The authors argue that it is necessary to develop criminalistic recommendations on crime prevention as an element of special methodologies of investigating certain types of crimes. As for the investigation of crimes connected with the provision of medical care of undue quality, the authors prove that the investigators should involve the following categories of specialists when establishing the circumstances which contributed to the commission of the crime: persons that exercise administrative control and supervision in the healthcare sphere, representatives of insurance companies working in the system of obligatory insurance, as well as departmental experts, because timely and effective use of special knowledge is a vital condition for improving the quality of prevention work in the process of criminal investigation, it is the best guarantee of the comprehensive character of investigative actions aimed at the identification of circumstances leading to the crime and the development of preventive measures. The present text discusses the significance of the post- modern condition in contemporary archaeology. Five themes associated with postmodernism are discussed (a) the relativization of truth, knowledge, and mean- ing, (b) the fragmentation of the grand narrative, (c) the relation between agency and discourse, (d) plural- ism, multivocality, and heterogeneity, and (e) rhetoric and styles of writing. In contemporary debate it has been suggested that postmodernism is a past phase and that these contested issues have become less im- portant. It is, however, argued here that these are by no means resolved, but rather bypassed by shifting focus to archaeology as a contemporary practice or, in theoretical terms, towards particularistic neo-ma- terialist ontologies.

The mechanics of the human body are becoming increasingly static. In the past, our economic milieu relied on human energy, but in today’s workplace, we are predominantly inactive. We have engineered human activity out of our physical environments and created a dependence on mechanisms to move us. Consequently, these rapid changes in the environments we inhabit have resulted in a rapid increase in chronic diseases due to inactivity. Growing evidence suggests that today’s chronic illnesses are a product of our modern lifestyle, and our lifestyle is a product of the spatial environments we inhabit. With this in mind, our spatial environment can be the cause and the solution to our sedentary modern condition - by radicalizing its shape it can re-shape the lives of its inhabitants. This thesis examines how human movement can be choreographed into the spatial design of the contemporary workplace environment in order to facilitate healthy lifestyles and sustainable future societies.

Aim. To investigate the modern condition of the problem of infertility and obstetric complications in endometriosis and the main management aspects of women with endometriosis in pregnancy planning. Materials and methods. The article presents a systematic literature review on the results of search for studies in electronic databases MEDLINE, PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library and eLibrary. Results. Endometriosis is one of the most common causes of infertility. A cascade of adverse reactions caused by endometriosis prevents a successful pregnancy. Currently, there is an evidence that patients with endometriosis have a high risk of several obstetric complications, such as spontaneous miscarriage, premature birth, preeclampsia, low birth weight and gestational diabetes. Progestogens belong to the first line of therapy of endometriosis, and dydrogesterone is a drug that meets all the necessary requirements. The use of dydrogesterone in the treatment of endometriosis helps to reduce the negative symptoms of endometriosis, improve the quality of life and increase fertility. Dydrogesterone is the only progestogen that has two effective regimens for endometriosis, which allows prescribing therapy for women who are planning pregnancy and for those who have already realized their reproductive plans. Dydrogesterone is the only progestogen that has been suggested to increase the chances of pregnancy in women with endometriosis. Dydrogesterone has been shown to be effective in supporting the luteal phase in ART programs, treating threatening and recurrent miscarriages. Conclusion. Endometriosis is associated with infertility and a high risk of obstetric complications. Dydrogesterone has a number of advantages compared to other progestogens.
