Abstract : This study aims to determine the influence of competence and work motivation through organizational commitment and its impact on teacher performance to the vocational high school North Aceh. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to 74 teacher of the vocational high school North Aceh. Data analysis method used is path analysis and processed with the help of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) application program. The result of the research shows that there is influence of competence and work motivation to organization commitment, and there is also influence of competence, work motivatin and organizational commitment toward teacher performance of the vocational high school North Aceh. Furthermore, the results of the study found that organization commitment variables mediate the absolute (full mediation) relationship of competence and work motivation to the teacher performance to the vocational high school North Aceh. Keywords : Competence, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and  Teacher Performance.

Vocational High School has its own charm for prospective students. Graduates have ready-to-work capability based on the skills needed in the workplace. Decision Making System using Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making with Weighted Product method as the best vocational high school determinant method is an interactive computer-based system that can help decision makers to find the best alternative based on predetermined criteria. In this case the intended alternative is to determine the best vocational high school based on the criteria by finding the weight value for each attribute. The criteria needed in decision making namely facility, accreditation, quality, student (non-academic achievement), cost, human resources teacher.

<p class="apa">Some Factor’s That Affecting The Mathematic Teacher Performance For Junior High School In Medan. This research will examine the effect of direct and indirect of the Organizational Knowledge towards the achievement motivation, decision making, organizational commitment, the performance of mathematics teacher. The research method is a method of surveying the number of respondents as many as 102 teachers of mathematics taken by stratified proportional random sampling. The research found there is a direct influence of organizational knowledge on achievement motivation, decision making, organizational commitment and the performance of math teacher respectively 16.3%, 13.1%, 12.2% and 4.54%. Achievement motivation, decision making, and organizational commitment have directly effects on the performance of mathematics teacher. The magnitude of changes in performance that can directly determine organizational knowledge, achievement motivation, decision-making and organizational commitment respectively are 10.24%, 12.32%, 3.42% and 2.92%. To teachers of mathematics, in order to improve the understanding of the knowledge of the organization, increase achievement motivation through desire superior achievement and improvement of organizational commitment. For heads and school inspectors, need to improve clinical supervision and foster good communication increases the openness and good cooperation with teachers of mathematics, and for the head of the city education field, is expected to give a briefing and training for teachers, race through the efforts competitions drafting paper development learning mathematics.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the teacher performance in vocational school. This research used a quantitative approach. Data collection technique was by distributing a questionnaire using a five-likert scale. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Samples taken from each school amounted to 3 teachers from each department, so there were 42 respondents from 5 schools. Validity test used the Pearson product moment. The analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis uses simple linear regression. The results showed that teacher compensation had an effect on teacher performance in vocational high school.

School culture becomes one of the determinants formed of students work culture. The lack of attention of school culture has an adverse effect on the character building of students to the low productivity and effectiveness of the school.  The aim  of the research was to obtain data and information about school culture development in vocational high school. The research employed qualitative research. This research was done in Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 9 Padang which is one of the favorite vocational high school with all accredited skills program A. Subjects in this research were principal, head majors, teachers, employees, and pupils. Data in this research was collected by using observation, interview, and documentation study. Data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study describe the culture of SMK Negeri 9 Padang seen from: (1) behavior; (2) norms; (3) dominant values; (4) philosophy; (5) rules; (6) school climate. The culture has been developing are hospitality culture and work above standard.
