The purpose of the article is to establish the features and types of modern documentary information thathas intellectual value; finding out the principles on which to build a secure document flow; characteristics ofthe main technological stages and procedures for the implementation of confidential documents; identifyingthreats that may arise during this process. The methodology consisted of a set of general scientific, specialscientific and specific methods of studying the problem, the application of which allows to achieve the goal.Scientific intelligence was based on the principles of objectivity and integrity. The use of a set of scientificmethods made it possible to study the specifics of valuable documentary information, to find out the mainchannels of information leakage, to trace the stages of document circulation of such business papers. Scientificnovelty. The latest international practices of working with confidential documents are studied. Featuresand types of documentary information that has intellectual value for the entrepreneur are established. Theprinciples on which it is necessary to build a secure document flow are formulated. The main technologicalstages and procedures of execution of confidential documents are outlined. The main threats that may ariseduring this process have been identified. Conclusions. Confidential information allows any company to operatesuccessfully due to the security of information. The importance of such information determines the risk of itsloss. In order to avoid inconveniences related to the loss or theft of information, the institutions should createappropriate services, whose representatives monitor confidential information, document circulation, createdatabases for computers and files for paper media, destroy drafts of confidential documents, store and destroydocuments that are valuable in the prescribed manner.Keywords: execution of a confidential document, secrecy stamp, information protection, technologicalcomplexity, value of documentary information.

The purpose of the article is the analysis of modernization process implementation of the managementsystem of the archival facility on the basis of means and instruments of archival institutions digitization.Methodology. To resolve the tasks of the research were used traditional complex of common scientificprinciples (determinism, imaging, unity of opposites) and methods (analysis and synthesis, systematicand structural, questionnaire, content analysis, observation, statistical). Scientific novelty aims at thedevelopment of theoretical components in the branch of the archival institution management in the context ofdigitalization, which includes the methods of the analysis, synthesis, and systematization for the developmentof the problem of implementing the governing technologies of digitalization in the archival branch. Theprocesses of scientific-technical progress in ХХІth century caused the formation of public strategy for thecommon digitization of the whole state. It is analyzed the elements of archival digitalization in the contextof innovative modernizations of the society and the state. With the implementation of innovative digitalizedtechnologies into the work of archival institutions, the state and society will acquire the opportunity toexpand their informational base access, using modern methods will help to receive the most truthful andauthentic information about the state, society, and scientific management will open the additional resourcesof analysis the informational wealth of archives facilities. Conclusions. The whole way of archival facilitydevelopment shows, that the main contradiction in archival activity is tracing in relation to traditionaland innovational methods of work. The purpose of the article is to identify the specifics of the information and analytical center of a highereducational institution in the context of the development of modern technology of scientific communication in Ukraine. Methodology. The article uses a cognitive approach to the concept of “information and analyticalcenter”, which allowed us to identify its basic essential characteristics and determine the principles offunctioning and development of the information and analytical center as a project group, the activity of whichis aimed at the evolution of information support of domestic science and education, as well as the formationInformation culture skills of employees, students and faculty of universities. In the context of the specifics ofthe study, general scientific methods were applied, in particular, analogies, abstractions, system analysis, aswell as an informational, descriptive method and a theoretical generalization method. Scientific novelty. Thespecifics of the activities of the information-analytical center as a structural unit of the university; traced thetransformation of the library of a higher educational institution into an intellectual center; traditional andinnovative functions, directions, as well as methods of this project group, were identified and analyzed; Theperspective of the functioning of the university’s information and analytical center in the domestic socioculturalspace is described. Conclusions. A study of the specifics of the information and analytical center of a domestichigher educational institution of the XXI century revealed that the implementation of organizational andmethodological support and the use of innovative technologies in the process of managing the scientific andeducational activities of a university, in particular, the introduction of innovative methods and informationtechnologies, the formation of a register of structural units, scientific groups and individual scientists, aswell as calculating their ranking, cataloging journals, identifying groups of scientists with excellent potentialand competencies, etc., in order to optimize the management of the scientific potential of the university andincrease its rating and publication activity – a priority result for these project groups. The development ofmodern technologies of scientific communication on the basis of the information and analytical center ofa higher educational institution is positioned as a promising trend - libraries of domestic universities areconstantly improving their own services in order to develop information infrastructure, positive changes, andadequately provide research results.Keywords: information and analytical center, higher educational institution, science, modern technologies,publication activity.

The purpose of the article is based on the documents, the main trends in the policy of Hetman P.Skoropadsky and his government towards national minorities have been analyzed. Methodology. In termsof preparing the research, methods of analysis, comparison, analogy, generalization, structuring were used.As well as methods of Document Science, Archival Science. The scientific novelty is due to the fact that forthe first time analysis was made on the basis of a documentary array of the main policy trends in relation tonational minorities of the Hetmanate; the reasons for the repeal of the Law on National-Personal Autonomyand the abolition of national ministries in Russian, Jewish and Polish affairs were clarified. In all the studieddocuments (Missive Letter to All Ukrainian People, Law on Elections of Provincial and County ZemstvoCouncillors, Order on Internal Relations in the Ukrainian Army), the emphasis was made on the loyalty ofcitizens to the Ukrainian State, not on their ethnic origin, and on the tolerant attitude of the state towardsboth the national and religious feelings of citizens. Admission to higher educational establishments was alsodemocratic in the Ukrainian state. Based not on ethnic but on territorial-state principles, the Hetmanatedid not see the point in the existence of national ministries established by the Ukrainian Central Rada, butthere was its general understanding of the national minorities’ needs and, thus, it often responded to theirrequests. Considerable attention has been paid to the coverage of cultural and educational activities ofnational minorities. Conclusions. Having analyzed the national policy of the Hetmanateon on the basis ofthe documents, we found out that despite some uncertainty it was moderate and did not lead to interethnicconflicts. By repealing the Law on National Personal Autonomy and National Ministries in Great Russian,Jewish, and Polish Affairs, Hetman P. Skoropadsky, and his government were guided by the territorial-stateprinciple, according to which all citizens of the state were equal, regardless of their nationality and religion.Meanwhile, there was some sufficient support, including financial one, for the national and cultural revival ofnational minorities.Keywords: document, national minorities, national and personal autonomy, Hetmanate, rights, interethnicrelations, cultural and educational policy.

The purpose of the article is to analyze traditional quantitative bibliometric indicators to assess theresults of scientific and methodological activities of the Department of Linguistic Support of InformationSearch Systems of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Library of Ukraine for 2017-2021, present quantitative andqualitative characteristics of this area of research. The methodological basis is centered the representationof scientific and methodological activities of the National Library is bibliometric analysis, which involves thestudy of basic statistical and bibliographic indicators of a particular area of rk with quantitative, qualitativedata, information analysis, and synthesis of semantic features of content and bibliographic data. The scientificnovelty consists in the complex bibliometric analysis of the scientific and methodical activity of the applieddepartment of the National Library and estimation of own potential and definition of prospects of developmentof this direction of activity of division. Conclusions. Solving applied problems of linguistic support of libraryinformation retrieval systems is accompanied by appropriate scientific and methodological activities. Byrepresenting the main object of study in bibliometric research is the dynamics of publishing activity in agiven period, the published works of specialists of the department were grouped by characteristics: authors,thematic sections, types of publications, periodicals, and more. One of the areas of bibliometric research wasthe separation of the total number of publications that are co-authored and created in collaboration withexperts from other institutions. In general, the material presented in the article allows identifying problematicaspects of scientific and methodological activities of the applied department of the library and promisingareas of development in the linguistic support of library information retrieval systems. The purpose of the article is to determine the role of public libraries in ensuring the information securityof the individual and to establish the formation of its media education. Analyze the practice of teaching medialiteracy in libraries. The methodology consists of the application of general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization, and review-analytical description, which revealed the place and role of publiclibraries in the formation of personal media literacy and information security of the individual. The scientificnovelty is that the information security of the individual is considered in the context of media literacy andthrough the prism of library activities for the formation of media literacy of users. Conclusions. As a resultof the research, it is determined that - issues of information security of the individual are not considered atthe legislative level, to the appropriate extent, and the main attention is paid to the information security ofthe state. Information security of the individual is an interdisciplinary concept that is studied by scholarsin law, information and library affairs, journalism, computer technology, psychology, sociology, pedagogy,etc. Information security of the individual is an interdisciplinary concept that is studied by scholars in law,information and library affairs, journalism, computer technology, psychology, sociology, pedagogy, etc. It hasbeen proven that the information security of an individual depends on the level of his media literacy, ability tocritically evaluate information, identify unreliable – fake or ordered information that is misleading, to resistpropaganda and manipulation. Modern public libraries play an important role in shaping the media educationof citizens, in particular through their educational and educational activities. Media literacy training is heldon the basis of libraries. The purpose of the article is a detailed analysis of information means of reflecting objective reality,in an individual consciousness in a postmodern society. The methodology is based on the use of activity,systemic, socio-cultural approaches, as well as methods of comparative and terminological analysis. Thescientific novelty of work is that the means of reflecting everyday reality in the individual consciousness areinvestigated. Mechanisms of influence of information technologies of mass communication on social identity,lifestyle, and culture, in general, are analyzed. It has been proved that social and cultural phenomena such aspost-folklore, ritualization, mythology, enigmatic narratives play an important role in the process of awarenessof objective reality. It is justified that the consciousness of the individual is in a total space created by masscommunication, and therefore the perception of everyday reality occurs under the influence of informationtechnologies. A significant role in modern society is played by the processes of demassification of everydaylife, which generate pluralism and a variety of thoughts; entertainment and humor are the main factors inthe manipulation of individual and social consciousness. Conclusions. Postmodern reality determines theemergence and development of such phenomena of everyday life, which turn into an important means ofinfluencing the social, and especially the individual consciousness. Everyday life through means of masscommunication is reflected as an image of reality in the individual’s brain, is realized and reproduced as asubjective reality. Scientific exploration in this area will always be relevant since everyday life in modernpostmodern society is an important specific source of society development, the meeting space of philosophy,psychology, social communications, and culture. The purpose of the article is to study the experience of developing and implementing an informationresource to improve the adaptation of first-year students to study in higher education. The methodology is toapply general scientific methods of analysis, generalization, systematization, and comparison, which allowedto develop of a hierarchical structure of the process of adaptation of first-year students in the educationaland social environment of higher education to design and fill information resources for student interactionwith departments university (for example, Lviv Polytechnic National University). The scientific novelty is theexpansion of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to create an information resource that will help studentsfind the necessary and useful information to facilitate its adaptation. Conclusions. Creating an interactiveinformation space for the adaptation of first-year students provides an opportunity to ensure the successfuladaptation of students to new challenges in their lives. The management of higher education institutions isinterested in the fastest possible educational, scientific, creative, sports, and social adaptation of students.The proposed hierarchical structure will determine the main directions of adaptation of students dependingon the peculiarities of the organization of student life in higher education. Each direction of adaptationcontains its own sub-goals, which detail the activities in this direction. Achieving the mentioned sub-goals isensured by appropriate means and recommendations. The offered information resource will allow to carry outinformation support of the student in the course of its adaptation. d the importance of its promotion abroad, in particular in the German-speaking environment through thecreation of a page on Wikipedia. The methodology of the research to achieve the goal of the article andperform the tasks were used such methods as theoretical analysis and generalization of data from scientificand methodological literature, the method of collecting social information, methods of mathematical statistics.Comparative, typological, retrospective methods were used for full-fledged research and disclosure of the topic.The scientific novelty lies in the expansion of knowledge and popularization of the specialty «Information,library and archival affairs». An information model of the communication process in the Wikipedia system isproposed; the advantages of using information and communication technologies and marketing actions in thepopularization of services on the Internet are proved. It is emphasized that the process of creating an articlerequires some effort and knowledge, but with the help of constant edits and additions of users, the informationwill remain relevant. Conclusions. Creating an article in German will provide an opportunity to establishinternational cooperation in the educational environment and promote the specialty «Information, Library andArchival Affairs», which is taught at the Department of Social Communications and Information Activities ofthe National University «Lviv Polytechnic» in German-speaking countries. The article recommends correctingalready written and adding new articles to promote and qualitatively fill Wikipedia, increasing the number ofits readers both among the Ukrainian population and abroad. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of illuminate in reference and bibliographic publicationsof the first educational associations of the Ukrainian national revival in Przemyśl at the beginning of the XIXcentury. Methodology: during the writing of the work the principles of historicism, objectivity, systematics,and comprehensiveness were applied, as well as – general methods of scientific research – analysis, synthesis,comparison. Scientific novelty: for the first time the coverage in the reference literature of church andsecular cultural and educational associations in Przemyśl at the beginning of the XIX century is considered.Conclusions. There are no articles in scientific reference books directly devoted to the Society of GalicianGreek Catholic Priests and the Peremyshl Cultural and Educational Circle. They are mentioned in the articlesof reference publications on the history of western Ukrainian lands, in articles devoted to famous figures ofthe Ukrainian cultural and national-state revival, sometimes – from the history of Przemyśl. Information aboutthem is incomplete, short, vague, even contradictory, in particular, regarding their names and participants. Thereference publications mention either only the society or the club, sometimes – both organizations. There is noinformation that their activities were identical, and that many of their figures were among the main members ofboth organizations. It is not reported that the church society was founded by the Peremyshl Council of Rusianpriests in 1816, which was actively opposed by both the Catholic Church and the Polish administration inGalicia. It is not reported that after losing the right to act in accordance with its statute, church society wastransformed into a cultural and educational club – a public association.
