The object of this research is the concept of evolutionary development of the universe of P. Teilhard de Chardin and the concept of “liquid” reality” of Z. Bauman. The subject is the methodology of P. Teilhard de Chardin and his idea of the future of social development, as well as Z. Bauman’s description of the key characteristics of globalization. Emphasis is placed on the methodology of P. Teilhard de Chardin (interaction of tangential and radial energies), as within the framework his concept, the social, biological and physical phenomena do not have fundamental differences and abide the general universal laws. In broad outlines, the article reconstructs the idea of P. Teilhard de Chardin on social development and the theses of Z. Bauman about the key characteristics of modern globalization. The novelty of the research lies in the attempt to present the methodology of P. Teilhard de Chardin as acceptable for modern science and highlight its predictive power; as well as in comparative analysis of the ideas of Z. Bauman and P. Teilhard de Chardin on the processes of global social integration. The following conclusions are made: both scholars advance the idea on the progressing polarization of society; 2) globalization in their works correlates with the process of individualization of social actors, and defense of own identity.

Today, worldview, spiritual and moral problems that have always been reflected in education and upbringing come to the fore in society. In this situation, there is a demand for philosophical categories. One of the priority goals of education in modern conditions is the formation of a reasonable, reflexive person who is able to analyze their actions and the actions of other people. Modern science is characterized by an understanding of the absolute value and significance of childhood in the development of the individual, which implies the need for its multilateral study. In the conditions of democratization of all spheres of life, the child ceases to be a passive object of education and training, and becomes an active carrier of their own meanings of being and the subject of world creation. One of the realities of childhood is philosophizing, so it is extremely timely to address the identification of its place and role in the world of childhood. Children's philosophizing is extremely poorly studied, although the need for its analysis is becoming more obvious. Children's philosophizing is one of the forms of philosophical reflection, which has its own qualitative specificity, on the one hand, and commonality with all other forms of philosophizing, on the other. The social relevance of the proposed research lies in the fact that children's philosophizing can be considered as an intellectual indicator of a child's socialization, since the process of reflection involves the adoption and development of culture. Modern society, in contrast to the traditional one, is ready to "accept" a philosophizing child, which means that it is necessary to determine the main characteristics and conditions of children's philosophizing.

One of the challenges facing contemporary theologians has been an increasingly perceived rift between the disciplines of theology and scientific cosmology.  A common narrative maintains that the incompatibility of these disciplines is a result of the rise of modern science during which the doctrinal claims of theology as they relate to our understanding of the universe as a whole were disproven.  Within this narrative framework, theology is reduced to issues of human experience and moral life.  In contrast to this myth, this paper establishes the claim that the perceived rift between theology and cosmology is not merely due to the advances of modern science but also to particular philosophical and theological developments in the realms of epistemology and the social imaginary.  Furthermore, the author suggests that these sources of the exclusion of cosmology from theological discourse indicate a need for the development of an Irenaean cosmological framework in which the Eucharistic tension between the simultaneous presence and absence of Christ is upheld.

the article analyzes the place and role of changing the knowledge paradigm in the self-deployment of industrial civilization in accordance with the life cycle of the industrial education system; the content of education determines, as it turns out, all other parameters of the teaching and educational process, because it is a product of the development of fundamental science on the one hand, and on the other – determines the state of scientific and technological process on the basis of which there is a revolutionary change in the means of production, which entails a change in the so-called technological structures and poses the problem of compliance of the workforce functional means of production; on the basis of these changes, the global and regional communities have steadily risen along the axis of the evolutionary development of the social world, leaving behind artifacts of culture of one or another historical age on the shelves of the planetary archive; it is argued that two methodological conditions must be used to analyze the dynamics of knowledge change: to apply the civilizational approach and the paradigm of the life cycle of social systems, since this phenomenon has a long-lasting dimension in space and time; it is emphasized that knowledge is the basic and system-forming element of self-deployment of civilization and therefore it can be used (according to Foucault) as a methodological criterion for assessing the quality of life of civilization; the meaning of educational content at each stage of industrial civilization life is distinguished: natural knowledge prevailed at the stage of its origin; at the stage of growth – technical knowledge that corresponded to the essence of civilization itself; at the stage of maturity – scientific knowledge turned into ideologues of social development, which led to the emergence of technocratism and "drove" the planetary community into a dead end; at the stage of decline – technological knowledge led to the loss of mainstream guide of social development and began the catastrophic destruction of the social organism of the planet, which entails a change in the type of civilizational development; the solution is seen in the rise of the planetary community into the space of informational civilization, the transition of education to mastering methodological knowledge corresponds to it.

The legal and social attitude towards delicts against individuals in the great settled states of South Arabia is a subject on which information is very scant. All that has survived in the case of homicide is a fragmentary legal prescription of uncertain import, a temple regulation on the subject of slaves, and two incidental communications gleaned from dedicatory inscriptions. To this may be added a general prohibition contained in a late Greek law code purporting to stem from the Homeritae. Moreover, this small corpus of information is geographically limited in the first case to Qatabān, and in the remainder to Saba', while each instance refers to a different stage in the social development of South Arabia.

The purpose of this work is to show the phenomenon of fraud committing methods “grandson” and “policeman”. The offence of fraud is an act of high social harm, which victims become elderly, living alone or being alone in home at the time of committing the offence. In the literature of the subject for a long time it is shown that the elderly are preferred by offenders age group, as they show the limitations in the functioning of the physical, mental and social development. The offender, using a number of mechanisms of social influence and changing the way it operates, lead older people to huge losses, not only the material but also psychological (a letdown for help anytime soon or loss of faith in the pure intentions of other people) and social (loss of confidence in the people and deepening insulation). Note one more accuracy, namely, if the elderly betting on victims of crime is a constant element of the activities of the perpetrators, the offender themselves change their methods of operation, adapting them to the social changes and knowledge about our operation. Perpetrators have a great understanding, what needs are most important for potential victims, and they still improve their knowledge in the area of tools to influence social development. Changes in the behavior of the perpetrators within these methods affect crime detection by law enforcement and the implementation of preventive measures adversely. Practice of criminal in Poland lasts several years, and the offenders, by modifying the method of operation, made the crime a steady source of illicit income.

Modern science and culture reappraises the objectivistic-materialistic paradigm towards considering human and psychological factors in the worldview, which also leads to problematization of the concept of boundaries of the objects and phenomena in the Universe. Methodological tool for this research became the narrative-play paradigm based on the universal categories of plot, scenario, likeness, two-dimensionality and game, which generalizes the systemic approach, liberating it from a dangerous tendency towards objectivism and one-sided materialism; reveals the latent process of formation of shared life through interaction of individual perceptions, sensations, thoughts and actions. Leaning on the narrative-play methodology and polemics with the opponents, the author examines the concept of quasi-boundary (as there could be no absolute boundaries in the totally interconnected Universe), which determines the forms of material structures, as well as contradictory boundaries that appear to be the subject of various conflicts. Such approach expands the creative abilities of a person, contributing to the development of activity programs in various spheres of life: education, resolution of ethno-confessional issues, innovation management, personal growth, as well as solution of the crucial task that defines the fate of earth dwellers – upbringing each person in harmony of the spiritual and material, in understanding oneness of the Universe, their place within it, and personal responsibility for the shared present and future.

This study explores the representation of social actors, both in the Indonesian and Australian governments on the Trade and Economic Partnership through Critical Discourse Analysis approach. The issue focuses on both governments partnership published in the Jakarta Post during 2014-2018. Using Critical Discourse Analysis as an approach, this article analyses the media exclusion and inclusion strategies of social actors. By applying descriptive qualitative methods, result shows that the dominant strategy is the inclusion strategy. The use of inclusion strategy indicates specifications, individualization and categorization of positive reaction and support of The Jakarta Post towards the Indonesian government on trade and economic partnership between Indonesia and Australia. However, the use of exclusion strategy is aim to hide the social actors in the discourse and to divert reader's attention to the object rather than the subject discourse.

Ecologia. Religião.   Romaria das Águas: a pilgrimage of water between religious and environmental practices in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil   Abstract   This research proposes a reflection on sociability forms, interaction and conflict that shape the religious ritual practice of Romaria das Águas, on Lago Guaíba, associating ecology and religion. Still, understanding the social practices and practices in which the subject is inserted and operates in conjunction with subjective and objective aspects, I use the concept of habitus to identify a so-called "greening of religion”. The research was conducted in 17ª Romaria das Águas (2010) in Porto Alegre and the Celebração das Águas in São Leopoldo, both in Rio Grande do Sul state. So far, in the meantime it was possible to note that the pilgrimage and the celebration allows a common sphere, where concern for the environment connecting different social actors, since the character of inter-religious event allows differences to be presented and respected. Keywords: Romaria das Águas. “Greening of religion”. Ecology. Religion.

Objectives. The object of the research is the process of assessing the social development risks, which involves ranking the objects according to their degree of exposure to risk factors. As the subject of the study we designate the main weaknesses of the risk assessment methodology using risk index ratings in various fields based on a research of Russian and foreign scientific and practical experience. The purpose of the study is the formation of a set of theoretical principles that form the ground for improving the risk assessment methodology based on the construction of integrated risk index ratings.Methods. The main research method was a comparative analysis of the research results of foreign and Russian scientists on risk assessment in general and the formation of integrated risk indices in particular.Results. As a result of the study, the most significant weaknesses inherent in the risk assessment methodology were identified, and the failings of the use of risk index ratings for risk assessment from different angles were specified. Some identified failings are illustrated by the example of the UN World Risk Index calculation methodology. Recommendations to eliminate identified failings are formed, ordered in a logical sequence.Conclusions. As a result of the study it was established that the formulation of goals and objectives of assessing the social development risks substantially determines the assessment methodology and affects its results. In the case when the use of integrated risk index ratings meets the goals and objectives of the assessment, the subject of the assessment should take into account a number of fundamental methodological provisions that can significantly affect the assessment results, their objectivity and the adequacy to the problem being solved. The authors declare no conflict of interest
