on organization as a whole. In this context, knowledge management processes have been used as a strategic tool within human resources management.Therefore, functions of human resources management must adapt itself to this change. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of human resources management in the management of knowledge and to reveal the effects of knowledge management practices on the functions of human resources byexamining the relationship between human resources and knowledge management. In this context, a theoretical investigation was conducted. It has been determined that significant changes occurred on the functions of human resources management such as selection and recruitment, performance management, remuneration and reward, training and development within the framework of the knowledge management strategies.

AbstractThis article describes the Semantic Desktop. We give insights into the core services that aim to improve personal knowledge management on the desktop. We describe these core components of our Semantic Desktop system and give evaluation results. Results of a long-term study reveal effects of using the Semantic Desktop on personal knowledge work.

Numerous argumentation systems have been proposed in the literature. Yet there often appears to be a shortfall between proposed systems and possible applications. In other words, there seems to be a need for further development of proposals for argumentation systems before they can be used widely in decision-support or knowledge management. I believe that this shortfall can be bridged by taking a hybrid approach. Whilst formal foundations are vital, systems that incorporate some of the practical ideas found in some of the informal approaches may make the resulting hybrid systems more useful. In informal approaches, there is often an emphasis on using graphical notation with symbols that relate more closely to the real-world concepts to be modelled. There may also be the incorporation of an argument ontology oriented to the user domain. Furthermore, in informal approaches there can be greater consideration of how users interact with the models, such as allowing users to edit arguments and to weight influences on graphs representing arguments. In this paper, I discuss some of the features of argumentation, review some key formal argumentation systems, identify some of the strengths and weaknesses of these formal proposals and finally consider some ways to develop formal proposals to give hybrid argumentation systems. To focus my discussions, I will consider some applications, in particular an application in analysing structured news reports.
