TINJAUAN PERSPEKTIF FIKIH TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN MAHAR DALAM PERNIKAHAN

The process of marriage in Islam starting from the engagement stage to the reception is very much considered in every process. One part that is quite interesting in Islam is the dowry. Dowry is a form of gift that must be held in marriage issued by a man to a woman. Another definition of dowry is a full right that must be given to women as a form of respect for women in Islam as well as a form of responsibility and seriousness of a man to marry. From this description, this study chose library research as the research method and character analysis as the approach. Furthermore, as a result of this scientific study, in the perspective of fiqh, the views of the jurists differed in opinion, for example, the jurists, especially the jurists from the four schools of thought, had different opinions about the amount of the dowry and the payment and giving of the dowry. However, from the differences of each cleric, of course, his thoughts direct the benefits of applying dowry in Islamic law. Abstrak Proses pernikahan dalam Islam mulai dari tunangan sampai tahapan resepsi sangat diperhatikan dalam setiap prosesinya. Salah satu bagian yang cukup menarik perhatian dalam Islam adalah mahar. Mahar merupakan salah satu bentuk pemberian yang wajib diadakan dalam pernikahan yang dikeluarkan oleh seorang laki-laki kepada seorang perempuan. Definisi lain dari mahar adalah hak penuh yang harus diberikan kepada perempuan sebagai bentuk menghargai kedudukan perempuan dalam Islam serta bentuk tanggung jawab dan keseriusan seorang laki-laki untuk menikah. Dari uraian tersebut, kajian ini memilih penelitian pustaka sebagai metode penelitian dan analisis pemikiran tokoh sebagai pendekatan penelitian. Selanjutnya, sebagai hasil kajian ilmiah ini adalah dalam perspektif fikih utamanya pandangan para ulama fukaha mempunyai perbedaan pendapat, misalnya ulama fukaha khususnya ulama empat mazhab memiliki perbedaan pendapat tentang kadar mahar dan pembayaran serta pemberian mahar. Tetapi dari perbedaan setiap ulama tentunya pemikirannya mengarahkan kemaslahatan pada penerapan mahar di dalam syariat Islam.

Urgensi Karakter dalam Analisa Pembiayaan Murabahah di Bank Syariah Indonesia

The character of the customer is very important to analyze in the process of financing analysis. Character is an aspect of personal nature and concerns the depth of an individual's soul, so that character becomes difficult to identify. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Nganjuk also conducted an in-depth character analysis. This field research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques carried out using interviews and documentation. The data processing technique is done by data reduction, data presentation, and then conclusions. The results of this study are discrepancies in several points in the assessment using character analysis because at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Nganjuk implements 5C completely, although according to them, the character is important, the character can change along with financial conditions, economic conditions such as because of covid-19, dishonest customer character, manipulated business or work conditions, both stocks of goods and suppliers, purchases of goods are not by was proposed so that customer breaks his promise and does not fulfill his responsibility to repay the financing to the bank.Karakter nasabah adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk dianalisisis dalam proses analisis pembiayaan. Karakter merupakan aspek dengan sifat pribadi dan menyangkut kedalaman jiwa seorang individu, sehingga karakter menjadi sulit untuk dikenali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Nganjuk melakukan analisis karakter secara mendalam. Penelitian lapangan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian dalam beberapa poin pada penilaian dengan menggunakan analisis karakter, karena di Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Nganjuk menerapkan 5C secara lengkap, walaupun menurut mereka karakter adalah hal penting. Namun karakter bisa berubah seiring dengan kondisi keuangan, kondisi ekonomi seperti karena adanya covid-19, karakter nasabah yang tidak jujur, kondisi usaha, atau pekerjaan yang dimanipulasi baik stok barang dan supllier, pembelian barang tidak sesuai dengan yang diajukan, sehingga nasabah ingkar janji dan tidak memenuhi tanggung jawabnya untuk mengangsur pembiayaannya kepada pihak bank.

The current work is a sentimental analysis study of Shakespeare's play, depicting the character-to-character analysis. The emotional sentimental analysis of Harry potter’s novels is also analyzed. The current work exemplifies a complete evaluation of the techniques required for sentimental analysis, as well as their practical application. Because of the planned discourse of this literary format, it is possible to make assumptions about who is taking part in a conversation. Once it is known to whom a character is speaking, the emotions in his or her speech can be assigned to that individual, enabling for the generation of lists of a character's foes and allies as well as the pinpointing of situations crucial to a character's emotional development. In addition, the Serendio group's framework for estimating utilizing dictionary-based methods is employed.

A Primitive Humanist in The Holy Bible: A Character Analysis of Job

Punished by God without conducting evil, Job becomes suspicious of theodicy. His attitudes towards the world, life and God have been subverted and rebuilt owing to his affliction. The changed outlooks confuse and torture him so that he keeps asking questions in order to figure out the reason and meaning of his own suffering, which shows his intelligence and sensibility as a human being. This makes him a remarkable literary image with a tint of humanistic color. Based on the close reading of The Book of Job, this paper analyzes the changes of Job’s understanding of the world, life and God during his suffering. The paper comes to the conclusion that Job’s examination of his inherent views in a period of upheaval in his life demonstrates the idea of humanism to some extent. However, as the ending of the story shows men have to rely on God for salvation, therefore “humanism” in a religious context has to compromise with the theological system. Nevertheless, it is undeniable that The Book of Job somewhat displays embryonic humanistic thought and Job can be regarded as a primitive humanist in the theological discourse.
