PurposeIn any developing country, the critical benefits for ensuring proper utilization of e-government learning services have basically emerged from the integration of underlying processes – not only across different levels of government but also across different functions and agencies. The literature showed a notable lack of research to underline the limited use of e-government learning services in a university setting. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine students' intention to adopt e-government learning services in a developing country. Precisely, the existent to which reputation, social influence, information quality and system quality of e-government learning services would influence students' trust, perceived usefulness and perceived learning values was investigated.Design/methodology/approachThe effect from these variables on students' intention to use e-government learning services was also investigated. A total of 406 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) modeling.FindingsThe results showed varying relationships between the study's variables. It is anticipated that understanding these relationships can predict future learning trends of e-government learning services use among university students, thus helping decision makers plan ahead, prioritize tasks and make better decisions.Originality/valueKnowledge about students' intention to use e-government learning services is even useful for the implementation of other services by higher education institutions. This study also offers some implications for practitioners and researchers concerned about the application of e-government in students' learning development.

In achieving one of Brunei Vision 2035, which is to be among the top 10 in the world for quality of life, Ministry of Health (MOH) Brunei Darussalam has responded by implementing Brunei Healthcare Information and Management System (Bru-HIMS) that is equivalent to international best practices. Bru-HIMS has been implemented for about eight years since it first launched on 11 September 2012 where the outcome to user experience is unknown. Hence, this chapter investigates user satisfaction on Bru-HIMS specifically at RIPAS hospital and studies improvement towards providing quality healthcare in Brunei. DeLone and McLean Information System framework is applied to evaluate Bru-HIMS user satisfaction based on the six variables: information quality, system quality, service quality, intention to use and usage, perceived net benefits, and user satisfaction. Questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain primary data from Bru-HIMS. The findings demonstrate positive relationships between the six variables, which indicates Bru-HIMS has positively influenced Bru-HIMS users.

Augmented reality (AR) enables consumers to browse and try products virtually by providing additional information and functionality to mobile shopping. Retailers continue to develop AR technology to engage consumers and enhance their digital shopping experiences. However, despite the growing interest in this technology, consumers rarely rely on AR due to the quality of its content. This study applies an information systems success model to examine the antecedents that influence the adoption of mobile technology, specifically focusing on consumers’ perception of AR quality and its effect on perceived diagnosticity and consumer satisfaction when using AR technology. Moreover, the study examines how perceived diagnosticity and satisfaction influence loyalty. The study participants were 283 shoppers in Korea who have previously experienced mobile shopping, with data collected through an online survey. The results show that when using AR, (1) the consumer’s perceptions of information quality and visual quality positively influence perceived diagnosticity and satisfaction, (2) perceived diagnosticity positively influences satisfaction and (3) satisfaction positively influences loyalty. These results have practical implications for mobile retailers seeking to develop effective product presentation strategies using innovative technologies.

ABSTRACT Industry 4.0 has produced many changes in all fields of industry, one of which is FinTech as an innovation in the financial sector. This study aims to fill the gaps of various previous studies by testing the DeLone and McLean Models. As well as testing how the role of privacy concerns can reduce perceptions of information quality in intentions to use FinTech. The object of this research is SMEs in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that perceptions about the quality of information and services have a positive and significant effect on intention to use FinTech. The factor of privacy concern as a moderating variable has an important role in influencing the intention to adopt technology, so someone who has high concerns can reduce the intention to use online loans. OJK as the owner of the highest authority in the field of finance and banking, is expected to be able to guarantee the safety of online loans, in order to reduce the concerns of MSME owners regarding data that might be misused if using online loans.
