Compared with the previous teaching environment and model, college students need more self-awareness and self-discipline to learn better. In order to solve many mental health problems of college students, this work studies that the school should increase policy support to relevant parties and strengthen the cultivation of college students’ psychological counseling ability, so as to provide more psychological counseling services for college students. This work studies and analyzes the common problems in contemporary college students’ mental health education, such as lack of teachers, mere formality, imperfect system, and poor pertinence, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for college students’ mental health education. When college students enter the university, they need to further improve their knowledge and ability to achieve professional development in a relatively loose learning environment. University is a key period for college students’ personality improvement and physical and mental development. With the increasing pressure of social employment, the psychological pressure of college students is increasing. This study provides a reference for the mental health problems of college students.

Workers in the tourism sector automatically lose their jobs due to restrictions on mobility and a ban on gatherings during the pandemic. The pandemic has caused mental health problems due to the economic breakdown, distance from social life and loss due to the death of family members. This qualitative study aims to analyze perceptions and the perceived health impacts of COVID-19 pandemic and on tourism workers in Yogyakarta. The approach used is a case study, conducted in June-September 2021. Female and male informants were involved to see if there were differences in the gender perspective. Survivors and non-survivors were involved to see differences in perceptions. The number of informants consists of 8 people, using the principles of adequacy and suitability. In-depth interviews were conducted online (phone whats app and google meet). Data were analyzed using content analysis method. The results of the study found that the economic impact was felt equally by male and female workers. Gender differences do not affect the decision of superiors when reducing employees and reducing working hours. There is no psychological pressure due to the inequalities of communication between men and women in financial management. There are no complaints of family nutritional insecurity in women because they still get enough nutrition and food, and there is also no gender-based violence at home or at work. The psychological and social impacts were not evident for women, but were found in male informants who were shown to be reluctant to socialize because they were ashamed of losing their jobs. This research is expected to contribute to gender-based policies for handling pandemics and workers in the non-formal tourism sector.

The problem of the research، when the level of (Hardiness) is High، the individual enjoys good mental and somatic health، but، when the level of Hardiness is less، it may lead to a lack of logical analysis or challenge and control positions، a decrease in its commitment to its values، principles، the individual's sense of psychological helplessness، alienation، and the individuals perception will not be as clear as it is in reality. University students during the progress of this study are exposed to all sorts of pressures and obstacles. Too little of Hardiness leady to suffering ill health physically and mental، wthe a negative impact on effectiveness، efficiency and success in academic study.          The importance of the current research in the study has shown that the relationship between Hardiness and superstition thinking by many variables، including the (psychological pressure، self-esteem، social support، in the field of special forces on the battlefield military forces، in the field of sports، self-confidence، motivated by achievement، effective self، sex، self-concept and the control center). The aim of this study is to identify the psychological Hardiness and superstition thinking among the samples as a whole and to recognize the significance of differences in terms of the central premise levels، as well as levels of Hardiness and superstition thinking among the samples to identify the implications of the differences by gender، study stage and specialization (Scientific or Humanitarian)، and the relationship between hardiness and superstition thinking among the samples as a whole by gender variables and study stage. The scale of superstitious thinking and psychological hardness was used on a sample of (240) male and female students، with (120) males and (120) females. The results showed significant levels of high psychological hardness and a decrease in superstitious thinking among the research sample of university students.

Many scientific studies have proven that the development of the relationship between man and the environment was characterized by an increase and an imbalance between environmental degradation and human progress. The earth, with all its surrounding organisms, is the natural home of man who gets it, and many studies and research revealed that the environments in which a person lives can be It causes an increase or decrease in stress on his body, as the uncomfortable environment causes feelings of anxiety or sadness in contrast to a comfortable environment, and a person finds pleasure in nature regardless of his age or culture, and more than two-thirds of people choose to be in a natural environment to get rid of psychological pressure and cure many diseases Psychological and physical. The research aims to activate the role of the green economy in achieving sustainable development and focus on the health aspect. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was used to study the reality of the trend towards a green economy in Iraq and its role in achieving development. A quantitative approach is used to analyze and interpret the impact of the green economy on sustainable development. And through the benchmarks, it was found that there is a relationship between the sustainable development indicators and the green economy index.

Purpose: The present research aims to test the relationship and influence of poor supervision and green employee behavior in its dimensions (Working Sustainably, Conserving Resources, Influencing Others, Taking Initiative and Avoiding Harm) at the Technical Institute / Diwaniyah. Design / Methodology: based on the research sample, (274) questionnaire forms were distributed to the employees of the Technical Institute / Diwaniya (teachers and technicians), and after examining the retrieved forms, (26) forms were excluded because they were not valid and did not fulfill the conditions required So the forms suitable for analysis are (248) questionnaires, with a return rate of (94.8%). Findings: The search results show that arbitrary supervision affects the attitudes and performance of workers, as workers who see that they are being subjected to abuse are more likely to leave their jobs, have a decrease in their positive behaviors, and they have a decrease in job and life satisfaction, as well as Job commitment, family / work conflict, and high psychological pressure. Research recommendations: One of the most important recommendations reached by the research is preparing a code of conduct and professional conduct standards to guide the behavior and behavior of employees and supervisors, and intensifying awareness and education programs.

Background: Mindfulness-based interventions are well-established in the field of psychotherapy, and such interventions have also gained increased attention in the field of sport psychology, either to cope with psychological pressure or to improve an athlete’s performance. The goal of the present study was to examine whether a Mindfulness–Acceptance–Commitment (MAC) program could increase self-compassion and grit among elite female athletes compared to an active control condition. To this end, we performed a randomized trial among female adult athletes. Methods: Forty female adult athletes (Mage = 22.22, SD = 2.40) were randomly assigned either to the Mindfulness–Acceptance–Commitment group (n = 20; 7 group sessions, 60 min each) or the active control group (n = 20; 7 group sessions, 60 min each). At baseline, seven weeks later at the end of the study and again four weeks later at follow-up, participants completed a series of self-rating questionnaires on mindfulness, self-compassion and grit. Results: Dimensions of mindfulness, self-compassion and grit improved over time, but more so in the Mindfulness–Acceptance–Commitment condition compared to the active control condition. Improvements remained stable from the study end to follow-up. Conclusions: While the active control condition improved dimensions of mindfulness, self-compassion and grit among female adult athletes, improvements were much stronger in the Mindfulness–Acceptance–Commitment condition. Importantly, improvements in the Mindfulness–Acceptance–Commitment condition remained stable over a time lapse of four weeks at follow-up after study completion, suggesting that the Mindfulness–Acceptance–Commitment intervention appeared to improve cognitive–emotional learning processes.

BACKGROUND Virtual reality (VR) can be used to build many different scenes aimed at reducing study-related stress. However, few academic experiments about university students for preference testing have been done. Our study aimed to assess the preference of VR games for stress and depression prevention by using a discrete choice experiment (DCE). OBJECTIVE The candidate could wear the headset and alleviate the stress and depression in the game. The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the preference of VR technology in college students’ psychological pressure relief and depression prevention. METHODS Five different attributes were selected based on the depression therapy parameter and attributes about VR: (1) treatment modality, (2) therapy duration, (3) perceived remission rate, (4) probability of adverse events, and the (5) monthly cost of adding treatment to a discrete choice experiment. By comparing different attributes and levels, we could draw some conclusions about the depression therapy testing preference for university students. One university student was responsible for VR scene development and one for candidate recruitment. RESULTS The utility report of different attributes for “zero” probability of adverse events was higher than others (99.22), and the VR treatment as the most popular treatment method when compared with counseling and medicine treatment was 80.95. Three parameter aspects (different treatments for depression) were statistically significant (P<0.001), including “0%” and “50%” of “Probability of adverse events” and “RMB$500” of “The monthly cost of treatment”. Most individuals preferred 12 months as the therapy duration, and the odds ratio of “12 months” was 1.095 (95% confidence interval [CI] 0.945–1.270) when compared with the reference of level of “6 months”. Meanwhile, the cheapest price (RMB $500) of depression therapy was the optimum choice for most students. CONCLUSIONS People placed great preference on VR technology psychological intervention methods, which indicates that VR may have a potential market in prevention and treatment of psychological problems. However, adverse events and treatment costs need to be considered. This study can be used to guide policies that are relevant to the development of application of VR technology in the field of psychological pressure and depression prevention. Performance is work performance or work results in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on the performance of nurses in the Inpatient Installation of Dr. RSUP. Tajuddin Chalid Makassar. This type of research is a quantitative research using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. Sampling used total sampling so that the sample in this study were nurses at the Inpatient Installation of Dr. RSUP. Tajuddin Chalid Makassar, totaling 73 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of time load on the performance of nurses, there was an effect of physical burden on the performance of nurses. there is an effect of psychological pressure on the performance of nurses in the Inpatient Installation of Dr. RSUP. Tajuddin Chalid Makassar. Therefore, it is hoped that the hospital management will increase the knowledge and skills of nurses so that they are able to compensate for the difficult work through providing training, the need to improve nursing management by making SOPs, especially the division of tasks and working hours of nurses so that they can be adjusted to the nurse's workload

Background. COVID-19 outbreak resulted in an increased psychological and physical pressure on healthcare professionals worldwide. Doctors treating COVID-19 patients have turned out to be at higher risk of depression, anxiety, psychosomatic disorders. The data about the influence of the pandemic on psychological health of Russian doctors is still missing. Aims to evaluate a psychological status of Russian doctors during COVID-19 pandemic. Methods. This cross-sectional online-study was conducted among 133 doctors of different specialties aged 2570 (mean age 43.6 9.9), 112 (84.2%) of the them were females. We assessed the work conditions of the respondents during pandemic, the presence of psychosomatic disorders, depression and anxiety levels by HADS scale. Results. Almost two thirds (82; 61.7%) of the respondents reported an increased workload during the pandemic, 54.1% of them work more than 40 hours per week. The income has risen only in 25.6% of the doctors. Most of the respondents announced a manifestation of one or more psychosomatic disorders during the pandemic. The most frequent complaint was insomnia found in 72 (54.1%) of the doctors. Clinical anxiety was confirmed in 30 (22.6%), clinical depression in 15 (11.3%), moderate anxiety in 22 (16.5%), moderate depression in 31 (23.3%), both clinical anxiety and depression in 6% of the participants. Conclusions. During the pandemic Russian doctors continue to work under physical and psychological pressure and provide medical care even if they have clinical depression and anxiety that influences on patients and doctors wellbeing. Theres still a lack of psychological assistance to doctors and of other methods to prevent professional burn-out.

This article considers the visits of the rulers of Russias Central Asian protectorates to St. Petersburg as a means for the imperial authorities to communicate with the Muslim elite. It argues out that gifts, decorations and lavish receptions were all means to exert psychological pressure on the Emir of Bukhara and the Khan of Khiva. Together with other practices, these were meant integrate the Muslim elite into Russian society. As relations with the protectorates evolved, the Russian government developed a plan to annex them. However, the ministry of foreign affairs effectively blocked the move. At the same time, St Petersburg accorded extensive powers to the protectorates rulers that even exceeded those of Turkestans governor-general, encouraging them to consider themselves to be independent rulers. At the same time, differences in outlook, faith, and ways to communicate led the protectorates to separate themselves from the Russian Empire and drove them into the arms its enemies during World War I.
