This paper is about the simulation study of auxiliary converters used in 6000 HP electric locomotives used in India. Simulation is a mirror of the operation of a real-world method or system. The process of simulating a system first requires that a model be designed. This model represents the key behaviors, characteristics, and functions of the selected physical or abstract system. It helps to analyze the behavior of the system without even building it. The results obtained are accurate in general when compared to the analytical model. It also helps to find unexpected errors and behavior of the system. Simulation is easy to perform “What-If” analysis. For this purpose, MATLAB/Simulink was used.

Abstract This paper introduces an abstract system for converting texts into structured information. The proposed architecture incorporates several strategies based on scientific models of how the brain records and recovers memories, and approaches that convert texts into structured data. The applications of this proposal are vast because, in general, the information that can be expressed like a text way, such as reports, emails, web contents, etc., is considered unstructured and, hence, the repositories based on a SQL do not capable to deal efficiently with this kind of data. The model in which was based on this proposal divides a sentence into clusters of words which in turn are transformed into members of a taxonomy of algebraic structures. The algebraic structures must comply properties of Abelian groups. Methodologically, an incremental prototyping approach has been applied to develop a satisfactory architecture that can be adapted to any language. A special case is studied, this deals with the Spanish language. The developed abstract system is a framework that permits to implements applications that convert unstructured textual information to structured information, this can be useful in contexts such as Natural Language Generation, Data Mining, dynamically generation of theories, among others.

In most civil law jurisdictions, the contract is the most used derivative title for the transfer of ownership (movable and immovable property). Very often, the law of property and law of contract are seen as distinct and one can envisage their role from different legal perspectives. This is closely connected with the type of transfer system based on whether the (Austrian) causal system, (German) abstract system or (French) consensual system is applicable. Kosovo is in the process of civil law codification and the Kosovo Draft-Civil Code which has followed the application of the causal system of transfer of property and such an above mentioned interaction of these two branches of civil law is mandatory, and only with a common survey can the contractual transfer of property be illustrated. The aim of this paper is to focus solely on the influence of contract law rules in connection with the acquisition of ownership over movable and immovable property determined by Kosovo Draft-Civil Code.

This paper deals with the metaphor ‘law is language’ coined by James Boyd White and how it can be useful to understand the concept of legal language, connections between law and language and how the term language is used in the legal realm. In the beginning, the article aims to give an overview of possible approaches to legal language and continues with further analysis of one of them (the above-mentioned White’s proposition). By applying a semiotic approach to this concept, namely Saussure’s theory of distinguishing between langue (language) and parole (speaking), the paper helps to understand that language (and even legal language) can be understood in two different forms. It can be either considered an abstract system of signs, or it can be comprehended as individual speech acts – langue and parole, respectively. White’s metaphor is usually used in the meaning of texts, way of reading, writing and speaking. However, such conception corresponds to language in the sense of parole. These considerations lead at the end of the article towards the communicative theory of law and its merits to jurisprudence. According to a given doctrine, in some instances it can be more accurate to consider law as communication rather than language (and vice versa). Nevertheless, in either case, it is essential to bear in mind the distinction between both of the concepts.

In this paper, we provide a complete regularity analysis for an abstract system of coupled hyperbolic and parabolic equations. The asymptotic stability of this model was investigated in [6]. We are able to decompose the parameter region into three parts where the semigroup associated with the system is analytic, of Gevrey class of specific order, and non-smoothing, respectively. Moreover, by a detailed and creative spectral analysis,, we will show that the order of Gevrey class is sharp, under proper conditions. We also show that the orders of the polynomial stability obtained in [6] is optimal.

An abstract system of congruences describes a way of partitioning a space into finitely many pieces satisfying certain congruence relations. Examples of abstract systems of congruences include paradoxical decompositions and $n$ -divisibility of actions. We consider the general question of when there are realizations of abstract systems of congruences satisfying various measurability constraints. We completely characterize which abstract systems of congruences can be realized by nonmeager Baire measurable pieces of the sphere under the action of rotations on the $2$ -sphere. This answers a question by Wagon. We also construct Borel realizations of abstract systems of congruences for the action of $\mathsf{PSL}_{2}(\mathbb{Z})$ on $\mathsf{P}^{1}(\mathbb{R})$ . The combinatorial underpinnings of our proof are certain types of decomposition of Borel graphs into paths. We also use these decompositions to obtain some results about measurable unfriendly colorings.

In this paper we develop on abstract system: viz Boolean-like algebra and prove that every Boolean  algebra is a Boolean-like algebra.  A necessary and sufficient condition for a Boolean-like algebra to be a Boolean algebra has been obtained.  As in the case of Boolean ring  and Boolean algebra, it is established that under suitable binary operations the Boolean-like ring and Boolean-like algebra are equivalent abstract structures.

The paper lakes as a starting point Gidden's thesis thal concurrently with the process of globalization kinship relations are being strengthened, local community attachment, religion and tradition, and in the process of modernization abstract system of bonds and relations do not represent any more the framework of ontological confidence since the local community particularly becomes an important place of security, the place where existential and social insecurity are more easily endured. Implementing the investigation of public opinion of women in the place of Pakoštane the authors conclude that locality is the place where, nevertheless, local and global influences are interwoven, that small places are not a protected oasis of assigned and quite strongly entrenched attitudes which do not change, and thal it is about a relevant but at the same time not about the most important habitat of personal security in the process of modernization. The investigation showed that in the Pakoštane case the order of main security centers is based, first of all, on kinship relations, tradition, religion, and only then on locality.
