Tokyo successfully won the bid for the 2020 Olympic Games. When planning for mega event tourism such as the Olympics, cities reorder public spaces and arenas often with a long term vision, a legacy. This vision expresses the role of the event in achieving the desired future and goals of the hosting city. The planning process involves not only animating the city for staged spectacles; but also rebranding the city and managing how tourism is consumed - the planned and unplanned experience of consumption. Leisure motivated event tourists are seeking unique, personal and socially rewarding experiences (Getz, 2010). These experiences may be managed through the context in which people act. By altering the context, people's experience of the event changes; hence the perception of the host city and the Olympics' brand may also change. The author is therefore proposing branding directions to enhance these experiences.

Naturally, it is the family who is predestined to take care of people with disabilities. However, they cannot be left alone with all their problems. What turns out to be necessary is the support from the state. It seems that nowadays public authorities recognize the necessity, however, they are trying to achieve the goal with the least possible financial involvement. What might constitute a very good example confirming the thesis is the long-term negligence of the state in the area of assistance to carers of persons with disabilities in the form of the so-called respite care. The author’s objective was to set this institution in a broader context of support for carers of persons with disabilities. For this purpose, what will be elaborated on is not only the origins and current legal measures functioning in Poland, but also those in selected European countries.

In the last decade the concept of development and promotion of social economy and social entrepreneurship are part of EU policy to tackle the social exclusion of persons in a vulnerable position. Also, the model of social economy is one of the key instruments for achieving social objectives within the framework of the sustainable and inclusive growth. Social benefits are measured by integration and employment of disadvantaged people, the contribution to the process of social inclusion of other vulnerable people, and the economic indicator is expressed by saved public funds for social welfare, on the one hand, and the additional funds compensating the social costs of long-term unemployment. What is important to happen is to create suitable conditions for the development of social enterprises with the widest possible range - vulnerable groups themselves and their problems are diverse and different, and the "answer" to their needs must be flexible in order to be efficient and effective; "way to solutions" is not important (the path may be different, as are diverse and vast opportunities for economic initiatives) that leads to the result itself, the result is important - better integration and sustainable tackling of social exclusion. The Economic and Social Council of the Republic of Bulgaria (ESC) believes that social enterprises in Bulgaria are still an untapped business model. Current social enterprises are mainly non-governmental organizations by applying the relevant legislation creating social enterprises whose business is focused on the realization of the social purpose and mission of the organization. Social enterprises in Bulgaria operate in various sectors, the most serious part are in: the delivery of social services; providing jobs for people with disabilities; mediation in finding employment of unemployed persons; provision of health services; аctivities in the field of education and others. In realizing these activities the leading is not the end product but the achieved social effect on individuals themselves expressed in obtaining the necessary support to integrate into society. In this sense, there are three basic models of social enterprises: The most common model is the one that creates jobs and develops the workforce. By business jobs are created primarily for people with disabilities. Most often the social enterprise is the employer of people with disabilities in order to achieve the integration of persons with disabilities in the labor market and create conditions for a better life. Another popular model of a social enterprise is the one in which the enterprise produces goods and seeks markets, also engaging with their distribution. Most often social enterprises involve persons with disabilities in the form of occupational therapy involved in the production of certain goods. Existing social enterprises in Bulgaria within this model are engaged in the manufacture of certain products by persons who are unemployed or socially excluded. The aim is to enable them to work and improve their social inclusion. The third existing model in Bulgaria is related to the provision of social services generally through payment of external customers, while social enterprise provides social services to its members. Payment is under contract with the state or a municipality. Within this model, services are provided to different users paid directly to social enterprise for direct service.

Nowadays there is an urgent need for Ukrainians to meet the demands of quality, diversity and availability of sports services. Therefore, sports and leisure complexes, which are integrated into the urban infrastructure, act as interactive public spaces with tactile surfaces. Analysis of foreign practical experience in the formation of sports and leisure complexes demonstrates what it means to move around the city, breathe new life into abandoned places and how the architecture of modern life is changing. The countries of China, Russia, and Denmark were analyzed. This analysis showed that the typical objects for leisure activities are: 1) Squares, parking lots with integrated sports and leisure areas; 2) Separate specialized buildings of sports and leisure centers or centers of youth culture with different sports; 3) Open public spaces in parks, residential complexes, preschool education constructions, health centers. The analysis of the features of sports and leisure complexes formation in the territory of Ukraine allowed to reveal two groups. The first group consists of outdoor areas, which contain outdoor simulators or sports complex workout for trainings, both for professional athletes and amateurs. The second group of sports and leisure complexes contains "urban parks" as centers for the development of street culture, which has become a part of the state youth policy. The analysis of foreign and domestic practical experience of architectural and urban planning formation of sports and leisure complexes proved that there is an active implementation of the advanced world concepts related to a healthy lifestyle in Ukraine. At the same time, the design of sports and leisure complexes is at the stage of formation and requires the development of special methods, as well as research in terms of typological, structural-functional and planning analysis. Determination of the factors influencing the development of the studied objects and the principles of their formation is needed. This can be considered as the next stage of this research.
