The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence donors in giving waqf. In addition, it also gives consideration to decision makers related to waqf in Indonesia. The method in this study is a qualitative research with a description of previous research, through secondary data obtained from scientific journals, websites, books, and other electronic media sources related to the study discussed. The journals reviewed are journals published from 2012-2021. The theories discussed in this study are TRA and TPB. The findings of this study indicate that the factors of religiosity, attitude, subject norm, and convenience have a significant positive effect on the amount of waqf issued by donors or waqif (waqf givers). Through this study, it is hoped that this will become a consideration, especially for writers, as well as readers, and recommendations for waqf institutions to increase the convenience of the waqf system. In addition, the government (as a policy maker) should support waqf givers to continue to participate in this waqf practice for the good and welfare of the ummah.

Abstract A team practice simulation approach to interprofessional education is presented. Participants (79 trainees over 4 years) were assigned to one of six teams representing clinical services for a client with complex clinical needs (medical care, outpatient therapy, dental, nutrition, speech and hearing, leadership). Each student within the team was assigned a specific role (e.g., primary care, policy maker, family member). A critical component of this activity is that each participant adopted the role and perspective of an individual in a different clinical area than their own. In preparation for a live discussion by all participants, each team met to study their assigned clinical roles and to prepare a one-page slide addressing specific questions given only to their team. At the live session, the overall goal was to develop a coherent clinical plan for the client. This is an effective approach for IPE in care of clients across the lifespan.

This paper aims at answering the question whether the VN30 index futures introduction has an impact on stock market volatility in Vietnam. Apply GARCH model of volatility with additive dummy variable from 28/7/2000 to 10/9/2020, the result shows that when the first listed index futures contract appears, it makes the volatility of VNIndex increases. The result is still robust after excluding the turmoil period of Vietnam stock market. This paper implies that policy maker should be more careful in promoting derivatives market in Vietnam.

This research focuses on policy-makers whose agendas impact on the leisure needs of an ageing New Zealand population. It aims to test a hypothesis that such agendas impact negatively on provision for such needs. The theoretical approach is from leisure studies, sociology and social gerontology, although relevant psychological research is also drawn upon. The thesis discusses the development of leisure over time. The findings suggest that the ageing population does not have as many unmet leisure needs as might generally be thought, but that it would welcome an increase in the level of leisure policy-maker involvement in their leisure lives. The findings also suggest a willingness on the part of the leisure policy-makers to focus more deliberate energies on the leisure needs of the ageing population. Arising from an examination of the relationship between active engagement in later life and longevity, a tentative 'Theory of Ageing Actively' is posited.

The production of milk is conceived of several factors and a very multifarious process. The knowledge of relative importance of the resource inputs influencing in milk production is essential for the dairy farmer for introducing desirable change in his operation at micro level and for the policy maker for formulating plans for improvements in dairy cattle productivity based on sound economic principles at the macro level (Rao, 1985).The income level of the dairy household is determined by the production of milk they produce at their farms. Generally, the income of the dairy household increases when the milk production cost decreases or when the milk production increases .For this it is essential to study the factors which directly or indirectly effect the milk production. Household samples have been selected both from the municipal wards of Guwahati Municipal Corporation area. Out of 672 dairy farming households, 201 household have been selected for the survey. Regression analysis has been used for the study of factors affecting milk production in greater Guwahati region of Assam.
