The issue of development of expanded (open) model of economic performance, making it possible to account for the specifics of any country or region inclusive of internal and external factors, was considered. An expanded economy model is based on the core economy model containing the system of controlled parameters. Mathematical formulas of the models are presented. The study revealed the principle of the model construction and the way the system of controlled parameters in the expanded economy model makes it possible to «customize» the model against specific conditions of national, regional and sectorial economic performance.

The author analyses the contribution of Jürgen Habermas as an open model of legal thought. He focuses more specifically on the question of the transformation of law as "anchored" in democratic legitimacy and therefore to be understood from the life world of concrete individuals. The author emphasizes that Habermas seeks to democratically stabilize "legality and legitimacy" to protect them from all undemocratic usurpation. The author stresses the "social validity" that accompanies all public discourse and the perspective of democracy obtained by speaking out at the level of a multitude of social "procedures". It is through practical discussions that we can "test" the normative proposals to better assess their "meanings and validity", their "cognitivity and universality", their "usefulness (“interest”) and (conceivable) consensus". The author analyses these six bodies of thought in detail to identify the meaning of habermasian thought concerning the democratic transformation of the law. He insists that the transformation of the law is "tested" in society from the bottom up in order to create, as much as possible, the broadest possible social consensus concerning “law”. In the end, the law attests to our ability to live together.

The information society is a force that has changed the way we live, work, learn, inform and have fun today. The open model of education has experienced explosive growth in the last decade thanks to the increasing availability of modern technologies. The Open Access Initiative can now be seen in many areas of education and science where it contributes to faster and better acquisition and dissemination of knowledge. This paper discusses the possibilities of using a new open model based on the principles of Open Source. The scientific contribution represents opportunities for application and improvement for all actors in the process, while creating significant financial savings and impact on the digital divide. This is reflected in the use of legal software that is free, the use of old computer configurations and open access to scientific and university publications. In this way, schools, teachers and students have the opportunity to participate in teaching, work or play, regardless of their financial status.

Open Model Interface (OpenMI) technology can construct standardized components with unified timing interface and standardized data interaction. This provides a standardized method for integrating multiple models with different interfaces and functions. This paper briefly introduces the operation principle of OpenMI technology and the process of model standardization, and describes the seven key steps of model transplantation by taking the one-dimensional hydraulic model of the Yellow River as an example.
