The objective of this study was to investigate and analyze the status and influential factors of gender equality awareness, self-esteem, and subjective well-being in school-age boys and girls. The results can help schools and teachers provide more effective gender equality and mental health education. In the study, 284 valid questionnaires were collected from a total of 323 school-age boys and girls in the Hunan Province, China (effective response rate of 87.93%). The questionnaire covered gender equality awareness, self-esteem, and subjective well-being, with the influencing factors analyzed through multiple linear regression. There was a significant correlation among children’s gender equality awareness in all areas examined (family, occupation, and school), with both boys and girls having the lowest awareness of gender equality in occupational fields. The children’s self-esteem and subjective well-being were significantly correlated as well. Gender equality awareness, self-esteem, and subjective well-being among boys and girls reflected different influential factors. Androgynous traits (neither feminine nor masculine) were conducive to the development of gender equality awareness and self-esteem among the children. Therefore, schools and teachers need to provide gender equality and mental health education according to the specific psychological characteristics of each boy and girl.

Music therapy plays a very important role in college students’ mental health education. As a marginal subject, music therapy combines music, medicine, and psychology, which is beneficial to alleviate students' bad emotions and psychological problems and help college students form a sound personality. In the process of teaching in colleges and universities, it is necessary to choose teaching methods that are closer to students’ real life so as to promote the healthy development of college students’ psychology. From the relevant investigation and analysis, college students are interested in learning music, which provides an effective basis for college students to use music to treat psychological problems. Good policies, conditions, and a broad mass base are conducive to the application of music therapy in college mental health education. The application of music therapy in the field of college students’ mental health also broadens the application field of music. This paper analyzes the application of music therapy in college students’ mental health education and probes into the effective ways for college students’ mental health education.

In recent years, in the face of new situations and problems in society, the discourse system, academic concepts, and related research perspectives of Chinese national theory have been strongly impacted by Western thought, making the discourse mode of western national theory become the second discourse system outside the traditional Chinese national theory. In order to further promote the construction of the Chinese national discourse system in college students' mental health education systems, the study first starts with the concept of national theory and discourse system and then uses the literature method to consult the development status of the Chinese national theoretical discourse system and the mental health education of college students. The results show that students' grade is directly proportional to the satisfaction of students with mental health education, that is, with the increase of grade, students are more and more satisfied with mental health education. The attendance rates of college students, high school students, junior middle school students, and primary school students are about 98, 87, 81, and 78%, respectively. In addition, students who are willing to actively accept psychological education account for about 38% of the total number of students, those who do not refuse account for 51% of the total number of students, and those who are unwilling to accept account for 11% of the total number of students. Among these students, their acceptance of mental health education will not be affected by other factors. Furthermore, the satisfaction score of college students with mental health education is about 4.1, the satisfaction score of high school students is about 3.6, the satisfaction score of junior middle school students is about 2.9, and the satisfaction score of primary school students is about 2.1. It reveals that the degree of satisfaction with mental health education is also related to grade. While taking mental health education courses, students not only realize a comprehensive understanding of the theory of the Chinese nation, but also greatly improve their national self-confidence and psychological quality. Moreover, it also strengthened by disseminating the theoretical discourse of the Chinese nation. Therefore, the exploration is of great significance to the development of the Chinese national theoretical discourse system in the psychological education of college students.

The COVID-19 pandemic has become one of the biggest major health crises reported due its massive impact on many countries. From mental health experts, we know that we cannot lose sight of an equally alarming issue which is the long-term mental health impact the pandemic is going to leave on the society. The rapid spread of the pandemic gives little chance to prepare for or even process all that has happened in terms of job losses and the complete uprooting of everyday life and relationships. It is understandable that students may feel irritable, frustrated, or sad sometimes. Loneliness, confusion, and anxiety are also common, but the issue is how we can know if students’ emotions are a normal reaction to an abnormal situation. Therefore, online mental health education has become pretty important for students during the pandemic. Furthermore, it is important to evaluate the quality of online mental health education through microlessons. In this paper, based on Q-learning algorithm, the real-time adaptive bitrate (ABR) configuration parameters mechanism is proposed to detect the changes of network state constantly and select the optimal precalculated configuration according to the current network state. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm based on Q-learning outperforms other baselines in average latency, average bitrate, and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) on Chrome DevTools and Clumsy. Meanwhile, the experimental results also reveal that the average number of identified mental health problems of the proposed mechanism has always been the best with the bandwidth from 10 Mbit/s to 500 Mbit/s.
