Bioavailability and Solubility are the challenges for the formulation of highly lipophilic drugs. Oral routes of administration is one of the acceptable route due to improved patient compliance and convenience. Regularly newly advanced drug candidates are lipophilic, BCS Class II and IV drugs. Among various methods to improve the solubility of these drugs, liquid-solid technology or Powdered solution technology change the liquid drug into non-sticky, dry free-flowing, rapid release powder. This technique involves mixing of insoluble drug with nonvolatile solvent, admixing of drug-loaded excipients change into loose powder. This technique enhances major challenges like bioavailability with low production cost and a simple manufacturing process.

The purpose of the article. The article explains the ways to find harmony in modern clothing design projects. The research methodology consists of the analysis application in the field of fashion, as well as methods of source, aesthetic and structural-compositional analysis. The scientific novelty of the work lies in determining and systematizing the main ways of searching for harmony in clothing design 2010-2020. Conclusions. Design forms and expression, its orientation change not only due to a technology change but primarily due to changes in social demands, value systems, mental guidelines, of which the search for harmony is also important – external and internal. Designers solve this aspect in various ways: from formalized proportioning and the color wheel usage to the use of natural motifs and folk art archetypes. Another way is “green”, ecological, “ethical”, “sustainable” fashion – directions that not only demonstrate the possibilities of processing but also generate a particular worldview, draw attention to the artist’s ability to return people to the beauty and diversity of the world.

Change is a pre-requisite for survival amongst individual human beings and even more so in the organizations which they create and in which they work. Put simply, if an organization does not change what it offers the world – its product or services- and the ways in which it creates and delivers these offerings, it may not survive. The pressure for a constant innovation means that creativity is a key resource. Innovation, technology advances and competitive advantage are connected by complex and multidimensional relationships. Demands for organizational innovation and technological advantage are increasingly crucial components of competitive strategy for many firms. Most firms face serious competitive challenges due to the rapid pace and unpredictability of technology change. Industries dependent on highly sophisticated technologies and firms engaged in multinational competition are particularly vulnerable to the need for continuous and rapid modification of their product features and the ways in which they conduct business.

Organizations such as the AASCB and the Pathways Commission (2012) recommend that emerging technologies be included in the accounting curriculum.  Yet the inclusion of emerging technologies represents a challenge for accounting educators due to the complexity and uncertainty associated with many technologies, as well as the rapid pace of technology change and innovation.  This paper answers the call by the Pathway Commission (2012) for additional research focused on enhancing learning experiences to better reflect current and emerging technologies. Using an experiential learning approach (Butler, Church, and Spencer (2019), we create a hands-on, learning activity focused on blockchains in order for accounting students to gain a conceptual understanding of blockchains and its applications and implications beyond bitcoins.
