To study such occurrences; we have considered fluid dynamics of ocean coupled with atmospheric motion. In the present study we have considered the eye of the cyclonic system that consist of fluid dynamical source and fluid dynamical sink at a small distance apart, and thus, constitute the fluid dynamical doublet of the object system. Then the fluid dynamical doublet of the object system and its image system has been considered with respect to a firm wall (here the sea shore). The fluid dynamical equation of complex potential with respect to the object system, the image system and the stream velocity have been undertaken. The complex potential of the object doublet, image doublet and the stream velocity have been considered. The velocity vector, consequently the pressure has been retrieve with the help of Bernoulli’s equation of fluid motion. Then the minimum /maximum pressure on the wall that is on the sea shore has been calculated analytically. Thus, it is found that on the basis of some prevailing conditions existing wind and energy the cyclone or hurricane move towards the sea coast or to the right of its motion.

Abstract The dynamics of light in active optical systems with periodic complex potential is considered using coupled modes approach where the field is approximated by two counter propagating waves. It is demonstrated that shifting the position of the imaginary part of the potential (effective gain) with respect to the real part of the potential (variation of the refractive index) one can control the effective gain/losses seen by the upper and the power modes. This effect can be used to control the radiation from the laser. The effect of the Kerr nonlinearity is also considered and it is shown that this can result in spontaneous symmetry breaking leading to the formation of the hybrid nonlinear states.

The article examines the problems of the development of the Eurasian agro-food complex: potential, current state and prospects. The article analyzes the problem of self – sufficiency in food, taking into account mutual trade and the possibility of concentrating the efforts of the EAEU member states on an innovative breakthrough in agriculture in order to increase exports and its share in world trade, an adequately available area of farmland.

Complex potential methods for the solution of two-dimensional boundary value problems in linear elasticity are used to perform micromechanics analysis of unidirectional composites. The composite microstructure is idealized as a square array of unit cells subjected to prescribed strains. Unit cell analyses are performed for plane strain and anti-plane strain conditions to study the interaction of the fiber and matrix materials. The unit cell solutions are used to derive predictions for the ply moduli, Poisson’s ratios and coefficients of thermal expansion, which are shown to agree with the results of other methods. Applications to strength prediction are briefly discussed, and the detailed stress field results that can be generated using the approach are illustrated.

The article examines the problems of structural modernization of the Russian economy in relation to applying the fuel and energy complex potential. The author reveals regularities of structural modernization and identifies the role of the fuel and energy complex as the most important element for developing the country's productive forces. Creating a trajectory of sustainable economic growth requires an increased efficiency of using the energy complex potential. It is substantiated hat the low technical and technological level of extractive and processing sectors of the fuel and energy complex, pricing imbalances, ruble devaluation don't meet the strategic goals of industrial development and achieving economic security.
