Aviation equipment warehouse is responsible for the combat training task of the army. The existence of mold in the warehouse reduces the quality and performance of equipment, and the quality of storage equipment directly affects the strength of aviation equipment support ability. In this paper, the main characteristics of storage mold were studied, the micro morphology and colony characteristics of storage mold were analyzed, and the main types of mold in aviation material warehouse were introduced, which provided a theoretical basis for further research on the growth and control of mold.

Purpose:taking to attention exclusive role of air transport concerning necessity of providing the conditions for normal function of state economy and to satisfy the demands of population, the author put the purpose to analyze the modern condition of the Russian civil aviation development and to propose innovative arrangements in the field of modernization it's material-technical base future development and using.Methods:the author uses the system approach to perform this research; results of the scientific research of the other specialists in the problem; structure and function analysis; the theory of competitor's struggle for market; complex analyses of statistics and expert evaluations methods.Results:the system critical analyses of the modern condition of the Russian civil aviation material-technical base development is performed and innovative arrangements in the field of modernization Russian civil aviation material-technical base future development and using are proposed.Conclusions and Relevance:Russian civil aviation is the single one among all another universal types of transport reached growth of all basic technic-economical indexes for last several years. Due to keeping such positive tendencies and guaranteeing modernization Russian civil aviation material-technical base future development and using on the base of innovative technologies state assistance is necessary in the field of increasing taxes, fuel prices and rent fees for using main productive funds.

AbstractTi-3Al-2V alloy is an important aviation material but shows poor resistance to slid wear. Laser cladding of the Fe3Al-B4C pre-placed powders on a Ti-3Al-2V substrate can form the TiC-TiB2 reinforced composites, which improved the wear resistance of the substrate. In this study, it was noted that the addition of the Al2O3 and 7 wt.% yttria partially stabilized zirconia (YPSZ) was able to further increase the wear resistance of such composites. Al2O3 increased the dilution rate of the substrate to the laser molten pool to a certain extent; moreover, Al2O3 improved the hardness, elastic modulus and the mechanical properties of such laser clad composites. The YPSZ addition led t-ZrO2-ZrSiO4 to be produced in such composites.

In order to reduce the appearance of aviation material mishap, it is important to predict the aviation material mishap for safety management and decision-making body. Considering the advantage of neural network modeling, an aviation material mishap prediction based on neural network and its BP algorithm model is proposed. An actual example on fight mishap 10000-Hour-Rate data of USAF illustrates that the proposed prediction model has an accurate prediction.

In order to better predict the aviation material unsafe events, a BP neural network model based on PCA feature extraction is proposed. Firstly, the training samples of aviation material unsafe events are used to carry out the PCA feature extraction, and then using the extracted basic features, BP neural network model is established. The numerical example shows that, the hybrid model proposed is better than that of alone BP neural network model, and it is effective and feasible to establish the unsafe events model for aviation material.

According to the existing status of civil aviation enterprises office network, this paper brings up a project to combined RFID and the VPN network which have been provided by the original system, by adding a RFID server. It bases on VPN technology to form a RFID intelligent aviation material management information system, without affecting the function of the original office network. The system is able to locate the material position in the warehouse and improve the level of the management on civil aviation material information.

To change the low efficiency in manual operation and non-uniform standard current situation in current aviation materials management, design a set aviation material support system based on workflow technology. Research analysis of aircraft equipment supply support and established the workflow technology to aircraft equipment supply support in the life cycle of wood figure and to study every aspect of the life cycle based on workflow model and related theories. Finally, aviation material storage as a example completed the workflow processes of he storage of aviation materials and solutes long complex and varied issues in the aviation materials management business processes ,the results show that the workflow technology apply to aircraft equipment supply support has practical value.
