In this paper, various optically controlled switch performances are studied and analysed. Different types of optically controlled materials are considered in this paper to control the electrical frequency with a modified and simpler structure. Roger and Fr-4 materials are used as substrate material for the basic system design with the dielectric constant of 3.0 and 4.4 respectively. Materials like silicon, germanium, graphene, and polymers are considered for analysis in the proposed system and the semiconductor metals are etched in the middle of the copper strip. The thickness of the copper is 0.008 mm with the standard conductivity of 5.814e7 S/m and the length and width of the copper strip are 2.54x2.54mm. A Copper strip is printed on the substrate to test the performance of the switches. The operating frequency of the given optical signal of silicon is around 1GHz to 25GHz, graphene is around 1GHz to 30GHz, germanium is around1GHz to 30GHz and polymer is around 1GHz to25GHz. The S11 parameter of all the proposed systems is analysed by sonnet simulation software.

The purpose of the article. The article deals with peculiarities of terms as components of a purport in the domain area of record administration as well as studying qualitative and quantitative composition of the term system in this domain. Methodology: in the article historical, logical, comparative and statistic methods are used in order to extract types of special vocabulary which belong to the record administration term system; to determine peculiarities of special lexical items, their communities and differences; to describe qualitative and quantitative composition of the term system as a whole. The scientific novelty of the study is as follows: this is the first time the analysis of qualitative and quantitative composition of terms which are functioning in the domain area of record administration was made in order to highlight specialties of creation of their system. Conclusions. Results of the research shows that terms (90,2 % from the total quantity of terminological units), nomens (1,8 %) and identifying names (0,4 %) are used in purports. They have a different degree of concretization of the denoted. In the term system of the domain area of record administration preterms (7,6 %) are also used. Types of special units are presented in different classes unevenly: there are terms at all levels of the system; nomens and identifying names – only on the main ones, which are related to the specific character of record mamnagement concepts; preterms are mainly used on the basic system levels, but were noticed on additional one as well. They can develop the system of terms in the context of the domain area of record administration due to adding to the sphere of work with documents elements of conceptual apparatuses of other sciences. Keywords: nomen, identifying name, preterm, term, terminoid, term system, domain area of records administration.

The study discusses the legal problem of immunities that affected the criminal responsibility of individuals in the Omani judiciary. Undoubtedly, this is due to a legislative shortcoming on the one hand and a misunderstanding on the other hand of the provisions of immunity, which contributed to its exploitation, abuse and invocation as a vehicle for the commission of personal crimes, as well as On the problems arising originally from deciding the immunity of certain categories of state employees, which led to their conflicting interests with the interests of the victim, and their impunity. Therefore, the researcher will explain the aspects of the Omani legislator’s treatment of immunity and the texts it decided starting from the basic system of the state issued by decree Royal Decree No. (101/96) and repealed with the issuance of the statute in force under Royal Decree No. (6/2021), then other laws, regulations and decisions implementing them, dealing with the concept of immunity, its types, legal nature and basis, and the problems arising from it. By extrapolating the provisions of immunity in Omani legislation and its applications, it became clear to the researcher that there are some shortcomings in its organization, which contributed to its misunderstanding and exploitation and sharpened the idea of immunity for what it was decided for, as well as the existence of practical problems of immunity that affected criminal responsibility, on a shift that calls for reconsideration and the categories that decided Despite the legislator’s intervention by Royal Decree No. (3/2014) regarding defining the concept of immunity and the scope of its application, the need is still urgent to find a more accurate regulation and more precise provisions clarifying the issue of immunity, in addition to the necessity of restricting its use without the current uses.

Although fossil evidence suggest that various animal groups were able to move actively through their environment in the early stages of their evolution, virtually no direct information is available on the nature of their muscle systems. The origin of jellyfish swimming, for example, is of great concern to biologists. Exceptionally preserved muscles are described here in benthic peridermal olivooid medusozoans from the basal Cambrian of China (Kuanchuanpu Formation, ca. 535 Ma) that have direct equivalent in modern medusozoans. They consist of circular fibers distributed over the bell surface (subumbrella) and most probably have a myoepithelial origin. This is the oldest record of a muscle system in cnidarians and more generally in animals. This basic system was probably co-opted by younger early Cambrian jellyfish to develop capacities for the jet-propelled swimming within the water column. Additional lines of fossil evidence obtained from ecdysozoans (worms and panarthropods) show that the muscle systems of early animals underwent a rapid diversification through the early Cambrian and increased their capacity to colonize a wide range of habitats both within the water column and sediment at a critical time of their evolutionary radiation.

It has been shown by historical examples that neglect of the basic system principles in creation or development of complex systems led always to problems, failures and/or disasters. System engineering techniques were used to build a common classificatory of system problems. Its structure have been validated and verified. No projects, events or processes have been identified that could not find its natural place in this classificatory. Classification of system problems helps to better understand the reasons why complex systems are not able to perform the tasks assigned to them.

Confronting the triple trap of the COVID-19 pandemic, economic downturn, and ecological crisis, the Chinese leadership has reiterated that "China puts the people's interests first—nothing is more precious than people's lives." This kind of people-centered governance philosophy is ostensibly meant to protect the lives and health of the people, while defending people's property under the basic system of collective ownership.

Abstract The paper describes a mixed reality environment for testing highly automated vehicle functions. The proposed Scenario-inthe-Loop test system connects real-time computer simulation with real elements being applicable at automotive proving ground. The paper outlines necessary hardware and software requirements and proposes basic system architecture. The limitation and bottleneck of the system are also identified: latency of the wireless communication constraints the accuracy of the test system. However, the presented framework can contribute to efficient development, testing and validation of automated cars. The Scenario-In-The-Loop architecture has also been justified by real-world demonstration using an experimental 5G New Radio network technology.
