Public infrastructure projects have taken a moderate pace since freedom. The records from the Kenya government 2014 on vision 2030 towards an internationally serious and prosperous Kenya demonstrate that the moderate pace in execution of open foundation ventures has prompted unsatisfactory street systems; under normalized open pleasantries; non network of the national matrix line to mechanical expected regions; inadequate relief measures in agrarian territories; and ruined motorization of the once serious enterprises that are going under. A major problem facing county governments is how to maximize on knowledge management in project management. The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of knowledge management practices on project performance in Tharaka Nithi County, Kenya. The study sets out to determine the effect of knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge acquisition and knowledge storage on project performance in Tharaka Nithi County, Kenya. The study was anchored on Knowledge-Based View Theory the Resource-Based Theory and the Organization Learning Theory. The study adopted cross sectional, explanatory and descriptive research designs targeting 120 management staff and employees of Tharaka Nithi County. A census study of all the targeted staff was carried out. Primary data was collected using structured questionnaire. The questionnaires were piloted with 12 staff from the neighboring Embu County to determine their return rate. The study used multiple regression analysis, frequencies, bar graphs, means and standard deviation measures. The study established that knowledge sharing influence project performance in Tharaka Nithi County. The study found that knowledge acquisition influences project performance in Tharaka Nithi County to a great extent. The study found that knowledge acquisition influences project performance in Tharaka Nithi County to a great. The study concludes that knowledge creation has a positive and significant influence on project performance in Tharaka Nithi County. The study will be used by project management team in other counties as it will help in formulation of proper knowledge management practices that promote effective project delivery.

The research objective is to analyze the effect of game means on the dynamics of strength development in the second-, third- and fourth-grade girls.Materials and methods: the participants in the study were 104 schoolgirls: 32 – second-graders, 32 – third-graders, and 40 – fourth-graders. To achieve the tasks set, the research used the following methods: theoretical analysis and summary of scientific and methodological literature, method of control testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Results: the results of the analysis of variance in correlating the data indicate to what degree various game modes influence the development of strength abilities in the second-, third- and fourth-grade girls. The study observed the strongest effect of the factor in the second-grade girls in the second group – 88.7%, fourth group – 90%, sixth group – 85.4%, and eighth group – 76.4%. The third-grade girls demonstrated the strongest effect of the factor in the eighth group – 82.7%. The fourth-grade girls showed the strongest effect of the motion mode in the sixth group – 74.8% and in the eighth group – 69.7%.Conclusions: It is advisory to use small loads and bodyweight exercises when developing strength abilities in junior girls. Games are performed at a quick and moderate pace. Games should be diverse to involve different muscle groups. The number of games can vary from four to eight depending on the level of physical development and physical preparedness of the schoolers.

This 2016 Article IV Consultation highlights that Mexico has navigated successfully a complex external environment, characterized by heightened global financial-market volatility. The economy continues to grow at a moderate pace, and inflation is close to the target. The flexible exchange rate is playing a central role in helping the economy adjust to external shocks. Macroeconomic policies remain focused on maintaining strong fundamentals. Continued implementation of the structural reforms agenda should help lift potential growth over the medium term. The economy is projected to grow by 2.1 percent in 2016.

As the growth momentum had continued to remain strong, the 2014 gross domestic product growth reached 3.74%. Since the global economy is likely to grow at a slow and unbalanced pace in 2015, the Taiwan economy is correspondingly expected to grow at a moderate pace of 3.78% in 2015. China's economic slowdown is likely to impose a substantial impact on the Taiwan economy.

Purpose : To study the structure of the motor activity of foreign (European) football referees qualifications and Ukrainian arbitrators (Premier League, the first, second league). The objectives of the study was to determine the amount and direction of the motor activity of soccer referees. Also perform a comparative analysis of the motor activity of football referees of different qualifications in Europe and Ukraine. Material : The study involved 38 referees - soccer referees first, second, of the Premier League with the different regions of Ukraine, as well as foreign arbitrators FIFA. Results : It was found that in the period of the motor activity of the arbitrator was walking - 13.0% of the total distance when moving, running at a moderate pace - 67.4%, accelerating - 16.7%, jumps - 2.9%. Average per match referee overcomes distance 8970.2 m: foreign arbitrators - 12,030.0 m., Arbitrators Premier League - 9292.5 m., 1 league - 7530.0 m., 2 leagues - 7028.3 m. Ukrainian Premier League referees are inferior to move moderate jogging foreign arbitrators FIFA respectively - 6,425.0 m (69.1%) and 9615.3 m (79.9%). Conclusions : The results of the research showed that the magnitude of motor activity during football matches in professional arbitrators may be different. It depends on their physical fitness Championship (competition), the league, the level of the teams playing, the nature of the intensity of the match. The arbitrator must remain near the gaming moments to control them and prevent possible confrontation.

This study aims to assess managerial perceptions of the extent and nature of participative management (delegation, involvement/empowerment, coaching, supportive leadership style) that takes place in the organization in efforts to achieve total quality management. Biographical influences on these managerial perceptions are also assessed. A sample of 202 managers (middle, senior, top) was drawn using a stratified random sampling technique. Data was collected using a pre-coded, self-developed questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings reflect managers believe that participative management takes place at a moderate pace in the organization with the greatest focus being on coaching, followed by supportive leadership style, delegation and lastly, involvement/empowerment. Based on the results, recommendations for bringing about effective delegation, enhancing involvement/empowerment, ensuring valuable coaching and nurturing a supportive leadership style in efforts to accomplish TQM are presented.
